“I honestly can’t recommend Justine enough. From even before I booked with Rover, she was incredibly communicative, transparent, and kind. We were in contact for weeks before Max’s stay, and she took the time to answer all of my questions and make me feel completely comfortable. As a first-time Rover user, that meant so much to me. While I was away in Mexico, I never had to wonder how Max was doing. Justine sent regular updates with photos and videos, and it was obvious from every update that she genuinely cared about him. She didn’t just watch him—she spent time with him, played with him, and gave him so much love and attention. It was clear he wasn’t just another pet to her. When I picked Max up, he was happy, relaxed, well-fed, and acted like he’d been home the whole time. That’s probably the biggest compliment I can give. I could tell he felt safe and cared for every single day he was with her. On top of that, I accidentally left some of Max’s belongings at her house, and she even took the time to drive them back to me. That level of thoughtfulness really says everything about the kind of person she is. This was my first experience using Rover, and because of Justine, it couldn’t have gone better. About: With 25 yrs experience being a dog owner or family member pet sitter, I assure you that your furry family member is in good hands. My current job allows me to spend time with your furry animal during the morning (walking) and early afternoons. And my weekends are always free. My home is fenced in and have a big yard for some exercise. Inside it is warm and cozy and welcoming for your furry family members.
