“This is the first time I have used Rover, and as well the first time my golden retriever Bella stayed overnight with someone she had never met, and in a new home other than her own. Christy is AMAZING. She was extremely responsive and helpful when I was booking her services. We were gone for several days and daily she sent me alot of wonderful pictures of Bella which reassured me she was being well taken care of. “This was the first time we've left Macey with someone other than family. Jane put us at ease when we came to meet her a few days before she assumed responsibility for our little girl. In addition, she provided updates and some photos so we could see that Macey adjusted to this environment. We couldn't have picked a better person to entrust with a dog that we love with all our heart. I highly recommend Jane to anyone needing to place a dog for boarding!”

They are looking forward to having Uncle Lawrence back soon when we take off again for a few days.”

About: Skiers, Hikers, Visitors, Neighbors - I’m back!! Dogs are individuals, they have their own lives and needs and emotions. They need to feel secure, just like we do. They should be able to act like a dog and not get in trouble for being joyful. I treat all dogs with respect and sensitivity to their needs - whether they want to run around in the yard after a ball or need quiet time at my feet. I have loved dogs all of my life and am devoted to giving them the lives they deserve. There's no better friend on this earth than a dog. I have always felt like the lucky one to have them in my life. You can be certain that your dog will be lovingly cared for, completely. I do NOT use crates. If you feel a crate is necessary as part of your dog’s routine, please bring it with you. Pick-up/drop-off can be arranged if my schedule allows. I’m also flexible with extended hours if we discuss it in advance, and I won’t charge you if it’s not too extreme! ***I do require proof that vaccines are current - including BORDATELLA (kennel cough) and Rabies vaccines, to protect all pups. If you want a same-day booking, this documentation is still required. Also, I do not accept any dogs/puppies who are currently positive for parasites, even if being treated. Thank you! My days are focused on dogs! My daily plans and choices center on giving dogs the kind of day they deserve. I want them to feel happy and safe. Dogs are allowed throughout the house, there is direct access to the deck and the yard, including a ramp from the deck. I do NOT use crates. If you feel a crate is necessary as part of your dog’s routine, please bring it with you. Very high strung playing dogs may not be a good fit, as I have a three-legged Great Pyrenees. Let’s chat about it and see! No aggressive dogs - your dog must enjoy the company of other dogs and humans. Any history of biting must be disclosed.

“Skyla did an amazing job with our two dogs. She took a lot of photos to keep us updated. She also did a great job at being in touch and letting us know how everything was going. Would absolutely book with her again!”

“Morgan does a fantastic job. She's communicative, diligent, and caring. We booked her with short notice, and we had all kinds of obstacles that would have slowed down a lot of dog walkers (confusing directions, paranoid/loud dog, tough neighborhood for walking, etc.), but she handled everything extremely well and really helped my dog deal with a long, unplanned absence. She took great pictures and her notes were detailed and thoughtful. We'd book Morgan again in a heartbeat. She's awesome.”

I also ensure the home remains secure and follow any specific instructions provided by the owner. My goal is to make each pet feel comfortable and cared for, just as they would with their family.

About: I have had many breeds and ages of dogs my whole life. I look forward to assisting you with your best friend. From feeding to training and walks to the river I can’t wait to meet your best friend. Need more than dog care? I have plenty of experience with all sorts of farm animals! Currently have a flexible schedule and looking to add more dogs to my dog walk. I have a great spot to take by my house or we could head to some more well known trails. Your pup can come hang in my fenced in yard and join my pups in watching the chickens roam around. Otherwise we can stay in the comfort of their own space.

“Minda was fantastic! She was so communicative, great at sending updates & pictures, and my pup came back happy, healthy, and well-fed. Minda was also very considerate about helping my pup acclimate to a new environment, which I loved because my dog gets a little nervous when she's dropped off for sitting. I will absolutely book Minda again!”
