About: I have worked on a dog therapy farm caring for over 30 dogs, all different breeds, ages and temperaments. I would walk, feed, and care for the dogs. I had a pet cat growing up, and currently have a 8 year old, 100 lb American Akita that I rescued from a kill shelter with severe anxiety and behavioral issues - so I know how to handle difficult dogs. I also have dog sat my sister’s newborn dachshund puppy and her 2 year old rescue mutt. I am familiar and comfortable with all dogs and cats. “Excellent experience with boarding our senior dog. Because of our dog's age, we usually travel with him, but in this case that wasn't possible. We met with Brian and his wife before our trip, which gave us an opportunity to see how our dog would fare while we were away, and we felt very comfortable with dropping him off with them. They did a great job taking some special instructions into consideration, given his age. You can tell right away that they are caring "dog people". They sent pictures while we were away, and were available for messaging during the entire trip. We would definitely recommend them as sitters.”

About: Hi my name is Micaela and one thing about me is that I adore animals! I love all animals so very much. I also feel that I work really well with them. I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life. Most of my dogs have been big dogs so I’m pretty good with handling any challenge that’s thrown my way. I’ve had more aggressive and protective dogs as well as laid back dogs and I’ve loved all. I’ve also worked at local shelters in my hometown and felt that that helped me gain more experience working with varying animals. About: Hello! I have been an avid animal lover my whole life. I chose to pursue my dream of caring for animals and graduated with a Bachelors degree in Zoology. Having been an animal care specialist at a wildlife safari for several years, you can expect all of your animal's needs will be met to the highest standard. I am trained in administering medications (injection and oral). While not a certified dog trainer, I have experience training a variety of different species. Your precious pooch will be staying in a ground level apartment with access to a yard. Endless adventures and cuddles will keep your pet happy and content while being away from their owners. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact me. I am not currently working so being that I am home all day, I am available to tend to your dogs needs 24/7! Walks, potty breaks, play time, I will be on your dogs schedule and can send you updates as many times a day as you request. Your pets safety and comfort is my highest priority. In my home they are free to roam where they would like, while outside they will always be leashed. If they feel more comfortable having a crate in home we can arrange to have that for them as well.

I am very soft and gentle when it comes to dogs because I want them to feel comfortable. I am also good at evaluating dogs’ body language so I can accommodate to their needs. My goal is to make your dog as happy as it can be, keeping them well fed, hydrated, and active through walks. Having a dog myself made me fall even more in love with dogs and I can’t wait to meet more dogs and care for them! :) I am currently working part time in the mornings and early afternoons which makes me available to care for your pet in the middle of the afternoon and evenings! I take care of the pets by listening to what the owner wants for their pet. I make sure the pets are comfortable where they are and I am gentle. I understand some dogs are shy and I come into every home aware of that and I try to let the dogs slowly warm up to me. I make them feel as safe and cared for as possible. Feeding and walking is as consistent as the owner wants it :)

About: I love all animals, even reptiles! When I was a teenager I worked at a kennel for a summer job and fell in love with every breed of dog. I’ve had dogs, cats, rabbits and small critters my entire life and even backyard chickens! My current pup is a senior boxer/Shepard mix. I am comfortable giving medication and caring for senior and special needs pets. I have a full time job so am available for pet care in the evenings and on weekends. I work local so if pet sitting at my house, I can check in at lunch time. I have a fenced in backyard and crates if needed. My senior dog is chill and is great with dogs and cats if caring for you pet in my home. For short stays, pets usually do best in their own home with visits from me up to three times a day depending on their needs.
