Amber and her family came through for me for a last-minute, same-day holiday (4th of July) booking, and they were great from start to finish! Very friendly, helpful, responsive, and flexible and seemed to attend well to my Sienna -- following my various tips and even going lengths to ensure, with her being an older dog, that she wouldn't be out in the heat during walks for too long and was protected by the outside fireworks that first night! Amber also shared some text and picture updates throughout the stay, and her and her husband for were very reassuring both during drop-off and pickup regarding Sienna's care. They were so great that I ended up extending the sit to an extra day, originally scheduled for just one, and they were very accommodating in my doing so. About: I've been trained as a dog groomer for about a year and a half, so if your dog needs maintenance on its coat I'd be more than happy to help. I've worked with many kinds of dogs from 4 month old puppies to 15 year old seniors. I also have a senior dog, a yellow Labrador, 13 yrs. I'm currently on pursuit for a part time job, so have more time to take care of any animals right now! I keep a calm and clean (but lived in) home and I utilize my big fenced in yard to it's fullest!! I love playing catch with the dogs and the cats I let them do their thing whether it's cuddling on the couch or if they are skiddish or shy I let them be until they are comfortable enough to be approached or to approach me. I also can give baths and trim nails! Need a sitter who has a big heart and a big yard? Call me! I have a semi flexible work schedule and I'm 10 mins from my house. I pop in and out during work hours and I'm home everyday and night 24/7 Cameras inside and out to keep an eye on the woof pack!! I am diligent on our daily schedule and bc of this the pups usually seem to get it after a day or two tops. I think sticking to a regimented schedule calms them almost immediately. Once they all have there “spot” where they sleep and eat the anxiety level instantly drops a few levels for every one of them. I have a large secure fenced in yard very open for running, playing catch or Frisbee, I can brush or bath any pet for you and I also offer nail trimming. Big bowls of fresh FILTERED water inside and out changed several times a day. I am diligent on dietary restrictions. Every day i make one on one time for each and every pup, they really love and appreciate it! i totally get that they need that time especially before bed. (I tuck them all in)

About: I’ve been around dogs for over 10 years and have owned two dogs myself, so I understand the care, attention, and patience pups need. I’ve also helped walk and care for several extended family dogs over the years. Friends and family always consider me a “dog person,” and dogs naturally seem to warm up to me quickly. I love spending time with animals, whether that’s going on walks, playing, or just keeping them company, and I’m excited to meet more amazing pups through Rover! During the school year, I balance classes with a flexible schedule that gives me plenty of time for dog walks and check-ins, especially on weekends. In the summer, I have even more availability and regularly fit dog walks, playtime, and pet care into my daily routine. I’m used to spending time with my own dogs before and after work or other responsibilities, so making sure pets get attention, exercise, and companionship is already a natural part of my day. I always aim to make pets feel comfortable and safe in their own home by sticking closely to their normal routine. I’ll follow any instructions carefully, whether that includes feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medication, or crate routines. I’m respectful of clients’ homes, keep things clean and organized, and make sure pets get plenty of attention and care while you’re away. I also like to send updates and photos so owners can feel confident their pets are happy and well cared for.
