We received daily text messages/pictures of her playing fetch in their fully fenced in quiet yard and then pictures of her being tuckered out and napping after. I have helped my dad recognize when our animals needed medical care, such as our current cat with hyperthyroidism or our previous cat that had a collapsed lung. “Erin was great with our three dogs. It was their first time staying at someone else's house and they were acting up. She was willing to bring them back to my house and watch them there. I love that she was flexible and honest. She took great care of them. I was over three hours away and was so glad that she was able to come up with plan B and execute it. She was so flexible, accommodating and friendly. She made me feel at ease. We would definitely book her again.”

“We used Morgan, and actually Rover.com, for the first time. My husband dropped off Laska (our hound mix rescue dog), and noticed that she seemed happy to go with Morgan. For us, this is a big deal because she's been through a lot. When we used the kennel Laska would fight us going in, and would come home stressed out and completely out of it. This was not the case after picking up Laska from Morgan's. Laska was clean, happy, and not stressed out! This was a first for her! Laska did have some separation anxiety, so she chewed her bed up. That was our fault because we forgot to tell Morgan about the routine that we have when we leave the house. As a result, we thought Morgan would tell us that she wouldn't watch Laska again, but to our delight, Morgan said she will take her in the future.”
