“Like many others, my dog is basically my child so I always get a little nervous when it comes to finding a sitter. I contacted Cheryl to watch my 5 year old dachshund for two nights for a wedding we were attending. She was very responsive and was also conveniently located 10 minutes from our hotel. We traveled from NY and therefore didn’t get the opportunity to do a meet and greet beforehand but Cheryl reassured me that her dog Gus was friendly with everyone and when our dog met him, they got along right away. Cheryl has a fully fenced in yard with plenty of room to run around and although our dog typically sleeps on our bed, Cheryl had plenty of comfy couches and dog beds available. My dog is also an incredibly picky eater and eats fresh refrigerated dog food (he’s a diva I know) and Cheryl had no problems accommodating this. She provided many updates which I certainly appreciated. I would recommend Cheryl to others looking for a dog sitter in the area. I'm a Retired small business owner of 20 years. My days are open enough to to help with last minute, emergencies, planned and even separation anxiety pups. I can stay in if needed. If no schedule is given, I will typically follow the below plan: Walks will be first thing in the morning, lunch (12:30-1:30) and in the evening. Breaks needed is fine too! I'm available Monday through Sunday Open to Drop-off and pickup times, but not after 9pm. If you need some added flexibility we can definitely discuss that. I can come to your home for a pickup or drop-off. Our home is bright and airy and we have w big backyard. No rugs, no kids….My mom lives two blocks away with a big backyard with a pool, if your Pup likes the water. And orchard park dog park is a walk away if allowed. One of the biggest CONS of transitioning from a 60 hour work week for 20 years to sitting at home and walking with just the two of us. Because of this, I go on daily walks to the dog park, where we sit for awhile and watch them play. I'm hoping your dog will finally give me a reason to go into the dog park. If dog parks isn't your dogs thing, I can head to a more residential route. Don't worry, I'll be sure to send you a picture or video. And I will make sure to keep open communication, with updates. My days and evenings are open! Monday-Sunday. Nothing in my schedule lasts over 3 hours, so I am pretty much open for your Pup’s needs. I follow directions about the care of your dog to perfection. We have a big backyard, if granted by you, because there’s no fence. We have two bedrooms they can stay in, or they can stay in ours, or in a crate! We are so flexible. There is a dog park we can walk to if allowed. We also have access to my mother’s pool, if allowed, she is within walking distance and her backyard is fenced. Big area to run around and hang out. We have no kids, which makes it even easier!

I'm a Retired small business owner of 20 years. My days are open enough to to help with last minute, emergencies, planned and even separation anxiety pups. I can stay in if needed. If no schedule is given, I will typically follow the below plan: Walks will be first thing in the morning, lunch (12:30-1:30) and in the evening. Breaks needed is fine too! I'm available Monday through Sunday Open to Drop-off and pickup times, but not after 9pm. If you need some added flexibility we can definitely discuss that. I can come to your home for a pickup or drop-off. Our home is bright and airy and we have w big backyard. No rugs, no kids….My mom lives two blocks away with a big backyard with a pool, if your Pup likes the water. And orchard park dog park is a walk away if allowed. One of the biggest CONS of transitioning from a 60 hour work week for 20 years to sitting at home and walking with just the two of us. Because of this, I go on daily walks to the dog park, where we sit for awhile and watch them play. I'm hoping your dog will finally give me a reason to go into the dog park. If dog parks isn't your dogs thing, I can head to a more residential route. Don't worry, I'll be sure to send you a picture or video. And I will make sure to keep open communication, with updates. My days and evenings are open! Monday-Sunday. Nothing in my schedule lasts over 3 hours, so I am pretty much open for your Pup’s needs. I follow directions about the care of your dog to perfection. We have a big backyard, if granted by you, because there’s no fence. We have two bedrooms they can stay in, or they can stay in ours, or in a crate! We are so flexible. There is a dog park we can walk to if allowed. We also have access to my mother’s pool, if allowed, she is within walking distance and her backyard is fenced. Big area to run around and hang out. We have no kids, which makes it even easier!

About: I am a Chef and animal lover. It is my passion to nourish & take care of people, and this certainly extends to our furry friends. I have an English Bulldog named Luca and he is extremely adored. I am very active. I go for 3 mile walks minimum daily, and I would love to bring your dogs along! I also enjoy time at home, where I can be a great companion for them there as well - playing or sharing space. Any of your pets special needs are safe with me, I will care for them as my own! I hope we can spend time together soon! I work at a bakery so I am out of work between 2-3:30 everyday at the latest. I am always off on Sundays and only work 4 days out of the week. I go into work between 6-9 am. I have a small fenced yard outside my apartment building. I am very close to a park I can take them to. I will allow animals on my couch, but of course I will set boundaries if this is not something you want to become a habit. I will give them as much play time and love as they please. I can also respect that some animals just want you to be there for company and I can do that as well.

About: I’ve been a dog lover since I was young. I grew up caring for a King Charles Cavalier Spaniel and a Chocolate Lab, and I currently have a very energetic Cockapoo. I love all dog breeds and personalities! In college, I also cared for a senior German Shepherd when their family was away on vacation. I have a very flexible and non traditional work schedule. “Like many others, my dog is basically my child so I always get a little nervous when it comes to finding a sitter. I contacted Cheryl to watch my 5 year old dachshund for two nights for a wedding we were attending. She was very responsive and was also conveniently located 10 minutes from our hotel. We traveled from NY and therefore didn’t get the opportunity to do a meet and greet beforehand but Cheryl reassured me that her dog Gus was friendly with everyone and when our dog met him, they got along right away. Cheryl has a fully fenced in yard with plenty of room to run around and although our dog typically sleeps on our bed, Cheryl had plenty of comfy couches and dog beds available. My dog is also an incredibly picky eater and eats fresh refrigerated dog food (he’s a diva I know) and Cheryl had no problems accommodating this. She provided many updates which I certainly appreciated. I would recommend Cheryl to others looking for a dog sitter in the area.
