People like to assume that cats are aloof but they just have their own time and space. I like to give all pets their own time and space and understand their needs individually. About: We offer loving and compassionate dog boarding or drop-ins and cat drop-ins. Dog boarding is at our home with a large, fenced-in yard and plenty of room to play and roam around. We never take more than one dog guest at a time and take extra special care of your pet while you are gone, including walks and cuddles. About: My husband and I have lived in Lake Mohawk for 22 years. We have 4 wonderful children, all of which love animals. While we no longer offer pet sitting in our home, we would love to offer drop in visits, and daily walks afterschool, evenings or during the weekends to give your fur baby some lov'n and activity while you're away! Depending on your fur baby's needs, during each visit, we will check food & water levels, give a 5 - 10 minute play session and a quick potty break outside. If you want, leave us a leash and we'll take your pup on a 20-30 min walk around the neighborhood to explore and get some exercise! We want to ease your worries that while you're away, your pup will be given lots of love and care! I'm a school teacher who has my afternoons (after 2:30pm) and weekends free to drop in and give your pup plenty of lov'n and care! Check in with me during summer & holiday breaks, too, bc when school is off, I have the whole day free to check in on your fur baby! Upon arrival, I always let my furry friends smell and get acquainted with me before feeding or letting outside. About: I have loved and cared for dogs and cats for as long as I can remember. I grew up with all kinds of animals in my homes and have had additional experience with birds, fish, chickens, hamsters, mice, snakes, geckos, bunnies, and others over my last 30 years. Above all, my heart pours love and gratitude into animal babies because I believe they deserve the same unconditional love that they give to us humans. I work part time and make my own schedule. I am incredibly flexible and am used to a swing schedule where I can get up early or stay up late in order to accommodate the needs of my clients. I have a multiple acre wooded property. Though it is not entirely fenced in I am skilled at leash walking/training and my property backs up to miles of trails that are part of a wildlife refuge. I currently have a one year old female Beagle/Belgian Malinois mix who is crate trained but also does stay at home alone freely at this age with no incidents. She is incredible with other dogs and people, overall very sweet and friendly. I am willing to crate your pup if that is what you prefer, but am also ok with a free roaming pup. I work only on a free-lance basis and do all of my work based around my pet sitting, drop in, and walking schedule. So your animals are my number one priority! I have added a fence on my wooded property to accommodate pups that need some freedom from a leash to do their ‘business’ 😆 and of course my sweet, friendly, playful pup Rainy is always ready to wrestle, chase, or cuddle her new friends!

About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life, including a Black Lab, Miniature Pinscher, Rottweiler, and German Shepherd. Being around such different breeds has taught me that every dog has their own personality, energy level, quirks, and way of showing you what they need. I also have hands-on experience caring for dogs in my family. I regularly help care for my sister’s two dogs—a 1-year-old Corgi and a 13-year-old English Bulldog. I offer visits, walks, overnight stays, or I can live at your house while you are away. I am a nature and wildlife photographer so I have gotten to know, to one degree or the other, all of the animals around my home, which, I believe, helps to make me comfortable with all types of pets. I also offer pet portraits! I have experience with all of the usual pets, plus a few unusual ones too. I will take good care of your dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, reptiles, small animals and even tarantulas or insects. I will treat your pets as if they were my own and I will let you know how the visits are going. Your pets will be safe and well cared for with me. I have a regular part time job with a flexible schedule so can be available just about anytime. Let me know what you need and we can work it out. Home visits run about a 1/2 an hour and include, depending upon your pet, a walk, poop scoop, litter box cleaning, feeding, watering and treat dispensing, and pats and cuddles.

About: Like most I have had dogs my entire life but my last soul mate of 16 years died a year ago and I cannot bring myself to get another dog. That being said, we love animals in this household and want them around all the time...I think you get it. My other job is a professional nature photographer so not only will you get amazing photos of your dog, I can bring them with me on my assignments if you like. Like I said in my experience, my other job is a professional photographer giving me hours and hours at my house editing my work. We have the most inviting back yard but it is not fenced, however, our house is in a rural community with great neighbors. Your dog will never be off a leash if that is your wish.
