“Kiana was truly amazing. I had a sudden family emergency that required me to go out of state. She went so far above and beyond during that time, while having no obligation to do so. From the beginning of the cats stay with Kiana, she had been so incredibly flexible, she agreed to watch them with only two days notice, and due to the situation evolving and becoming unpredictable, she was more than happy to allow me to extend their stay. She was the direct cause of so much stress relief due to knowing the cats were safe, and well taken care of. 5/5 human. As for her actual care of the kitties she again went well above and beyond anything anyone might think is going the extra mile. The cats were given the space needed to become comfortable and very quickly, and happily adapted to the new routine. I received frequent pictures and videos, she was very communicative, and because of her vigilance we were able to create a plan of action for one of the kitties who started throwing up more frequently than normal. She even went out and bought higher quality food for the cats, and implemented a structured feeing strategy so we could better assess the puking, which I doubt was an easy task since they both free fed before they were boarded. She kept me up to date at all times and provided regular, detailed updates. 5/5 for animal care as well. She is the best sitter/boarder I have ever had any experience with, by exponents, it’s not even close. Her service was head, and shoulders above anyone I’ve personally used before and far better than anything I’ve heard about other boarders. Choosing Kiana to care for your pets should be an insanely easy decision for anyone who wants their animals taken care of at the highest level of care, and wants someone that is just a straight up good human as well.”

About: Hello! I have taken care of my own, family, and friends' animals for over 15 years and those in the community going on five years. I've worked with most breeds and ages. Size does not matter whether your best friend is 5Ibs or 150Ibs! I have a flexible schedule and can work with you on times. Whether it's walking, visits and feeding or all of the above I'm happy to help. I have experience with senior dogs and their sometimes more complex needs, including medical. For all services I require a meet and greet first. For house sitting, I don't do over nights but can be there very early and/or late and happy to work from your home and give your dog(s) as much interaction and breaks they need. For daycare in my home, I require a meet and greet with my dogs, preferably on neutral ground such as a local park, or my yard if needed. Dogs are just like humans, sometimes they're best friends sometimes they aren't and my number one priority is the safety of all animals. Dogs need to be okay with kids. My children are very respectful and I've taught them from a young age how to interact with dogs and read their body language, and give them space. But I know not all dogs have had positive experiences with kids. Don't worry about size or puppy rambunctiousness- they are used to that! I have extra crates if needed or prefered. I don't do off leash, your dog may be great off leash and have awesome recall, but I'm a new person and your dog might be anxious or just not as focused with someone new. Again my priority is safety, after all this is your best friend and family member! I have ground tethers that give them a large range to free roam, explore and play. I also use 30ft leads for fun walks in woods or local hiking trails. Feel free to ask about cats too! I love cats and am first and foremost a crazy cat lady. I've sat for all ages and levels of feline pickiness. I've done meds, including injections for kitties too. I work from home and as a result have a flexible schedule. I take time out of my day regularily to walk, play and be with our dogs and yours, it's a great way for me to break up my day and get to know the great dogs in the community. When caring for your pets I take great care to be respectful of your space, only going where I need to for your animals. I make a point to clean any pet mess and ensure they are secure before leaving.

The yard is roughly half shaded by large mature trees and half open and sunny, so dogs can choose where they’re most comfortable throughout any activity. We’ve also set up outdoor enrichment and play options, including tug and pull toys hanging from some of the trees, large herding balls, and plenty of open space for running and playing. For dogs who benefit from a little extra security outdoors, we also have an optional leash run. I’m currently between jobs, which gives me a very flexible schedule, and my wife is a medical research scientist who works from home. Between the two of us, we have plenty of time and space to give the dogs in our care lots of attention and companionship throughout the day. Our dog, Bunny, is extremely friendly and loves being around both people and other dogs. She’s playful, social, and always excited to make a new friend. Because we don’t want her to feel lonely, we regularly take her to the dog park so she can socialize and play with other dogs. Seeing how happy she is running around and making friends is actually one of the reasons we decided we’d love to welcome other dogs into our home. Pet care is already a big part of our everyday life, so having another dog around fits very naturally into our routine. We have the time, space, and flexibility to give our guest dogs plenty of attention, outdoor time, play, and companionship, while also giving Bunny a new friend to spend time with. I treat every pet as if they were my own. Before caring for a dog, I like to learn about their routine, personality, feeding schedule, medications, favorite activities, and any behaviors or triggers so I can keep their experience as familiar and stress-free as possible. On our property, when dogs are outside they’re either on a leash walking or in our enclosed large yard space, never bring left unsupervised. Dogs always have access to fresh water, and receive regular potty breaks, walks, playtime, and plenty of attention. I keep a clean, pet-friendly environment and pay close attention to how each dog is feeling, especially during hot weather or after exercise. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect both the pet’s routine and the owner’s home. I’ll follow all instructions carefully, keep the home clean and secure, and provide regular updates and photos so you know how your pet is doing. I make sure the environment is safe by removing any hazards. I also give them regular check-ins to ensure they are happy and healthy, and I am always available for cuddles and attention!
About: I have been around and raised more than 5 dogs..I treat them with all the care amd respect they deserve. All dogs are different but i seem to find a way to achieve the trust of a dog early on . currently working full time but with part time hours..I will adjust my schedule accordingly when needed.I can always fit 20 minutes into a day off or afternoon my apartment has trails close by as well as a fenced in back yard but I will keep the pet on a leash at all times unless instructed otherwise.

About: I have grown up with animals. For as long as I can remember we owned some type of animal, from fish to goats. We owned them. We always visited my families farms there were cows, horses, pigs and DOGS! I loved the dogs. The dogs and horses were my favorite parts! I was lucky enough to live on my aunts horse farm for a few years and help with the rescue pups that she would foster. She has taught me a lot about working with dogs as well as other animals and how to work with them together and being around each other. I have been dog sitting/boarding for a 10 years now. I have met many different dog breeds and with many different personalities! I would be a great choice for you and your fur babies! Schedule: I work from home as an entrepreneur! This gives me plenty of time to take pups for a walk, swimming, hiking or on an adventure ride! Care: I have been working with animals and dog for 15+ years. Safety if my main concern, for myself and your fur babies! I make sure to follow instructions left without question. While house sitting I ensure to leave a place well kept and more clean then when arriving!
About: I like dogs and cats. Doesn’t matter what I watch but cats are easier for sure! I live in Weirs Beach where many peopke walk their dogs. My house is a perfect location for me to watch your pet if you go to a concert at Bank of NH Pavillion or go on the Mt Washington cruise ship or Train ride! Open for anything since I’m retired and have the time now. Prefer to watch pets in my own home but will watch in yours if your more comfortable I don’t have fenced in yard. I would need to walk dogs on leash or keep cats inside. I do have yard for dogs to wander around as long as they are tethered and I’m watching them
About: I have extensive knowledge working with all types and demeanor of pets! I can’t wait to help out with your loved one!! Pick me and I will do my best to be their best friend! I currently work remote so weekly I can stop by for several hours at a time to assist. On weekends I have more availability and can stay over! “Kiana was truly amazing. I had a sudden family emergency that required me to go out of state. She went so far above and beyond during that time, while having no obligation to do so. From the beginning of the cats stay with Kiana, she had been so incredibly flexible, she agreed to watch them with only two days notice, and due to the situation evolving and becoming unpredictable, she was more than happy to allow me to extend their stay. She was the direct cause of so much stress relief due to knowing the cats were safe, and well taken care of. 5/5 human. As for her actual care of the kitties she again went well above and beyond anything anyone might think is going the extra mile. The cats were given the space needed to become comfortable and very quickly, and happily adapted to the new routine. I received frequent pictures and videos, she was very communicative, and because of her vigilance we were able to create a plan of action for one of the kitties who started throwing up more frequently than normal. She even went out and bought higher quality food for the cats, and implemented a structured feeing strategy so we could better assess the puking, which I doubt was an easy task since they both free fed before they were boarded. She kept me up to date at all times and provided regular, detailed updates. 5/5 for animal care as well. She is the best sitter/boarder I have ever had any experience with, by exponents, it’s not even close. Her service was head, and shoulders above anyone I’ve personally used before and far better than anything I’ve heard about other boarders. Choosing Kiana to care for your pets should be an insanely easy decision for anyone who wants their animals taken care of at the highest level of care, and wants someone that is just a straight up good human as well.”

She approached them with respect and restraint, so they would get a chance to sniff her before we left them with her. She has a beautiful property with fenced yard, where dogs can run and have fun and be safe. We also gave her a go ahead to take the dogs on longer walks on nearby trails. The rest of Christy's family doted on our dogs, and the dogs loved all the attention.
