About: I am a people and an animal person. I love dogs more than anything and I also love cats. I used to have a puppy but she had very serious health issues and unfortunately passed and I now have two more dogs. I have experienced with sick dogs and have also given insulin shots for a diabetic pup that I sometimes care for. No job is too big for me, I love animals of all sizes. I have two dogs of my own so I am used to tending to their wants and needs. They are constantly going on walks and being played with. I frequently find different enrichment ideas for them. Animals make mistakes and have accidents from time to time so I think it’s important to not yell but rather give them more love. My dogs have anxiety so I know how important it is to make them feel safe and loved.
About: I was raised with cats in my household from birth until around 2021 when my last one had passed on. I grew up with them in my own home but also my family members homes where I would help care for them. About: I’ve owned and worked with dogs my whole life. I am the owner of a grooming salon and have worked in dog daycares as well as an animal hospital. We will treat your pups like our own! 🥰 We like to stick with what they are used to at home. Sleep on the bed? No prob! Snuggle on the couch? You got it! But if you have rules you are working on we are happy to help with those too. We have a large fenced in yard but the snow is high right now. So to be safe we are only taking dogs under 30 lbs. I have always specialized in senior dog care so if you have e an older buddy they are in good hands! ♥️Can’t wait to meet your pups! Also, we have 2 small dogs so yours must be ok with other pups. My husband and I both work from home so it’s easy for us to give the pups attention and care all day. Together we have plenty of time for walks, play, and snuggles! I have a large fenced in yard, but if you prefer walks that’s totally doable. I also have a Chinese crested mix and a Schnoodle who are very used to new dogs in the home. We also have baby chicks in the house until spring but they are in enclosures. In case your pup has a high prey drive, they can be moved to a safer area. 😆
About: I have had a dog at least 20 years. We occasionally have a Labrador a week at a time, he has full run of the house. I do not work, so I am home most of the time. I do local Arts Markets, but those aren't long days. A dog would get lots of attention. I have a fenced in back yard that has plenty of room for playing. We have done two daytime stays so far, and Karen has been a pleasure to work with. She is very easy to communicate with, and I particularly appreciate her patience with Zeus - as well as with "mom". Having also observed Karen's interaction with dogs a couple of times now, as well as photos of Zeus from his stays with her, I feel confident that I'm leaving my dog in trained and caring hands.”

I had useful feedback from the visit (my dog was fine with her cat—(and dogs)—though she has had very little exposure to cats—so it appears vibes are what count with Frances. ) Hannah was friendly even when I changed my time plans on the actual day, oh-so-gently informing me she would definitely modify whenever she could, but she was dealing as well with other customers’ sometimes conflicting schedules. He's very responsible and will be supervised by me on all walks. I live on the second floor so it might be hard for senior dogs unless they don’t mind being carried, I’m relatively strong so heavier pets won’t be a problem, I can provide puppy pads for puppies and have a large litter box that is sanitized between uses. I am not currently working so I have all the extra time in the world, My children are at school for 8 hours of the day so if your pet(s) prefer no kids the morning/afternoon would be best for you, they’re older and calm kids who love pets so if your pet is ok with kids they’ll get along great. I have an unfenced yard but not many neighbors, I have a fenced in balcony and lots of trails for walking dogs if that’s what they would like to do.
