About: Hi my name is Sean. I recently graduated from RIT with a BFA in illustration. I love all animals and currently have a lot of flexibility to care for your pets while I am working from home. I grew up with two labradoodles and I have also cared for friends' animals while they have been away. One of my dogs has Addison's disease, so I am familiar with giving medication to pets. Spending time with animals brings me joy and does not seem like work - I enjoy playing with your animals, going on walks and I give a great belly rub! I am extremely responsible and will love your animals like my own...you might also find some sketches of your pet when you return home. I am an artist that is currently working from home in Quechee. I am extremely flexible and am available during the week and on weekends. I make my own hours so can work around your schedule. I live with my parents and two friendly labradoodles ages 8 and 12. I could board a dog in my home if he/she gets along well with other dogs and is house-trained. I prefer to care for your animals in your own home: I can do drop-in visits, walks and daytime or overnight house-sitting.

“Gwynn is amazing. She paid attention to exactly the attention (exercise, etc.) that Martie needed and even sent us pictures of their adventures. Martie was exhausted when we got home!”

I currently work a 9 to 5 remote job and have plenty of flexibility to meet you and your pets needs. I can house sit or do drop ins as needed with my schedule. About: Hi there! I am 30 and I live in Springfield, VT and work in WRJ. So my radius is quite large. I have a 6 year old golden pup (as seen in photos) named Burton and also take care of my in laws cat, Middy. I grew up in Vermont on a small farm with 3 dogs (Pitbull and labs) and 2 cats. I currently have a pup, Burton. Who gets along with all dogs and people. Depending on your pets personality, I will be sure to be active with them. Our pup Burton gets 4 walks a day and typically goes for a swim once a day at a nearby kayak launch. I fully believe pets should have a significant amount of play + active time whether its a walk or drop in visit, they will have fun. I do work in WRJ from 8-5pm but I do have lunches available and we do have flexible time. Typically at lunch or after work I will have time to give them a good active walk/run. I am a very active person and believe all pups should have an active lifestyle as well. I only do walks + drop ins, most of my care will be outside! Love hiking, long walks and running. I have experience with running a husky every other day for 2-3 miles due to the high energy.
About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was ten years old, and I absolutely love their company! I love caring for pets of all ages; our sweet rescue passed away a year ago, who we took in during her golden years, and now my wife and I have a 2.5 year old pup with an abundance of youthful energy. O she loves making new friends, and we would love to have some more dog time ourselves! We go on regular walks, play in the dog park at least once a day, and can handle any dietary, medical, or other type of need your little one has. I’m a paraprofessional; so I have summers off. I work freelance and gig jobs, which I mostly do from home and am used to scheduling around a dog care routine, as we have our own dog at home. I have a fenced yard, and our own dog to keep yours company! I have no issues following any boundaries you’d like me to follow with your pet: I’m happy to crate them when they need time to relax, keep them on or off leash as you prefer, and make sure they’re provided stimulation, play, and opportunities to earn treats!

“Maria provided such great care of my cats. Her love of and enthusiasm for cats is so clear, and she wanted to make sure my cats had a good experience while she was visiting (eg asking about what specifically they enjoy doing for play during visits). She gave detailed information about each visit. I had great peace of mind being on vacation knowing she was caring for them!”

About: If my rates are an obstacle in caring for your pet then I’m happy to provide a sliding scale and have a discussion upon request. Professionally, I was vet assistant at an animal clinic before returning to farm animal work. At the clinic I learned the basics of animal health care and I learned how to properly handle dogs and cats. Throughout the last twelve years I’ve farm-sat and pet-sat for numerous friends and family members! In the last year I worked at a doggy daycare and worked groups of 11-12 large dogs. I also worked in group of 15+ small dogs and "solos" (highly dog aggressive dogs). Working in that environment took me to the next level of understanding cues and dog behavior. I learned to advocate for dogs, look for health and safety warning signs and how to manage group dynamics. I am currently a *human* nurse and making time for animals because that is where I feel I really come alive. :) I believe that animals are part of the family and I will treat them like so. I have basic experience with dog training and I personally believe that dogs thrive in structured and predictable environments. I love exercising and having fun with dogs, too! I have availability to help you with your pup or cat! Depending on the health of your pet I will socialize and exercise your pet's body and mind and of course offer any snuggles that are welcomed. I love exercising animals as much as it is tolerated by them. I currently work per diem as a staff nurse in Lebanon NH which gives me a lot of flexibility to care for pets. I am happy to abide by your house rules and expectations for your pet(s). I enjoy walks to dog parks, trails, playing in fenced yards and practicing obedience and tricks!

About: My experience comes from caring for my own dogs and dog sitting big dogs for friends who don't want their pups to stay in their comfy familiar home while they are away. I've owned labs, huskies, shepherds and collies. Most recently I had two collies that have travelled with me around the world. Sadly both have passed recently So I'm without a dog of my own but love having them around. I am happy to meet new dogs of all ages and breeds. I love large dogs too but my place may be too small for some but I'm happy to meet up and see what works. I work from home a lot and am very flexible to drop in or take your pup(s) for a walk. I run most days and can have pups join if that's something they like. I am very cautious about dog handling and will follow your instructions. I will only care for dogs in my home after I've taken care of them at your home and I am familiar enough with the dog so that I am sure it will be ok in a new space and that I can accommodate its needs.

“Sean is an excellent dog daycare provider. He is personable, kind and very reliable. Hamish loved not only Sean, but also Sean’s family — which includes two Labradoodles, Penny and Finn, Hamish’s daily playmates around the family’s generous off-road property.”

“Enzo loved his time at Joe’s for daycare. He came home super tired and played with the other pups quite a bit it seems. Lots of photos and info on his Rover card was awesome!”

“Juno had a fantastic stay with Kevin & Inez last week. He is comfortable when he knows that the humans he hangs out with understand dogs and instantly connected with Inez. He came home and was super relaxed and happy (and tuckered out from the walks and spending time with other canine friends). He is looking forward to his next stay :-).”

About: Growing up, I have never been without a pet to come home to. I truly believe pets have the ability to alter someone’s life, and thus deserve the best care. I am currently an M1 at Dartmouth med school. My schedule is quite flexible, just reach out for specific quests about your pet sitting needs. I live in a house with 5 other medical students so it’s difficult to host animals in my house but I am happy to stay in your home!
“Sarah and Ben are terrific hosts! Cooper felt right at home, loved playing with their sweet dog Bean, and had plenty of room to roam in their big backyard. We hope to visit again soon. Highly recommend!”

I have access to trails in my backyard and live and work in a dog friendly area. I love meeting new friends and having fun adventures around our gorgeous town.
“Enzo can be a shy guy and a little nervous but Lauren did everything to make him feel comfortable including checking in with me, which I truly appreciate. He came home happy and tired and we would use Lauren again!”

About: I have had dogs my whole life and am happy to care for your doggo. I currently have a 1 year old Golden Retriever and am well versed in both puppy and senior care. I am a full time teacher on summer break, so have availability to fit your needs over the summer. I’m a full time teacher on summer break, so have plenty of time to give your dog the attention they deserve! I am home most of the day with occasional trips to the gym/store. I have a fenced yard and available sidewalks/trails for walks. I do have a 1 year old energetic Golden Retriever who is very friendly (maybe too friendly for some dogs) and a 2 year old Persian kitty who is skeptical of new animals
