Over 5 years of experience walking my own and my friends' dogs of different breeds and sizes. Experience with shy, timid rescues as well, my own dog is a pit/lab mix rescue from Texas and I was able to build up his confidence through regular routine walking! I have plenty of free time during the week to give your pup a quality walk, currently in between jobs so I am available most days. My dog, Bowie gets at least two 20-30 min walks a day with the occasional hike and dog park visit, I love to make sure he is active and having fun with water on hand for hot days or extra long walks to make sure he is hydrated throughout.

You can always book a daycare before a longer stay so your dog gets used to our home. Our cat keeps to himself most of the day. It is important that your dog is fairly well behaved and does not: *jump on furniture without permission *chew on inappropriate items such as shoes (unless it's a puppy which of course we will plan accordingly) *or drool excessively He/she should be easygoing, and most importantly, should not be aggressive. We live in a single family home with a fenced-in yard (6' high PVC) and 1 friendly dog to keep your fur baby company. We also have a crate that can be used if your dogs prefers. The cat litter is kept in a room blocked off by pet gates where only the cat will have access.

She sent us tons of photos and kept us up to date on how he was doing. Our puppy is a little shy but he took to Karla super fast when they first met!
