We were really worried about leaving her since we only had her for a month and she is so young but she was really happy with them. She had a blast playing with the other dog they were watching. I really like how they only take a couple dogs at a time so she received plenty of attention and things did not get too crazy for her. Ken is home during the day which was great for a young puppy still house training. I loved seeing pics and videos on Facebook while we were away. About: Ever since I was old enough to stay home alone, I've always enjoyed taking care of pets. Overtime I've gotten used to walking, feeding, and entertaining dogs for my friends and relatives. I currently work 2 jobs, with Sunday as my consistent day off. Despite having multiple jobs, most of my shifts don't exceed 5-6 hours. Both jobs and home are not far from each other. I don’t work long hours during the week and am free on the weekends, so I have plenty of time to spend with your dog. About: I do offer boarding at my farm. I only take up to 2 dogs at a time. We do a few walks everyday around the 8 acres. They get plenty of yard time. Every dog gets a specialized program with me and one Free training session. Does your animal need meds? No problem. If I can syringe a horse, I can handle a cat or dog (and have) I also LOVE cats. I have had a many cats in the last 28 years. House cats, barn cats, baby cats, old cats. I currently have 2 cats that were ring worm kittens from Paws. I finished up their treatment and adopted them. I can wrangle a barn cat that’s 1/2 feral to go to the vet or get it’s flea/tick meds. Don’t count me out if you have cats! They like me as much as I like them! I have taken care of pretty much any house pet from rats, to ferrets, parrots and snakes. I have had many tropical fish tanks too. Horses, cats and dogs are not my limits. As long as I’m not previously booked, I will be able to accommodate you. It never hurts to ask. I try to stay pretty close to home so I can fit in as many visits as possible but I do have great transportation. I keep safety in mind at all times. I am always aware when I’m walking a dog and will not let them mingle with other dogs or people. I always make sure water is fresh and plentiful. I am very cautious to avoid and loose animals. Your pets health and care are my career and my number one concerns.
About: I have had a dog all 18 years of my life. Most of this time we had two dogs, so I am used to handling multiple dogs at a time! I am home from college for the summer and do not work a part time job currently, with this free time, i am able to give these animals the care they need almost 24/7. About: I have many years experience of pet care from ownership to boarding to walks. I’m an outdoors womanI love all animals and will treat your pets like family because that’s what they are. I am retired and want to dedicate my free time to do what I love most. Spending time and caring for animals. I also know how to teach dogs some tricks they may not know yet. All my plants are pet safe. I don’t use any chemicals that are harmful in or outside my home. Over an acre is fenced in for your pet to run freely. On hot days I have baby pools i can fill up for your pet to play in. If your pet is a swimmer i have a beautiful pet friendly lake within 5 miles of my home and love to take them to swim. I also have several dog parks close by. When transporting your pet i have pet seatbelts for your pet’s safety. My home is extremely clean inside and out. Most importantly I will always have my eyes on your pet. They will not be left alone.

My household has 3 Dogs, including a fenced in yard. When I let them go out to use the bathroom, I will stand outside to make sure they get inside safely. Around their dinner time, one of our dogs has a separate food bag because he has food sensitivities so I make sure to separate their food and give them a specific amount of food that is good for them. I will play with them all the time, give them love and treats, and make sure they are content. (I will be the only caretaker, no one else in my household will be accompanying me!)

About: Hi!! Animals have pretty much always been at the center of my world! I grew up in a pet-filled home with (not all at once!) six cats, two golden retrievers, a hound dog, a black lab, rabbits, hamsters, and cockatiels over the years, so caring for animals has never felt like a chore to me. Patience, consistency, attentiveness, and remaining calm are HUGE parts of my everyday life, and those skills very much naturally translate into my caring for animals. I understand that every pet communicates differently, and I always take the time to learn their boundaries, routines, comfort level, and personality! I am genuinely the person who pulls over for a lost dog, takes in a stray, or gets overly excited when I see a doggy head out of a car window. In fact, I’ve done all of those things many times😂😂 Your pets will never feel like “just another booking” to me. My goal is for them to feel happy, comfortable and cared for, for your home to be taken care of respectfully, and for you to relax knowing your babies are in genuinely loving hands. ☺️🦮 My schedule works really well for pet care! During the school year, I work at a special needs school Monday through Friday from 8:00am–3:00pm, so I’m available for afternoon and evening walks, drop-ins, and day or overnight sits. I’m also available on weekends, school holidays, winter break, spring break, and throughout the summer when I’m completely off from school! I’m happy to follow your pet’s normal routine and will always be upfront about my availability before booking! I primarily care for pets in their own homes, where they can stay comfortable and relaxed in the environment and routine they already know! I take the time to learn each pet’s personality, boundaries, feeding schedule, walking habits, favorite toys, hiding spots, and all the funny little things that make them them! I’m happy to take dogs for walks around their neighborhood or, with your permission, bring them to a nearby park or trail for a little extra adventure. I carefully follow all instructions, keeping doors and gates secured and of course using the leash or equipment you provide, etc. I’ll treat your home respectfully, keep everything clean, and send plenty of photos and updates so you can relax knowing your pet is safe, happy, and getting lots of love!

My dog is on antibiotics and she had so problem at all giving her her meds and making sure she was happy. She would update me multiple times a day and send pictures. “Janet and Ken took wonderful care of our new Vizsla puppy while we were on a cruise. We were really worried about leaving her since we only had her for a month and she is so young but she was really happy with them. She had a blast playing with the other dog they were watching. Ken is home during the day which was great for a young puppy still house training. I loved seeing pics and videos on Facebook while we were away.
