“We had been looking for a Rover sitter who we can leave our 6 year old “designer-bred” Schnoodle Archie and have piece of mind. We were booked for a 7-day Princess cruise and we were prepared to cancel our vacation if we can find someone that are completely comfortable with. Luckily, we found Stephanie Anne at the last minute. The meet and greet showed us how selective she was to make sure Archie will adjusts and will get alone with the select group of small dogs with her. She let out just one dog at a time and observed the chemistry with our Archie. There were about 6 small dogs - Stephanie Anne told us their unique personalities. She is clearly has the experience we are looking for. During our 7-day vacation, Stephanie Anne sent daily written updates, stories and many photos that captured the special moments of that day. Stephanie Anne met and exceeded our expectations - Archie was safe, met and enjoyed new friends, and Stephanie Anne carried out all our instructions. We finally found Archie a vacation home away from home. Highly recommended. Will will re-book for our next vacation in December.”

He was open to a meet and greet the day before I was supposed to drop off my pet which was from 7am-5pm, and he met Ollie and then showed us around a bit which made me feel much better knowing my dog was going to be kept in such clean and organized conditions. You can clearly tell how well Tom takes care of his own dogs. Everyday I used his service I could tell my dog had a great time and got to experience what walking in a pack was like. He came home exhausted each day and Tom sent great pictures and videos which made me feel better. I have a long hair cat and a beagle so I am used to scooping cat litter, picking up dog poop, and I’m not afraid of the occasional puke haha. I don’t mind grooming any size animal if necessary While pet sitting in the past I follow their feeding regime and would walk animals every couple hours. Of course give extra loves to pets while owners are away so they feel happy. Also lots of playing with them and their toys!
