“A day before I was due to leave for a weekend trip to NY I found myself still struggling to figure out arrangements for my 5-year-old chipoo, Dixie. I've never left her overnight with anyone before - only for a few hours here and there with family members. Dixie and I both suffer from separation anxiety (from one another haha) and I began searching online not thinking that I would ever find someone good enough to watch my little girl. When I came across Anita and Kirk, I knew instantly that they shared the same love for dogs as I. Dixie and I went to visit and check things out early the next morning and what amazed me most about Kirk and Anita was their attention and dedication to each animal and their specific needs. My specific need was that my little girl would be able to sleep in bed just as she does at home. Whatever your dog is used to at home, they will replicate it! From the pictures and videos that I received for the two days that I was away, I was able to tell that my baby was being spoiled on the Furry Farm just as much as she is at home. They made sure Dixie was comfortable and they reassured me that she was safe and well taken care of. They are definitely one of a kind and I doubt that I'd ever be able to find that level of treatment, care, attention, and affection with anyone else. I would recommend them over and over again and will certainly be using their services again when needed. About: Ever since I was old enough to stay home alone, I've always enjoyed taking care of pets. Overtime I've gotten used to walking, feeding, and entertaining dogs for my friends and relatives. I currently work 2 jobs, with Sunday as my consistent day off. Despite having multiple jobs, most of my shifts don't exceed 5-6 hours. Both jobs and home are not far from each other. About: I have experience with cats with health issues and giving medications. My 18 yr old has CKD and a few other issues he gets supplements for that keep him going. I have volunteered with cats at an animal shelter and helped with dog adoption events as a dog handler. My schedule is very open at the moment so I'm available for whatever is needed. I have 3 cats so I do need to be home several times a day to care for them. My cats are indoor only but I take my 18 year old out on a leash on walks around the yard, but he mostly prefers to be carried. About: I have lived with dogs my whole life. I have a dog named Romeo who is 4 years old. I have learned that dogs deserve patience and quality time, of course love. I have watched others dogs, family and friends, and they have always been happy with the outcome. I have experience in cleaning, playing, feeding the right amount of food, and caring. I am an assistant manager at Exit 4 Escape Rooms in Glassboro. I consistently work 2 days a week within the days Wednesday through Sunday. Those hours range from 5:30 pm to Close (the latest being 10:30.) I also am a party princess/performer so I may have a gig on the weekends and I may be out for a couple hours. When I have a confirmed gig(s) If I am not available at all that day due to multiple, I will update my schedule immediately. I try to keep up with it on here. My household has 3 Dogs, including a fenced in yard. When I let them go out to use the bathroom, I will stand outside to make sure they get inside safely. Around their dinner time, one of our dogs has a separate food bag because he has food sensitivities so I make sure to separate their food and give them a specific amount of food that is good for them. I will play with them all the time, give them love and treats, and make sure they are content. (I will be the only caretaker, no one else in my household will be accompanying me!)

About: I am very good with dogs, because I pay attention to their body language. Dogs communicate through their eyes, body and barks. Similar to a person using sign language. Most communication is non-verbal and I definitely pay attention and make sure I treat every furry friend with respect and love. I will take your dog walking, I will check-in on your dog and play ball or tug of war with them, if that is what they like to do, I will provide water refills and food refills, even mix food upon request and follow instructions specific to your dog's need. I like to take dogs to the park, go jogging with dogs, belly rubs, hugs and playful affection. I like making dogs feel important, so they know they matter. If they need a bathing that is extra, but I will clean your dog thoroughly after playtime. If, you want me to take your dog to the park, I love doing walks and runs in the park with your fur baby! Get all the extra energy out, so when you come home they are well satisfied and content. I have a house and a yard. Yard is not fully fenced in yet, but currently working towards fixing it or getting a new fence. My house is dog proof to keep all fur babies safe and happy, but there are always other options available to keep your dog as comfortable as possible. Depending on the service you hire me for pertaining to your pet.
