About: Animals are the key to happiness. I recently lost my dog Brady due to cancer. It was the hardest thing I've ever done. So I currently do not have any animals. There is always someone here at home so your pet will never be alone. Your pet will be allowed to roam and snuggle on the furniture as much as they please. About: For pretty much most of my entire life I’ve had a dog. I gave them all the love I had and they did the same right back at me. Currently we own a beautiful 4yr old Golden named Sammy. He is gentile playful loving and silly. When a dog walks into our home it takes about 30 seconds and just like that Sammys got a new best friend. My business is in insurance sales which has me doing most of my work from home. This allows me to take great care of my dog Sammy and any of his friends. We’ve got a spacious open concept home with a big grassy fenced in back yard for lots of play time. We can also easily crate your dog if needed. About: Without exception, the dog park is always one of the best parts of my day. I've had three dogs of my own, and have been around countless other dogs, most of whom instantly become my new best friends. We just gravitate to each other, hence the fuzzy friend whisperer nickname. I have a playful, loving attitude toward every dog I meet. I am also sensitive to dogs who need a little more patience and space to ease into trusting me and respect the boundaries that they need to do that. My training style with my own dogs is focused on positive reinforcement rather than punishment. This approach translates to other dogs as well, unless their owners request differently. Vogel Emergency Vet just opened right across the street from our house, so if anything kind of emergency pops up, your baby will be a hop, skip and a jump away from the care they need. I'm self employed and work mostly from home so my schedule is quite flexible. Sometimes I’ll have drop in visits throughout the day, but if your dog is boarding with me, there will generally be someone else at home with them. They’ll rarely, if ever be left alone. I live on a small farm but also live near a road, so your dog will always be safely on a leash when we go outside for potty breaks. I have a very friendly 12 year old 45lb labradoodle named Huck to keep your baby company in the rare cases that I'm not at home. I have a "squirrel observatory" (bird feeder) right near my workspace so your dog will not only be supervised most of the time but also entertained.

Only one “little guy” at a time…🥰 I’m loving my retirement and have lots of time and love to give. I have some scheduled exercise classes in the mornings but always home by 10:30. I’ve had so many dogs over the years. Routine visits to the vet are mandatory and walking, playing, and interacting with my friends are essential. I’m also very familiar with dogs with anxiety. One needs to approach this in a calm and careful way and watch the signs for anxiety coming on and be able to respond with love and kindness. Living right in the middle of Stratham Hill Park, I have easy access to the walking trails. Because I don’t know your dog, they will never be off leash but will be outside often during the day!! I love to walk. 🥰 I have a lovely crate IF your dog prefers this quiet space, but I will not be crating unless you ask me to. Typically my 11 year old grandson will come by after school to snuggle, play and go for a walk with me and your pup!

In a client’s home, I follow all care instructions closely including feeding schedules, litter box maintenance, medication (if needed), and any specific routines or preferences. I also make sure pets get attention, enrichment, and calm interaction based on their personality, whether that means playtime, companionship, or simply quiet presence. For cats especially, I prioritize a low stress approach by respecting their space and letting them set the pace of interaction. I pay attention to behavior and body language to ensure they feel secure and unbothered while their owner is away. During each visit, I focus on cleanliness, safety, and consistency, and I provide updates so you know how your pet is doing. My goal is to make your absence feel as normal and stress free as possible for your pet.
