“Kiana was truly amazing. I had a sudden family emergency that required me to go out of state. She went so far above and beyond during that time, while having no obligation to do so. From the beginning of the cats stay with Kiana, she had been so incredibly flexible, she agreed to watch them with only two days notice, and due to the situation evolving and becoming unpredictable, she was more than happy to allow me to extend their stay. She was the direct cause of so much stress relief due to knowing the cats were safe, and well taken care of. 5/5 human. As for her actual care of the kitties she again went well above and beyond anything anyone might think is going the extra mile. The cats were given the space needed to become comfortable and very quickly, and happily adapted to the new routine. I received frequent pictures and videos, she was very communicative, and because of her vigilance we were able to create a plan of action for one of the kitties who started throwing up more frequently than normal. She even went out and bought higher quality food for the cats, and implemented a structured feeing strategy so we could better assess the puking, which I doubt was an easy task since they both free fed before they were boarded. She kept me up to date at all times and provided regular, detailed updates. 5/5 for animal care as well. She is the best sitter/boarder I have ever had any experience with, by exponents, it’s not even close. Her service was head, and shoulders above anyone I’ve personally used before and far better than anything I’ve heard about other boarders. Choosing Kiana to care for your pets should be an insanely easy decision for anyone who wants their animals taken care of at the highest level of care, and wants someone that is just a straight up good human as well.”

If your pet is friendly with cats I can carefully and slowly introduce them, if there are any signs of fear or aggression I will keep them separated and have your pet stay primarily in the basement apartment to keep all animals safe and calm. For animals I am travelling to visit, you can expect that I will take some time to play with them, give them lots of pets if they like to be pet, give them fresh water, feed or give medications, and bring in mail, clean dirty pet dishes, etc. I do everything I can to bond with your pet and create a fun, safe environment for them!

“Rosie was very happy and well taken care of. Jessica went out of her way to make sure she ate since Rosie was homesick and not eating her dry food. I was updated daily with pictures.”
“Aya and Abdullah took excellent care of my 2 cats. My cats were both rescues and I was unsure of how they would behave in a new environment with other cats. Aya made sure they were gradually introduced and felt comfortable in their own private space. She provided regular updates and pics. The cats seemed so happy where they were and also very happy when I brought them home, no bad habits developed duringn their 2 week stay. I wholeheartedly recommend Aya and Abdullah! Thanks again!!”
“Heather was able to take care of Rosy overnight at short notice, and was welcoming and receptive to Rosy’s needs (including eye drops). Rosy seems to have befriended the family and was safe and sound at pick-up.”
“Andrea watched our Golden for over two weeks. She really helped us out in a pinch. Lots of pictures and updates!! We were a little bit nervous because our pup gets anxious but Andrea put our minds at ease. Our dog came back very, very happy! We will absolutely use Andrea again. “Bielka was great. She responded to my request quickly and was able to accommodate my pup last minute, when my usual sitter had to cancel. She took good care of my dog, and was able to handle her quirks and energy with seeming ease. When I picked up my dog, Bielka gave me a little summary of their time together and let me know how my dog did. She truly cared and loved her, and I so appreciated that. It's not always easy to find somebody who will provide that care and form a connection with your dog over a short period of time and it feels like Bielka did just that. My dog seemed totally at ease. I'm so grateful for Bielka and would 100% recommend her!”
“Ashton was amazing!! I could tell my dogs got lots of love and they enjoyed their stay. Not only was Ashton available and accommodating for our last-minute request, but he was communicative and put my mind at ease about leaving my big goof balls for the weekend. “Kiana was truly amazing. I had a sudden family emergency that required me to go out of state. She went so far above and beyond during that time, while having no obligation to do so. From the beginning of the cats stay with Kiana, she had been so incredibly flexible, she agreed to watch them with only two days notice, and due to the situation evolving and becoming unpredictable, she was more than happy to allow me to extend their stay. She was the direct cause of so much stress relief due to knowing the cats were safe, and well taken care of. 5/5 human. As for her actual care of the kitties she again went well above and beyond anything anyone might think is going the extra mile. The cats were given the space needed to become comfortable and very quickly, and happily adapted to the new routine. I received frequent pictures and videos, she was very communicative, and because of her vigilance we were able to create a plan of action for one of the kitties who started throwing up more frequently than normal. She even went out and bought higher quality food for the cats, and implemented a structured feeing strategy so we could better assess the puking, which I doubt was an easy task since they both free fed before they were boarded. She kept me up to date at all times and provided regular, detailed updates. 5/5 for animal care as well. She is the best sitter/boarder I have ever had any experience with, by exponents, it’s not even close. Her service was head, and shoulders above anyone I’ve personally used before and far better than anything I’ve heard about other boarders. Choosing Kiana to care for your pets should be an insanely easy decision for anyone who wants their animals taken care of at the highest level of care, and wants someone that is just a straight up good human as well.”
“Josh was great! Very accommodating with setting up a meet and greet beforehand and modifying booking time for an overnight stay for our dog Ozzy, who had a blast making new doggie friends and has been tuckered out from all the fun since we picked him up.”

“Amanda was great, she took such good care of Caju, and was flexible about the drop off which was really helpful for us. Amanda and her partner were very friendly, communicative and made sure Caju had a good time while he was there, they have a big fenced yard for the dogs to run around.”
“Nataliya sent pictures quite often, and Penny seemed part of the family. She had plenty of outdoor time, and seemed to get along great with the other couple dogs.
