I have 30+ years experience as a pet owner, former vet tech, Air Force veteran and educated professional. I only book one dog family (up to 3 dogs) at a time in order to give them my full attention and I'm looking forward to welcoming you as a client and being here for you for years to come! And while the barn may be bigger than the house, the house is designed for this in mind and they will have the run of it! I have a professional flexible full-time position in our family business. By limiting my clients to one family at a time I am able to fulfill my promise to provide the best possible care. We have 7 acres, 4 of which are 80% fenced in. We also have a sand horseback riding arena we are working to also utilize as a dog play area so they can be securely playing off the leash. I have extra large dog crates in their room for security at night if needed, and they will 100% always be on a leash.

About: New to Rover but not new to caring for animals! I grew up on a farm with lots of animals - dogs, cats, goats, horses, rabbits, chickens, pigs... I've also informally pet sat for friends and neighbors with dogs and/or cats in the past. I've been a cat mom in the past, but I don't have a pet of my own right now. For dog walking, my work from home job allows me some flexibility to stop by and take your pup for a stroll! I can do earlier mornings, a lunch time walk on some days, and evening walks after 5pm. For doggy daycare, I work from home full time at a desk job - if my day is "busy" it just means I had a few more zoom calls than usual. I would absolutely be able to take time to provide potty breaks and maybe a walk around the neighborhood when the weather is good. I live on a main street in town, but there's also a nice quiet neighborhood right behind me with minimal traffic, perfect for a quick walk. I do travel three or four times a year for my job, generally for 3-5 days each time, but I'd be able to give you at least a couple of months advanced notice for those trips - they are never last minute! For doggy daycare, I don't smoke and I have plenty of space for your pup to hang out during the day so they don't feel cooped up - including a wrap around enclosed porch that I can keep secure, and a tall privacy-fenced back yard/garden area. While the yard is fenced, I do get birds and other critters roaming through, and I have a flower garden that could have some toxic plants for over-curious dogs. Because of that, I would not to leave them alone outside, but take those breaks with them. My house does have a fairly steep flight of stairs, so a dog without joint pain or struggles going up and down multiple times a day would be most comfortable. I do have lots of houseplants and some could be toxic - so again, if your dog tends to be curious and take a bite out of plants, I may not be the best fit for you.

My Golden Retriever, Marshall, is a sweet and well-loved boy who adores making new friends. He loves to play with other dogs, nap on the couch, and splash in a pool on a hot day. I always make time for my dog whether it’s taking walks during breaks, playing in the yard, enrichment games, or sunbathing time (for the dogs, not me) I have a fully fenced in backyard that always has fresh water for the pups. There’s plenty of toys to play with, shade under a gazebo, and on a hot day, a mini pool to cool off in! The yard is treated with all natural, pet safe flea and tick deterrent.

About: I've been a special needs dog owner, am honored to be loved by my partner's parrot, as well as taken care of other dogs, cats, rabbits, geese, goats, and am a horse person. I can throw hay, if given proper instructions can put together the morning grain. I love taking care of bonded pairs of house rabbits, as well as curling up with a doggo or a kitty. If I'm doing in home, I tend to first feed the pet(s) in the morning, before I get myself breakfast, and the same for dinner. If drop in is needed, I'll be there morning, & evening, potentially mid day as well. I tend to sit for new clients in their home, depending upon established client I may sit in my house for well behaved dogs. If at my house, your dog will never be outside without some sort of leash, whether it's a 6' or a 50' long line, as I have a not fenced in yard, with a well traveled road at the end of my driveway.

About: I was a dog mom for 17 yrs. I had two dogs, Kiya and Elvis, who were the best friends a girl could ever ask for. Sadly, they are both gone now. I have watched dogs for friends and family and I volunteer at my local animal shelter. I find so much joy in it. I'm semi-retired now so I have found I have a lot more time to do both now. I would love to care for your dogs. I never met a dog I don't like. I know it can take time for some dogs to trust and I accept that, especially with the shelter dogs. I always miss the dogs I've watched and the dogs who get adopted. From the time I was a small child, I have been drawn to animals. I'm semi-retired now so I'm frequently available to care for your dogs. It can be a potty break on a long work day, a weekend get away or a vacation. I've watched dogs as small as a 3 lb chihuahua to a 75 lb lab. I easily adapt to whatever routine and care your dogs are used to. I have an agreement with myself that I don't leave your dogs unless I absolutely have to. I've watched dogs in Florida and Colorado where I was encouraged to venture out and enjoy myself but I preferred to do that with their dogs or not at all. I will treat them with the utmost care, after all they are like your children. I'm happy to have them sleep with me if that's what they feel best with. My dogs slept with me every night. I respect if people crate their dogs as well.

“Our energetic Maddie had a great stay with Tony. We always try to board her with people that have other dogs so she can play and make friends. Tony had her alone, but still managed to get her walking and running off leash in a fenced in yard and kept her happy. He was very good about reaching out and sending pictures during her stay which is very reassuring. Not enough Rover people do that! Tony is highly recommended!”
About: Welcome to Farm Camp! Come join me on a 7 acre farm with pasture, pond, beautiful horses are more. I have 30+ years experience as a pet owner, former vet tech, Air Force veteran and educated professional. I only book one dog family (up to 3 dogs) at a time in order to give them my full attention and I'm looking forward to welcoming you as a client and being here for you for years to come! And while the barn may be bigger than the house, the house is designed for this in mind and they will have the run of it! I have a professional flexible full-time position in our family business. By limiting my clients to one family at a time I am able to fulfill my promise to provide the best possible care. We have 7 acres, 4 of which are 80% fenced in. We also have a sand horseback riding arena we are working to also utilize as a dog play area so they can be securely playing off the leash. I have extra large dog crates in their room for security at night if needed, and they will 100% always be on a leash.

About: I know how important it is to find the right person to watch over your pets. My home is a haven for dogs, with a fully fenced-in backyard where they can play, sniff, sunbathe, and explore safely. My Golden Retriever, Marshall, is a sweet and well-loved boy who adores making new friends. He loves to play with other dogs, nap on the couch, and splash in a pool on a hot day. I always make time for my dog whether it’s taking walks during breaks, playing in the yard, enrichment games, or sunbathing time (for the dogs, not me) I have a fully fenced in backyard that always has fresh water for the pups. There’s plenty of toys to play with, shade under a gazebo, and on a hot day, a mini pool to cool off in! The yard is treated with all natural, pet safe flea and tick deterrent.

He had him outside a ton, gave him great walks, followed our specific food instructions perfectly, and just genuinely obviously cared about Riggs being safe and comfortable. About: Hello, My Name is Ashley and Ive always had a passion for animals. Between cats, dogs of all breeds and sizes, and exotic animals, I have experience with them all! I went to a technical high school and completed a vet assisting program, where I learned how to administer meds and work as a vet assistant. After that I worked as a Kennel Technician for a couple years. I went to grooming school and learned how to become a professional groomer. After leaving the field, I have started doing pet sitting and dog walking. I am moving to New Hampshire and wanted to join Rover to provide quality care to dogs of all sizes! I also have experience working with senior pets that may need a little extra care and patience! I am currently planning on providing boarding from my home with only one or two pets at a time, so they get all of the extra love and attention! With the boarding services I provide, I plan to be with your pet 24/7! That may change as I also plan on doing walks and drop-ins for pets in my area! While I do not have a fenced in yard, your pup would get lots of responsible on-leash walks and hikes per owner request! When I enter a clients home, I always pay close attention to the pups and make sure everything is clean and your pet is happy!

I have experience with many different breeds, ages, and abilities. Through my dog walking business, I also have extensive experience walking small groups of dogs off-leash in nature. If you are interested in this service, I have 2 female golden retrievers who would be happy to join your dog on a group nature walk, providing maximum socialization, fun, and exercise! I've recently relocated to Strafford, NH so I'm looking forward to building my clientele in a new area! Dog care is my full-time job and life, so I'm available Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, with some after-hours availability on an as-needed basis. I will tailor my visits to your dog's needs and provide plenty of love! I can board your dog in my home or overnight sit in your home any day of the week. My dogs are allowed on our couches, so yours would be too. They sleep in my husband's and my bedroom, so your dog would also be welcome to sleep in our bedroom, or downstairs in the living room/kitchen if they prefer. Free-range dogs are welcome and crate training is not required unless your dog is destructive or unsafe when left unattended. We have a fenced in yard to let them out for potty-breaks and to play. If you would prefer me to stay in your home overnight, I have a lot of experience staying in clients' homes with their dogs, and often bring my dogs with me to provide socialization (if you want).
