Pick up is before noon and drop-off is after 3pm. A $5.00 an hour charge is added for pick up after 12 noon or drop off before 3pm, with at most an additional fee of $25.00 a day. About this sitter: If your dog feels most comfortable staying at his own home, we'll come visit, walk, and play with your beloved pooch while you're away!! My focus is overnight, in-home sitting so your pets can stay in their normal routine—sleeping in their own beds, in the place they feel most comfortable (no boarding stress). I am happy to send photos and updates of your pets while you're away so you can enjoy your travels knowing they are safe, happy, and receiving plenty of love. While you’re away, I also treat your home with respect and care: bringing in mail/packages, rotating lights, watering plants, and keeping things tidy. Expect reliable communication, photo updates, and calm, steady care—walks, playtime, enrichment, snuggles, and support for separation anxiety/routines. I work full time for a nonprofit with some remote work flexibly as needed. My schedule is an 8 hr work day and start and end times can be adjusted as needed. I am experienced with crate training, basic obedience, special diets, walking, mental stimulation and calming techniques and lots of love, affection and snuggles. Services can be modified for the specific needs of your dog(s) or cat(s).
About: I’ve cared for dogs my whole life, including my own pets since I was 10. I also worked at a dog kennel and as a dog grooming assistant when I was younger, and I’ve dog-sat for other families. These experiences taught me how to safely handle dogs, help with bathing, and keep them calm and comfortable in new places. What makes me different from many sitters is my experience with senior, disabled, and recovering dogs. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their normal routine as closely as possible so they feel safe and comfortable. I make sure they are fed on time, have fresh water, get walks or potty breaks, and receive lots of attention and playtime. I also give any medications if needed and keep their space clean. I respect the client’s home and keep everything tidy, including cleaning up pet messes, washing bowls if needed, and making sure doors and gates stay secure. I send updates and photos so owners know their pet is safe and happy. My goal is to make pets feel relaxed and cared for while their family is away.

“We used Morgan, and actually Rover.com, for the first time. My husband dropped off Laska (our hound mix rescue dog), and noticed that she seemed happy to go with Morgan. For us, this is a big deal because she's been through a lot. When we used the kennel Laska would fight us going in, and would come home stressed out and completely out of it. This was not the case after picking up Laska from Morgan's. Laska was clean, happy, and not stressed out! This was a first for her! Laska did have some separation anxiety, so she chewed her bed up.
