The home features a large, fenced in yard which allows dogs to get their outdoor time several times a day. She sent me daily text updates which included photos of my dogs. About: Since I was 10 years old, I’ve always had a dog in my life. I love animals so much and I offer nothing but affection and care. I love cuddling with them too if they’re open to it. I’m in sales so I do work from home a lot. When I leave my house, it’s for a maximum of four hours. If you have a dog that is shy, I have a separate room for him/her. I have a 10 pound Shih Tzu living in our home. I adore him and he’s very friendly but if your dog does not like other dogs, it’s not a problem to keep them separate. I usually keep my dog on the main floor of the townhome. He has full access to the whole floor. If your dog is shy, I have a spare room on the lower level that the dog can stay in solo with a couch, dog bed, crate, and toys. I will only take 1 household at a time (2 dogs max) to ensure that your pup gets plenty of individual attention.

We have experience administering medications, caring for senior dogs, taking dogs for walks and have a fenced in yard for active pups. We are recently retired and currently do not have a dog. We have no children living at home, although we have an active home with many dog loving grandchildren that visit and since they all have their own dogs, will love playing with yours. We are currently retired and have time to dedicate to your pet. We enjoy being outside and would love to spend time with your dog by either walks, playing in the yard or visiting the park. Our home is pet friendly, allowing your dog to roam freely. We have a fenced in yard for play and a deck that dogs enjoy sunning themselves on. Going for a walk, taking time to understand your dogs needs and just spending time with your dog is our priority.

“Lorrie watched my two pups for 4 days the second week of April. It was apparent from our initial meeting in March that she really loves animals and that she knows her stuff. Lorrie indicated that her previous career was a veterinary technician for many years, which put my mind at ease. Her home is set up perfectly to attend to the needs of the dogs in her care. The home features a large, fenced in yard which allows dogs to get their outdoor time several times a day. She sent me daily text updates which included photos of my dogs. Being 600 miles away, the daily updates were very much appreciated. When I picked up my pups they were happy, healthy and they both gave her farewell kisses. Nice! I highly recommend Lorrie to anyone considering a pet sitter while you are out of town.”
