As someone with no family or anyone trusted nearby to watch my newly rescued Chihuahua with separation anxiety (along with some anxiety myself 😅), Pat not only took the time to understand my baby’s needs, but also to make ME feel comfortable. After my dog’s 3-day stay with Pat, I consider her to be a part of our little family. The first day was a rocky with my dog’s anxiety and sadness over me leaving her for the first time, but Pat was incredibly kind and patient, and gave her exactly what she needed to be comfortable. The next day, my girl was loving on Pat like she’s known her her entire life— and vice versa! Pat took her on walks, spoiled her with turkey and pup cups (I told her beforehand this was okay!), and kept me updated every chance she could with pictures and the CUTEST videos. As soon as they met Michael they were at ease and ready to walk with him not caring that we were leaving. Michael was very flexible on pick up and drop off times and ended up having our pups for about 12 hours and we got pictures throughout the day of them playing and having fun. Our one pup has epilepsy and Michael was able to give him his medication without a issue. Would highly recommend him and plan to use him again in the future!”

I grew up horseback riding, volunteering at 4-H events, and helping at our local animal shelter, which has given me a broad and hands-on background with all kinds of four-legged friends. Whether it’s caring for farm animals, taking a neighborhood walk or check-in, or administering a shot (as I’m a Type 1 diabetic and comfortable with injections), your animal’s needs will always be my top priority! Walk time vary depending on age, size and capability of the dog. I keep the AC or heat on according to the season.

About: I’ve taken care of pets from pit bulls who need more socialization to cats who are shy and have special needs. I’ve learned to have more patience so I can really get to know how each pet behaves. I’m always available to drop in during weekdays from early morning to afternoon while I’m still working out a more consistent schedule with my part-time job, but I will always make time for a furry friend in need! Kristen was able to administer her daily anxiety medication and help with potty training. I felt so relieved knowing she was in such great hands while we were out of state!”
