About: I have cared for pets for over 20 years in a variety of settings. My own pets, as well as friends, family members, and neighbors. I have also been previously employed by a professional dog walking company, which I remained with for two years. My responsibilities included walking the dogs, taking them to the park, feeding, and staying overnight in many cases while owners were away. I would also care for cats, rabbits, and other animals. I have experience with medication administration, such as eyedrops and pills. I love animals and I have a very calm, nurturing disposition. Safety and snuggles are my two priorities! I work full time from my home on a flexible schedule. I have the ability to provide a ton of attention for your pet if they are here with me. Pets are like family, and I know how hard it is to leave them sometimes, especially with a new person. I have a two story home and they are free to roam around as they please, lay on the couch, sit out on the deck (weather permitting). If I am at your home, I follow your care instructions very carefully and I am respectful your space. I have an 8 year old standard goldendoodle who is very friendly. However, if your dog may not get along with another dog, I am able to take mine to his grandpa's house to watch him so I can prioritize yours.

I have owned German Shepherds, Australian Shepherds, Mixed breeds, a Papillion, a Great Dane as well as a Himalayan and an Orange Tabby cat. About: I have many years of experience working with dogs, cats, and horses. I grew up horseback riding, volunteering at 4-H events, and helping at our local animal shelter, which has given me a broad and hands-on background with all kinds of four-legged friends. Whether it’s caring for farm animals, taking a neighborhood walk or check-in, or administering a shot (as I’m a Type 1 diabetic and comfortable with injections), your animal’s needs will always be my top priority!
