About: I am very good with dogs, because I pay attention to their body language. Dogs communicate through their eyes, body and barks. Similar to a person using sign language. Most communication is non-verbal and I definitely pay attention and make sure I treat every furry friend with respect and love. Dogs have feelings and like to socialize in healthy environments and that is what they will get with me as your dog sitter and / or dog walker. I will take your dog walking, I will check-in on your dog and play ball or tug of war with them, if that is what they like to do, I will provide water refills and food refills, even mix food upon request and follow instructions specific to your dog's need. I like to take dogs to the park, go jogging with dogs, belly rubs, hugs and playful affection. I like making dogs feel important, so they know they matter. This way, they feel happy and fulfilled while you are working or away on vacation, or away for that day or moment running errands. I am currently an entrepreneur. Trying to start my own pet business. Served, previously in the United States Air Force. Used to have an emotional support dog for 14 years who is no longer with us due to old age and health problems. I make dogs feel important because they are our fur babies who deserve the best life can give them! If you have instructions or a routine I will follow those set of guidelines. I will keep all owners well informed with updated photos and possible videos on how their fur babies are doing! If they need a bathing that is extra, but I will clean your dog thoroughly after playtime. If, you want me to take your dog to the park, I love doing walks and runs in the park with your fur baby! Get all the extra energy out, so when you come home they are well satisfied and content. I have a house and a yard. Yard is not fully fenced in yet, but currently working towards fixing it or getting a new fence. My house is dog proof to keep all fur babies safe and happy, but there are always other options available to keep your dog as comfortable as possible. About: I’ve been taking care of dogs for over 10 years. I am also a firefighter for over 12 years and have worked with K9 s at work. My dog Tucker loves other dogs and is always looking to run and play. I work from home so I am always available to take care of your pets. My wife is also available most days to help as well! My dog sleeps in bed with us and is allowed on all furniture. We also allow our friends’ dogs on all the furniture and bed when we watch them. On top of being an animal lover of all kinds my entire life, I have worked in pet stores, and Dog Kennels where I would distribute meds (oral and injection) as necessary and was a Dog Groomer for a family-owned shop for 15 years. My family has never been without a dog, and now that I’m in my own home with my husband and our 2-year-old dog, I get to continue doing what I love—giving dogs a safe, comfortable, and loving place to stay. Over the years, my family and I have cared for the pets of friends and relatives more times than I can count, from overnight stays to month-long visits. Every dog who comes into our home is treated like family from the moment we meet them. About: I’ve been taking care of dogs for over 10 years. I am also a firefighter for over 12 years and have worked with K9 s at work. My dog Tucker loves other dogs and is always looking to run and play. I work from home so I am always available to take care of your pets. My wife is also available most days to help as well! My dog sleeps in bed with us and is allowed on all furniture. We also allow our friends’ dogs on all the furniture and bed when we watch them. We have plenty of space for dogs to play in our yard and will be getting a fence very soon.

About: Pet owner, pet lover! I have been sitting for friends and family since I was a teen. I also grew up around large dogs. I adopted a staffy mix in 2014 and we had 9 great years together before she passed. I’m not ready to adopt again, so until then, I’d like to help others. I’ve also had a few cats in the past and currently have 2! They are both tolerant of dogs and if they are uncomfortable, they will typically leave the room. My friends will bring their dogs when they visit me and my cats do well. I don’t have a yard per se but there is a lot of open space for frequent walks/potty breaks. My apartment complex is very pet-friendly. I am on the 2nd floor, so there are 2 sets of steps that may make it hard for older dogs. I often do overnights and stay with pets in their own home to maximize their comfort and keep their routines intact. I’m flexible based on your individual needs. One of my interests is in animal behavior. I have read many books (my favorites are from Patricia B. McConnell) My philosophy is we are training everyday. Consistency is important to me and for them, so I will ask many questions during the meet and greet stage to understand their needs and know how to best support you both. I look forward to meeting you both! My schedule is determined by the pets in my care and their schedules. I am currently freelance with WFH tasks and gig work and schedule my other jobs around my pet care calendar. I live in a pet-friendly apartment complex with lots of open space to walk. With me, your pup will have 24/7 one-on-one attention. They are allowed on the furniture and will always be supervised. I also have room to set up a crate if they are crate-trained but most of the time they will play and hangout where I am. I have 2 cats that do well with dogs. The cat food is raised off the floor and litter boxes are located in the main living space and are scooped immediately.
