“If I could leave 6 stars, I would! This was our first time using Meghan and she was amazing. We planned to have her watch our dog from Wednesday to Monday for a long weekend getaway, and then a snowstorm canceled our flight and we ended up being stuck away for 4 extra days. Meghan was so helpful and offered to go buy extra food for our pup since we had only packed him the amount he originally needed, and made us feel so comfortable leaving him there for what turned out to be such a long time. She sent lots of pictures and updates and I could tell my dog was having SUCH a good time. Usually when we pick our dog up from a sitter he is crying and squealing with excitement to see us… this time when we finally picked him up, he literally tried to go back into Meghan’s house and did not want to leave. He’s been depressed ever since we brought him back home… slightly heartbreaking for us LOL but a testament to what a great time he had with Meghan!”

About: Since I was young I have always been drawn to caretaking of animals, and so whenever a neighbor or friend went away I did the pet sitting in their homes! I previously worked at a doggy daycare and board, so I have plenty of experience in taking care of dogs needs, including things like medication. Currently, I work in an animal shelter, which includes different feedings and walking of various breeds of dogs! I am also currently studying conservation and wildlife management in university, and will be taking a multitude of caretaking classes that will help me take care of your animals as well. I currently work a few days a week at an animal shelter. My usual work days are from 8-3, and anywhere outside of that time I will be free to hang with your pets! With so many area parks to explore it will not only be excellent exercise, but great mental and social stimulation as well. I work from home and can be flexible with your pets needs. In addition to plenty of outdoor time throughout the day, I take at least one daily longer walk with my dog Copper at an area park (Round Valley, Voorhees, Spruce Run, etc) that we would love to share with your pet. Copper is very friendly and happy to make new dog friends, but of course we will schedule a time for our dogs to meet before the stay and make sure everyone is getting along well.
About: Caring for people and animals is my passion. I work part time at a hospital and volunteer with rescue dogs. I like helping any way I can. I will care for your pet to the best of my abilities and ensure the get the attention they need when you are unable to be there. I have dog sat/dog walked and cat sat a variety of different breeds for years. I am open to most any animal and have a flexible schedule. I enjoy spending time with animals and getting them outside and active in fresh air! If needed I have references I can give to better confirm that I am experienced and trustworthy. I am open to helping out anyway that I can! I look forward to working with you!

“If I could leave 6 stars, I would! This was our first time using Meghan and she was amazing. We planned to have her watch our dog from Wednesday to Monday for a long weekend getaway, and then a snowstorm canceled our flight and we ended up being stuck away for 4 extra days. Meghan was so helpful and offered to go buy extra food for our pup since we had only packed him the amount he originally needed, and made us feel so comfortable leaving him there for what turned out to be such a long time. She sent lots of pictures and updates and I could tell my dog was having SUCH a good time. Usually when we pick our dog up from a sitter he is crying and squealing with excitement to see us… this time when we finally picked him up, he literally tried to go back into Meghan’s house and did not want to leave. He’s been depressed ever since we brought him back home… slightly heartbreaking for us LOL but a testament to what a great time he had with Meghan!”
