“Kiana was truly amazing. I had a sudden family emergency that required me to go out of state. She went so far above and beyond during that time, while having no obligation to do so. From the beginning of the cats stay with Kiana, she had been so incredibly flexible, she agreed to watch them with only two days notice, and due to the situation evolving and becoming unpredictable, she was more than happy to allow me to extend their stay. She was the direct cause of so much stress relief due to knowing the cats were safe, and well taken care of. 5/5 human. As for her actual care of the kitties she again went well above and beyond anything anyone might think is going the extra mile. The cats were given the space needed to become comfortable and very quickly, and happily adapted to the new routine. I received frequent pictures and videos, she was very communicative, and because of her vigilance we were able to create a plan of action for one of the kitties who started throwing up more frequently than normal. She even went out and bought higher quality food for the cats, and implemented a structured feeing strategy so we could better assess the puking, which I doubt was an easy task since they both free fed before they were boarded. She kept me up to date at all times and provided regular, detailed updates. 5/5 for animal care as well. She is the best sitter/boarder I have ever had any experience with, by exponents, it’s not even close. Her service was head, and shoulders above anyone I’ve personally used before and far better than anything I’ve heard about other boarders. Choosing Kiana to care for your pets should be an insanely easy decision for anyone who wants their animals taken care of at the highest level of care, and wants someone that is just a straight up good human as well.”

About: I have had the best experiences working in both animal shelters and animal hospitals learning so much about animal behavior, daily care needs/expectations, and am trained in providing basic medical care! I ensure the pups bring their favorite toys over and I take time to play with them and show them love. I have a lot of green space around my apartment where I can take the dogs out to the bathroom or walks on a leash, a path by the water walking distance to take them on further walks if wanted, and a dog park in walking distance to play. If at the owner's house, I make sure the dog has fun in their comfort place, but I also make sure to leave just as clean as I found it. I can stay for a little bit and let the pup run around the yard if possible, or I can take them on walks in areas they know by home.

I am very persistent on being out and about so walk times are within 1-3 hour intervals.

About: I have had the best experiences working in both animal shelters and animal hospitals learning so much about animal behavior, daily care needs/expectations, and am trained in providing basic medical care! I currently work full-time and have an amazing schedule that allows me to have 3 days off during the week! As I spend my work days promoting the lives of shelter pets, I look forward to spending time with owner pets too. At my home I have one small dog and a couple resident felines. The most important thing will be making sure both your pets and mine remain safe during the entire visit.

About: Working with animals has always been a passion of mine. Currently I work at VCA Russell Animal Hospital as a veterinary assistant 30-40 hours a week. “Kiana was truly amazing. I had a sudden family emergency that required me to go out of state. She went so far above and beyond during that time, while having no obligation to do so. From the beginning of the cats stay with Kiana, she had been so incredibly flexible, she agreed to watch them with only two days notice, and due to the situation evolving and becoming unpredictable, she was more than happy to allow me to extend their stay. She was the direct cause of so much stress relief due to knowing the cats were safe, and well taken care of. 5/5 human. As for her actual care of the kitties she again went well above and beyond anything anyone might think is going the extra mile. The cats were given the space needed to become comfortable and very quickly, and happily adapted to the new routine. I received frequent pictures and videos, she was very communicative, and because of her vigilance we were able to create a plan of action for one of the kitties who started throwing up more frequently than normal. She even went out and bought higher quality food for the cats, and implemented a structured feeing strategy so we could better assess the puking, which I doubt was an easy task since they both free fed before they were boarded. She kept me up to date at all times and provided regular, detailed updates. 5/5 for animal care as well. She is the best sitter/boarder I have ever had any experience with, by exponents, it’s not even close. Her service was head, and shoulders above anyone I’ve personally used before and far better than anything I’ve heard about other boarders. Choosing Kiana to care for your pets should be an insanely easy decision for anyone who wants their animals taken care of at the highest level of care, and wants someone that is just a straight up good human as well.”

“Susan and John took excellent care of Charlotte. They sent regular photos and kept in close contact. When Charlotte ran out of food, Susan went to the pet store to buy her new food so that she would not have to switch to something that she was not used to. Amazingly they let Charlotte up on their bed. Lots of cuddling photos. Charlotte looked happy in every one of them. I was very pleased and would highly recommend them! About: Hi! I’m Mikaela, and I’ve had dogs since I was a baby. I’ve had two family dogs (one beagle and one pitbull mix), and currently have one lovable mutt, Zeva. We love spending our free time on walks around the city, in the mountains, and anywhere we can find a good stick for Zeva to carry around. I’m a teacher, but my schedule allows me to be flexible. I have a 30 minute commute, so having a schedule works best to plan! I have a private yard space that I share with one neighbor. Anytime my dog goes outside (on a lead, so everyone’s comfortable), I’m right there with her.
