About: I've had dogs for almost 30 years. I understand their temperament, needs, and can recognize when they're in need. I've bred dogs, so I've cared for them from pregnancy, to infancy, to end of life. I've had dogs since I was a child, so they are always factored into my daily routine. I live 10 minutes from base and I set my own hours, so I can come home to take care for them as frequently as needed. My dogs have access to food and water 24/7. About: I grew up with dogs in my home since I was a toddler. I have watched/washed/walked animals all my life for family and friends my whole life. I am a stay at home mom to a 6 year old and a 6 month old. I have plenty of time in my schedule for taking care or animals. I can easily take the dogs for a walk to let them go potty along with getting some fresh air. I can give meds to animals whenever needed. I am currently a stay at home mom, so I will be home all day if boarding. I am reliable with transportation! I also have my own puppy so that way your puppy will have company! About: Cats are actually what turned me into an animal person who truly gets cats — two bonded orange tabbies won me over years ago, after never having had one growing up, and I learned firsthand how differently cats bond and communicate compared to other pets. These days it's just me and my two-year-old tortoiseshell — the runt of her litter — and the two of us are inseparable. Before you leave, I confirm emergency contacts, vet info, and anything specific to your home (door locks, alarm codes, where supplies are kept), and I leave the house exactly as secure as I found it. Drop-in visits: Safety starts before I even walk in the door — I confirm entry details and any pet-specific quirks (skittish around new people, an escape risk at the door, etc.) with you ahead of time. Once inside, I follow your instructions exactly for food, water, medication, and litter or yard needs, and I don't let a pet outside unsupervised unless you've told me that's their normal routine. Dog walking: Every walk is on-leash unless you've told me otherwise and the area is secure — I don't take chances with a dog I'm responsible for. I walk my own two dogs twice a day, every day, so this isn't a routine I'm learning on the job — it's one I already live by. One flag: I wrote the boarding section assuming introductions happen on-leash and that off-leash time depends on your setup — I don't actually know if you have a fenced yard, so I kept that vague on purpose rather than guess. Tell me and I'll make that line more specific.

I've bred dogs, so I've cared for them from pregnancy, to infancy, to end of life. I've had dogs since I was a child, so they are always factored into my daily routine. I live 10 minutes from base and I set my own hours, so I can come home to take care for them as frequently as needed. My dogs have access to food and water 24/7.
