Chandar’s family is so welcoming, warm, and kind and it’s always a pleasure to see them when we drop off or pick up Ruth. They have also been incredibly accommodating, welcoming Ruth on short notice or letting her stay late. So happy that we met them!”
“Kristen provided loving care for my 15 yr old Beagle, while also following instructions with his food plan and meds. Additionally, she provided lots of stimulating activities for this little sniffer, including her own little chihuahua, Cashew, and other little boarding doggies. (My little guy gets more stimulation in her apartment than he gets from me!) While Kristen is a great boarder, for my occasional trips away, I am now considering her as a day care provider too. And she is very accommodating and understanding of trip delays, as well. Will be sure to book with Kristen again soon. (Her own little baby boy loves dogs too).”

“WOW, we are blown away by Zehavit. We have 4 cats, one of which has complex medical needs. She absolutely nailed taking care of them. We reviewed some footage from our security cameras because we had an accident where our cats knocked over a large plant (very common in our house). Not only did she play with our cats, carefully read and checked the 3 pages of instructions we wrote, but the cats adored her! 2 of them are very nervous around people and all of them followed her around. In fact, we have noticed since we are home that the cats even get along better. I’m not sure what kind of cat therapy sessions she worked in our house, but wow! We couldn’t ask for anyone better and we will absolutely be using her next time!! She even sent photos of our cats twice a day after her check-ins! We couldn’t be more thankful for the wonderful level of care she provided.”

About: Hi there! My name is Kimberly. I’ve spent over a decade house and pet-sitting for several established (and new!) clients, from New York City to rural Pennsylvania. Over that time, I’ve worked with dogs and cats young and old, social and skittish. I prioritize establishing trust with any animal I encounter first and foremost. While living in Brooklyn, I worked with a particularly anxious dog who had missed out on opportunities to socialize as a puppy due to COVID, and I helped her to acclimate to city life and build trust with other people and dogs, all the while nurturing our relationship to ensure her sense of safety. I also volunteered nearly every day walking dogs at my local shelter. Usually, I hadn’t met the dog beforehand and had to gain his or her trust and size up his or her personality in a matter of minutes, but those are some of the greatest connections I've made. Over the last couple years I’ve worked with therapy dogs as a lead teacher for a multiple disabilities support classroom, fostering relationships between my students and our visiting dog friends. About: I've been taking care of my best friend's and my neighbors' dogs since before I can remember, and have two very happy and healthy cats myself. Chandar sends professional grade photos of Ruth with beautiful, artistic, and often charming backdrops (e.g., a hot air balloon, Princeton campus, dog zodiac statute). Chandar’s family is so welcoming, warm, and kind and it’s always a pleasure to see them when we drop off or pick up Ruth. They have also been incredibly accommodating, welcoming Ruth on short notice or letting her stay late. So happy that we met them!”

Our one lab is a rescue and can become quite anxious; Audrey and her family are very familiar with how fragile a rescue dog can sometimes be and they did a wonderful job helping him to be comfortable in their home, relax and have fun. You can tell right away that they love dogs!”

This was the first time my one year old goldendoodle was being watched by a family member, but Melissa made sure not only Sammie felt comfortable, cared for, and loved, but also me! She sent daily text updates, plenty of pictures, and a video each day of my vacation. Sammie even was able to fall asleep with her in her bed similar to how she is at home. Sammie loved their dogs and had a great time playing in the back yard. I highly recommend Melissa, Dan, and her family for watching dogs. I currently own two toy yorkies, bunnies, birds and chickens. I would be delighted to walk, petsit, or board your cat and/or dog! I have plenty of time to give your pet(s) the playtime, outdoor fun, and affection they deserve! I am dedicated to making sure the animals are happy! I have a huge property of 5.5 acres and two small yorkies to keep your pet(s) company! I have a lot of space, so if your baby is anxious or doesn’t respond well to other doggies i can also separate them from each other. I can give them as many bathroom breaks as needed. I can also walk them around my backyard and around my neighborhood so they can stretch their paws 🐾
“Kathleen watched my dog again for a 3-night stay, and just like last time, she was incredibly patient and attentive. My dog was very nervous and had a few accidents, along with some vomiting, but she handled everything with so much care and compassion. She stayed in constant communication with me—sending updates, letting me know what was happening, and explaining step-by-step what she was doing to help him feel comfortable and calm. Knowing she was on top of everything allowed me to enjoy my vacation without worrying. Kathleen truly goes above and beyond, especially with dogs who are anxious or sensitive. I’m so grateful for how she cared for him and kept me reassured throughout the stay. I absolutely recommend her, and I appreciate her more than she knows!”
