What really stood out was Kathleen’s willingness to be flexible with our situation. On his drop-off date, we were heading to the cruise port to begin our trip. Instead of requiring me to drive to her home with Falcor, which would have used up about an hour of my time each way, Kathleen coordinated with a family member who lives close to us. Because I’m home most of the day, dogs receive plenty of attention and are rarely left alone for long periods. “Kathleen looked after our little bud, Falcor while we were away for 11 days. She got along with him just fine (he loves to cuddle). What really stood out was Kathleen’s willingness to be flexible with our situation. On his drop-off date, we were heading to the cruise port to begin our trip. Instead of requiring me to drive to her home with Falcor, which would have used up about an hour of my time each way, Kathleen coordinated with a family member who lives close to us. So instead, I was able to drop Falcor there which made our day super smooth! Kathleen was very accommodating and she kept to our specific instructions about Falcor’s care.”
