About: Our family has had dogs ever since our grown son was a child. We have owned and loved three dogs. As a retiree, I am happy to board your well-behaved, adult dog in my country home. Your dog will be the only dog I care for and will receive my full attention, as I will only care for one dog at a time. I'm retired and have plenty of time to spend with your dog. I love to walk in good weather and if your dog behaves on leash, I am happy to take your dog on safe, country hikes. If not, I have a large, fenced in yard for your dog to play in. I will treat your well-behaved dog as a family member. Our home is a quiet, relaxed setting, and a great environment for senior or fearful dogs. If you live nearby, I prefer doing a "meet and greet" with your dog prior to boarding to enable a smooth transition when it's boarding time.

Aslan can be quirky with new people--but he warmed up so quickly to Jessica (in fact, he was asleep on her feet about 15 minutes into our meet and greet!) Based on the pictures she sent, he looked happy and content on his walks. About: I've been surrounded by animals my whole life, and wouldn't have it any other way. Throughout my childhood, I helped my parents raise cows, goats, pigs, chickens, our llama, and a few more little critters on our farm. We've always had dogs and cats, and my love for them doesn't compare. I've helped feed, walk, bathe, cut toenails, and give shots and medication since able to do so. I've helped out family friends with walking and pet sitting for their dogs. I love forming bonds with all kinds of animals and having them be a part of my day. I'm 18 and taking a gap year before college to travel. I'm working for a few months and pet care is my main priority! I'm very flexible and have nothing but free time. “Hire Morgan, she is the best!! My wife and I just had our wedding at the Owl’s Nest Resort and wanted to include our dog in the ceremony. Morgan could not have been nicer or more helpful. She walked Cooper during the rehearsal and spoke with our wedding planner to come up with a game plan. There were some moving pieces the next day but Morgan was so flexible and willing to help in any way. She dressed our dog in his suit and made it possible for him to be a part of our special day.
