“I was on a business trip for 7 days, and from the beginning Justin was very kind and accommodating. He was very responsive, always answering texts quickly. He also did a great job giving my pup her medications. The only thing is that after the first two pictures within an hour after I dropped her off, most updates came when I texted to ask how she was doing. Very few updates or photos came from them initiating and when he responded his answers were nice but also very general I couldn't get a sense for how she was doing. When I picked her up she smelled great, so I think they gave her a bath. All and all, it was a good stay. Given I was working 12-hour days in California, a 3-hour time difference, I was hoping the updates would come from them but to be fair, I never asked them to update me daily. As long as you don't mind asking for information about your pet and taking the initiative, it's a great arrangement. He's a very, very nice man.”

Feeding Luna at the same times every day and maintaining a clean litter box helped her feel secure in her new environment. Both required medication and 3 different types of meal throughout the day, and Justin and Kari were just outstanding. Not only they kept Papaya and Someday in their routine and play time, but they also brought additional toys for them to play, cleaned the litter and surroundings (including taking care of a pee accident in the bathroom mat), sent us daily pictures of our fur babies, washed the water fountain to avoid clogging, watered the plants when needed... He may have a little underbite that looks threatening, but don’t be fooled, he is the sweetest little cuddle bug around. I love doing outdoor activities. I take Jasper hiking, alongside me on bike rides, runs, beaches, and walks. We haven’t braved the kayak or paddle board yet but once he’s more comfy in the water—it’s game on. Although I do enjoy a lot of outdoor activities, I also like to have a good book and curl up with Jasper on my couch to get some relaxation in. I am available to in-house sit while you are on vacation or emergency situation. I can make daily visits for care and walking also. I’m down to earth and willing to work with your schedule as needed. I am trust worthy and flexible for your family needs. I am non-drama, caring, and love pets as they are also in my family. Straight forward in what I can do for you and expect the same in return. Whatever your pets needs I can fulfill to the best of my ability. If there is a scheduled time for feeding, meds, etc., it will be followed.

About: I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes since I was 14 years old and have regularly watched dogs for friends, family, and clients over the years. At times, I’ve cared for up to five dogs at once, so I’m very comfortable managing different personalities, energy levels, and routines. I genuinely enjoy bonding with dogs and making sure they feel safe, loved, and entertained while you’re away. Whether it’s going on walks, day adventures, playing fetch, or simply giving them attention and companionship, I treat every dog like family. I’m happy to send photos and updates throughout their stay if that’s something you’d enjoy. My goal is to give you complete peace of mind while your four legged family members are in my care. However, this pricing does not reflect the quality of care, attention, and dedication your four-legged family members will receive. I’m available to care for your pets in my home or stop by and check on them in your home as frequently as needed/possible. I have a lot of free time to spend with your pets and to play. I have a fenced in back yard, and live on a quiet street with some great neighbors. Pets can free roam in the house or be crated during the day when I am gone.
About: I’m a long time pet care taker of every capacity! In addition to having multiple pets of my own, I’ve been pet sitting for 24 years. I’ve cared for countless dogs and cats but also worked at 2 farms and have bird experience as well. I’ve handled many emergency situations with dogs and cats. I’d like to think I’m a pet whisperer and definitely am an animal lover to my core! I’m currently a stay at home mom of one 3 year old and my 8 year old is in school. Both of my boys are very gentle and kind with all the animals I babysit, quite a lot have come through our house! They’re very used to it and love it. We live on base in a house with a good size yard and plenty of walking paths. I’m a very happy to accommodate whatever amount of walking or playing that’s needed.
