About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all sizes including my own GSD and my wheaten terrier from 8 weeks old to adulthood. I also have experience babysitting my best friend’s Doberman and my mom’s pittie mixes. I currently work full time but I get up early to make sure my dog gets her walk and is fed twice a day. About: I've had a strong love for animals since I was a kid and always grew up with a pet. While that's a common backstory, I wanted mine to result in becoming a veterinarian. Now that may not have happened (I changed my mind in college), but my love and desire to be around them has never changed. I've owned birds, hamsters, turtles, cats, dogs and fish. From my childhood dog Bruno who died a few years ago, to my late grandma's dog Jabar (who I drove across the country to get when she died) to my current babies; Brick (rescued from the streets) and Plato (my turtle rescued from an unethical vendor). Here we are now, one big, happy multi-species family! I work from home while my partner goes into an office. This is how I can care for my boy Brick and my other house doggie Jabar (his mommy goes to work so I take care of him during the day too). I can give your baby a huge portion of my attention a day, because Brick is a puppy I always watch him like a hawk. Brick gets up around 4:30 am with his dad so he can get breakfast and go out. But I don't wake up until around 7:30 am so that's when Brick comes back out. We go outside and I let him run around like crazy for about 30-45 mins and then I keep him in the living room with me while I start work. Because he's a puppy, every two hours we outside to the background and he gets lunch around 2 pm. He gets about 2 hours out to play and be with Jabar, and in the cage for an hour. That's on routine throughout the day but when Dad gets home around 6 he's out for the rest of the day until bed. Jabar is older and more independent so he plays, roams the house, eats and drinks throughout the day when he wants and goes outside with me and Brick.

“I was so scared to leave my Odie after a bad experience with a boarder several years ago. However Stephanie put me at ease immediately. She didn't rush the initial interaction with Odie. During Odie's stay she sent pictures and updates. When I picked Odie up he looked happy. I would definitely recommend Stephanie to anyone! She has a special gift with dogs.”

“Joan was a great sitter for our baby, Nimer. I loved receiving daily updates on how he was doing as well as pictures and videos. We chose the boarding option, and Nimer had the best time at Joan's house, sleeping on her bed, playing in the cat tunnels, and climbing the cat trees. He also got along so well with her ferrets! Her house is free of any harmful products and is a safe space for just about any pet. Nimer will definitely be coming back when we go on our next trip. Highly recommend!”
“I found a great family to watch my dogs over the weekend! Melissa, Angel and their 2 boys made my pups feel right at home! They sent photos and a video each day of the dogs sleeping, playing, watching TV on the couch with family. Mellisa and Angel are my new go to people with Rover.”

“Ivy was AMAZING with our new pup, Holly. Holly is a very curious pup and gets into things sometimes but she is a sweetheart. Ivy taught Holly the “stay” command and “paw” during her week stay with Ivy. Our Holly LOVED Ivy’s son and got along with their dog, too, which makes me really haopy”

“Jim provided excellent care for my pup. I really appreciated his availability when my previous boarding arrangements fell through at the last minute. My pup is a finicky eater and Jim kept me up to date on her feeding habits and asked permission to add tempting meat to her food to entice her. She loves to run at full speed, so his fenced property was ideal. Jim also communicated with me as well as provided plenty of photos during her stay and a video of her socializing at playtime.
