My Golden Retriever, Marshall, is a sweet and well-loved boy who adores making new friends. He loves to play with other dogs, nap on the couch, and splash in a pool on a hot day. I always make time for my dog whether it’s taking walks during breaks, playing in the yard, enrichment games, or sunbathing time (for the dogs, not me) I have a fully fenced in backyard that always has fresh water for the pups. About: My partner, April, and I have been caring for dogs our whole lives. We have experience working with different ages, breeds, temperaments, and varying levels of special needs care. We began our training journey when we rescued our two german Shepards and trained them as our service dogs. Our girls, Maya and Sadie, have grown so much in these past years! Watching the progress is very rewarding, so we want to extend that same reward to you, your pup, and your family. At this time, we offer dog walking, drop ins, overnight stays and boarding. At this time we don’t have openings for scheduling training sessions, but if there are behavioral concerns, please let us know and we can discuss how to support your pup. We understand everyone works different schedules. Our schedules are very flexible and we want to make sure your pet is able to be cared for without time restrictions. We offer morning, afternoon, and evening hours. We will treat your pup like our own. We will discuss what is most important to you in regards to ensuring the visit is safe in their environment. It is important to let us know of any medical or special need cares ahead of time so we can properly educate ourselves first. We will discuss any routines to be followed and review safety measures to follow.

About: I've been a special needs dog owner, am honored to be loved by my partner's parrot, as well as taken care of other dogs, cats, rabbits, geese, goats, and am a horse person. I can throw hay, if given proper instructions can put together the morning grain. I love taking care of bonded pairs of house rabbits, as well as curling up with a doggo or a kitty. If I'm doing in home, I tend to first feed the pet(s) in the morning, before I get myself breakfast, and the same for dinner. If drop in is needed, I'll be there morning, & evening, potentially mid day as well. I tend to sit for new clients in their home, depending upon established client I may sit in my house for well behaved dogs. If at my house, your dog will never be outside without some sort of leash, whether it's a 6' or a 50' long line, as I have a not fenced in yard, with a well traveled road at the end of my driveway.
About: I was a dog mom for 17 yrs. I had two dogs, Kiya and Elvis, who were the best friends a girl could ever ask for. Sadly, they are both gone now. I would love to care for your dogs. I never met a dog I don't like. I know it can take time for some dogs to trust and I accept that, especially with the shelter dogs. I'm semi-retired now so I'm frequently available to care for your dogs. It can be a potty break on a long work day, a weekend get away or a vacation. I've watched dogs as small as a 3 lb chihuahua to a 75 lb lab. I easily adapt to whatever routine and care your dogs are used to. I have an agreement with myself that I don't leave your dogs unless I absolutely have to. I've watched dogs in Florida and Colorado where I was encouraged to venture out and enjoy myself but I preferred to do that with their dogs or not at all. I will treat them with the utmost care, after all they are like your children. I'm happy to have them sleep with me if that's what they feel best with. My dogs slept with me every night. I respect if people crate their dogs as well.

About: I have dropped in for large dog care. I have stayed in a house watching 3 small dogs. I personally had a lab growing up. I have taken care of a large dog and small dog and stayed at their home. I personally have a cat and I love all animals. I would be great as someone who can walk dogs early in the morning or in the evening and I have some availability throughout the day as well. I have a flexible schedule and work remote so I can work around my schedule. I want to make sure all the pets I care for are comfortable. Access to clean fresh water for all pets is a must.
