Given my cat needed oral medication, he asked for a demonstration on how to give him the medication to give him in order to ensure he got it delivered correctly. About: Hi my name is Micaela and one thing about me is that I adore animals! I love all animals so very much. I also feel that I work really well with them. I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life. Most of my dogs have been big dogs so I’m pretty good with handling any challenge that’s thrown my way. I’ve had more aggressive and protective dogs as well as laid back dogs and I’ve loved all. I’ve also worked at local shelters in my hometown and felt that that helped me gain more experience working with varying animals. I trained a couple of my dogs from a young age and though I’m not certified I felt that I did a pretty good job. I’m very patient and very genuine. I also watched my dogs whenever my parents would go on business trips which was quite often so I’d say this is the perfect job for me! I’m a college student but have majority of my classes online so my schedule is pretty clear. I love being outdoors and in nature so dog walking is right up my alley. I also love just chilling at home so I have no problem with that as well. I will always be respectful of others space especially if they are allowing me to stay in their home and watch their animals. I would say I’m a pretty neat person and don’t mind cleaning up if anything is needed. Genuinely it makes me happy to help others around the house if necessary. I used to babysit for a while and would always tidy up when I could find the time. I recently moved and now live with my grandparents and mom. “Rachel was an amazing host for our Cleo. She made sure to know any special needs of our dog and also has a house that is very pet friendly. Lots of beds and toys for the pups to play with. Our dog loves the company of other dogs so her and Rachel’s dog got along like sisters. Rachel was kind enough to plan a day of activities for Cleo, taking her to a few dog parks and a nature walk (Rachel sends photos often so you can be aware of what they are up to). Cleo was happy and exhausted from the good time she had at Rachel’s and we all know a tired dog is a happy dog and care taker. About: My family and I have been dog lovers and owners for over 27 years; caring not only for our own pups, but also for the dogs of friends and family. With that much experience, we know every dog has their own personality, needs, and quirks and we love them all! We currently share our home with a sweet, high energy female boxer, who adores making new friends, so your pup will get both loving care and a playful buddy while you’re away. I’m available for boarding both weekdays and weekends making it easy to fit your dogs needs into my schedule. Dogs in our care enjoy a routine of two-three daily walks, early morning, mid afternoon and evening depending on dogs needs and weather. In addition they receive plenty of backyard playtime throughout the day to keep them happy healthy, and engaged. Feeding schedules can be adjusted to maintain their typical routine. Your dog’s safety is always my priority. The fenced in yard with locked gates provides a secure space for outdoor play, and our friendly 2 1/2 year-old boxer is here to keep your pup company. For added peice of mind, we have indoor cameras to keep an eye on things if we have to step out and cameras around the outside of the entire home, although dogs are never left unattended outside. I can also offer crates if preferred and have designated areas to separate dogs during feeding time to ensure a calm and stress-free environment.

About: I have experience with all dogs, big and small. I can be trusted with all activities, from day care to simple walks around the neighborhood. My work is flexible with time and place. I work in homes and telehealth, so I am home for majority of the day. I would only be out a maximum 2 hours. I take care of the pup and their environment! I will make sure to take cautionary measures to prevent injury, including keeping the home cleaned and free of items that they could pick up.
