“Kristen provided loving care for my 15 yr old Beagle, while also following instructions with his food plan and meds. Additionally, she provided lots of stimulating activities for this little sniffer, including her own little chihuahua, Cashew, and other little boarding doggies. (My little guy gets more stimulation in her apartment than he gets from me!) While Kristen is a great boarder, for my occasional trips away, I am now considering her as a day care provider too. And she is very accommodating and understanding of trip delays, as well. Will be sure to book with Kristen again soon. (Her own little baby boy loves dogs too).”

About: I’ve always had multiple pets my whole life from a young age, learned responsibilities by feeding, grooming, walking, entertaining, training and medically providing for all my pets and any animal in my care. I have experience working in multiple vet clinics throughout my childhood as I was a pre-vet major up until junior year of college so I have a lot of experience with all kinds of animals and medical knowledge as well. I now have my own dog, Appa, who is 2 that I raised from a puppy and am currently self training. I am currently a phd grad student at vanderbilt university so I have morning classes and lab work, but I live right down the road from campus (less than 5 min drive) and I always come home immediately after my classes/work to be home with Appa. Pet care fits into my daily schedule as I spend as much time as i can working from home so I can be with my dog. I have a 1 bedroom apartment and i live with my 2 year old fur baby named Appa! I have an apt with room for some zoomies and room to play with toys, I have a balcony if they like being outside and my buidling also has a small dog park on the roof with 2 fenced circular yards lined with turf so they can run around at a mini park as much as they want!

They will receive my full attention, whether that's playing, cuddling, etc. My friendly dogs can keep yours company, but I also have a separate room if they prefer to be alone or want breaks. My two cats are kept separately from dogs and visitors. In your home, I'll follow your instructions and routine. I can drop in for playtime, meals, walks, or overnight care. When house sitting, I am with your pets overnight and most of the day. I'll always keep things tidy and respect your privacy and belongings.

About: I love dogs and I began taking care of them when I was about five. Since then I’ve always enjoyed walking and looking after my own dogs, my neighbors’ dogs, and my friends’ dogs. About: I have been taking care of all kinds of animals since I can remember! I grew up on a farm and worked for other local farms, taking care of animals ranging from large dogs to barn cats. My own dogs are high-energy, intelligent breeds, including a Border Collie and an Australian Shepherd, that I have trained myself. I also had a beagle who had many medical problems that required extensive senior care. I am available and flexible anytime on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays for pet care.
