I grew up with two labradoodles and I have also cared for friends' animals while they have been away. One of my dogs has Addison's disease, so I am familiar with giving medication to pets. About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was ten years old, and I absolutely love their company! I love caring for pets of all ages; our sweet rescue passed away a year ago, who we took in during her golden years, and now my wife and I have a 2.5 year old pup with an abundance of youthful energy. O she loves making new friends, and we would love to have some more dog time ourselves! We go on regular walks, play in the dog park at least once a day, and can handle any dietary, medical, or other type of need your little one has. I’m a paraprofessional; so I have summers off. I work freelance and gig jobs, which I mostly do from home and am used to scheduling around a dog care routine, as we have our own dog at home. I have a fenced yard, and our own dog to keep yours company! I have no issues following any boundaries you’d like me to follow with your pet: I’m happy to crate them when they need time to relax, keep them on or off leash as you prefer, and make sure they’re provided stimulation, play, and opportunities to earn treats!

About: I’ve been caring for pets for most of my life, starting at age 16 when I helped my mom with dog sitting and house sitting. By the time I turned 18, I had built my own small client base and began independently caring for pets. Over the years, I’ve cared for a wide variety of animals including dogs, cats, guinea pigs, fish, and birds. My dog experience ranges from energetic puppies to senior dogs of all sizes. Many of the pets I’ve cared for have required daily medications, so I’m very comfortable managing medical routines and special care needs. I also have experience handling unexpected situations, including transporting pets to the veterinarian for emergencies while families are away, always keeping owners informed and their pets safe. I work full time at Dartmouth Hitchcock in the operating room, but my role is very flexible. I’m able to step away during the day for check-ins, walks, feedings, and potty breaks, and I can also work remotely when needed. This flexibility allows me to give pets consistent attention throughout the day rather than limiting care to early mornings or evenings. I’m very reliable with schedules and communication, and I make sure every pet I care for gets the time, attention, and love they deserve. At this time, I’m unable to offer dog sitting in my own home, as one of my dogs struggles to make new friends. I provide in-home sitting instead, which I actually prefer—this allows your dog to stay in their familiar environment, stick to their normal routine, and avoid the added stress of a new space. My goal is always to keep your pet comfortable, happy, and well cared for while you’re away.

About: If my rates are an obstacle in caring for your pet then I’m happy to provide a sliding scale and have a discussion upon request. Professionally, I was vet assistant at an animal clinic before returning to farm animal work. At the clinic I learned the basics of animal health care and I learned how to properly handle dogs and cats. Throughout the last twelve years I’ve farm-sat and pet-sat for numerous friends and family members! In the last year I worked at a doggy daycare and worked groups of 11-12 large dogs. I also worked in group of 15+ small dogs and "solos" (highly dog aggressive dogs). Working in that environment took me to the next level of understanding cues and dog behavior. I learned to advocate for dogs, look for health and safety warning signs and how to manage group dynamics. I am currently a *human* nurse and making time for animals because that is where I feel I really come alive. :) I believe that animals are part of the family and I will treat them like so. I have basic experience with dog training and I personally believe that dogs thrive in structured and predictable environments. I love exercising and having fun with dogs, too! I have availability to help you with your pup or cat! Depending on the health of your pet I will socialize and exercise your pet's body and mind and of course offer any snuggles that are welcomed. I love exercising animals as much as it is tolerated by them. I currently work per diem as a staff nurse in Lebanon NH which gives me a lot of flexibility to care for pets. Not a cage or kennel but a finished 20x20 heated and furnished room in my barn loft where we can play and visit one on one.

About: My parents and friends know they can rely on me for animal sitting. Ive taken care of dogs and cats consistently for 15 years. I have experience with all sized dogs for I’ve helped train my German Shepard and toy poodle alongside with my mom. I am going to be home until mid June but will back to animal in early August. I am very flexible with time as long as I am scheduled 3 days in advanced. The closest main road to my house is 3/4 of mile so cars won’t be an issue. I love trail walking and running which sometimes my dogs will accompany me; there are a lot of no car friendly trails to venture on. I do it all the time with my German Shepard and my neighbors German Shepard who are dog friendly. At home it is easy to give the dogs space to themselves for I have my own room where they can eat and sleep.

“Kevin & Inez were wonderful with our 7-year old Havanese Lola. So caring and kind - Inez even hand fed Lola for the first day when she was a nervous and didn't want to eat. They sent great photos every day so we knew she was happy and in good hands. We're so grateful to have found such a loving couple to leave our sweet girl with when we're away.”

About: I’ve been providing services through Rover since 2024 and worked privately prior to that. I’ve always lived in a household with dogs of all breeds and sizes, and I’ve raised many from puppies through their adult and senior years. I understand that every dog has unique needs at each stage of life and am happy to tailor care specifically for your canine companion. Boarding Details: I have 10 acres of private land with a pond, giving dogs plenty of space to explore and enjoy. Boarding pups are welcomed as part of my pack and family during their stay—I want them to feel just as comfortable as they do at home. We also have a dedicated bedroom, with a crate available if needed, so everyone can have their own space. I can’t wait to connect with you! 🐾 I adventure daily on local trails with my own pups and love planning bigger outings on the weekends. I enjoy including daycare and boarding dogs in our activities when it fits their personality and comfort level, so every pup gets the right mix of exercise and fun. During daycare or boarding stays, dogs receive morning potty breaks and exercise, enrichment or rest during the day, and evening adventures or structured playtime. I keep feeding schedules consistent and make sure everyone has time to settle. I provide regular photo updates and am happy to accommodate special diets, crate preferences, or senior/puppy needs so your dog feels safe and comfortable throughout their stay. I’m available most evenings after 4 PM, with extra flexibility during February and April school vacations. From the end of June through the end of August, when I’m out of school, I’m much more available for weekly let-outs and boarding opportunities if needed. My goal is to keep your pet in their routine as much as possible, so they can be comfortable and things go smoothly! If boarding at our place- dogs have the accessibility to a fenced in yard, several acres of off leash trails explore, a private pond, & 2 friendly pups during their stay!
