“Ashlee and her family were wonderful with Baxter! I was provided frequent updates on how Baxter was doing/ what he was up to. Baxter is an English bulldog and doesn’t do well with hot weather; thankfully, Ashlee has much experience with (and love for🥰) his breed. She knows the warning signs of possible health emergencies with pups, and cares for them accordingly. Pickup and drop off were a breeze, and I came home with a very tired but very loved pup. I would feel more than comfortable leaving Baxter close to home with Ashlee when I can’t take him with me. I’m sure Baxter will love when that time comes!🐾🫶”

“2nd time sitting the dogs with Crystal and they loved their stay. Even though one of our pups wasn’t on his best behavior, Crystal was very patient and worked with him. We have never seen our dogs so excited to see a sitter. They can’t wait to go back”

“She took great care of our boys ( 8 month golden retriever & 10 year old chihauhau) they both require special care and needs being a playful energy filled puppy and a senior dog with health issues. She was awesome and sent us alot of pictures keeping us updated. Would recommend her to anyone looking in the area!”
“Highly recommend Jaclyn! Although I’d kind of like to keep her a secret! You can tell she is dog lover! My dog had fun running with their dogs! Would definitely use her again!”

“Had a great experience, Doyle and Michael were super accommodating with the weird time schedule I needed for Max. They sent me videos of him playing with other dogs and having fun. Would recommend!”

“Super friendly, beautiful home on top of it all has frenchies. So very knowledgeable about this type of breed. Next vacation I will be using her. Was updated everyday about my Berkie and didn’t have to worry about my fur baby, thank you so much”

“We had the most pleasant experience! This was our first time ever using Rover, and they made it such a positive one. They kept us updated throughout the day with pictures and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was obvious that our dogs were receiving lots of love and attention! We honestly felt like they were being spoiled the entire time! They truly went above and beyond for our pups and treated them as if they were their own. Their care, communication, and kindness made all the difference, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend them and would absolutely trust them with our dogs again. ❤️🐾”

“Jill was super attentive to my anxious puppy’s needs! The family made him feel comfortable right away and seeing the pictures of how he calmed down over time eased my mind. Thank you for everything!”

“Allyson was AMAZING with my pups. She communicated and sent pictures of my cups everyday for the 9 days my pups stayed with her. I will ABSOLUTELY 💯 be using her as our dog sitter again. She gets 10p stars 🌟 from my family and I.”

“Amanda and Rae did a phenomenal job of taking care of my dog Dozer. They communicated with me daily and sent photos of him during his stay. We even did a FaceTime chat before he went to their home since I was moving to Omaha from another state so they could see and learn about him. I will definitely be using them to watch my pets when I am out of town.”

“We had a fantastic experience with our Rover sitter, Mallory! Communication was excellent from start to finish, and we really appreciated the frequent updates, photos, and messages while we were away. It was clear that our dog was receiving lots of attention, care, and affection. The biggest compliment we can give is that our dog came home calm, relaxed, and happy, a sure sign that he felt comfortable and well cared for during his stay. We felt completely at ease knowing he was in such good hands. We would absolutely book with Mallory again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and attentive sitter.”

“Mariah was absolutely wonderful with Doja! She treated her like she was her own and really made her feel like part of the family. Doja is still young and VERY energetic, so I was honestly a little nervous about leaving her, but Mariah was amazing with her. She had nothing but good things to say about Doja and made me feel so comfortable knowing she was being well taken care of. It was obvious that Doja was happy, loved, and spoiled while she was there. I will definitely be booking with Mariah every time we need someone to watch Doja. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to take care of her! 🐾❤️”

“Chelsea is a very kind person. She took great care of my puppy. She provided pictures daily. She did her best to make him comfortable. Charlie came back happy and very calm and content.I recommend her without hesitation.”

“We are so happy that we found Jessica and Robert to watch our dogs. They really got to know our dogs and their personalities and care for them just like they were their own dogs.”

“Emily and her family are absolutely incredible!! They took such great care of my dogs and treated them like they were their own. They also sent great pictures with updates throughout their stay. A family like this is one in a million!”

About: I've taken care of a dog and cat at home for the past 10 years, I've helped raise my brother's kitten, and cared for my sister's cat with medical needs. I’m doing Rover full time, leaving me with a completely open schedule - This means I'm able to sit, stay over, or pop by whenever! “We love Meghann!!! Wow! She was so amazing taking care of our sweet Milo. She sent tons of photos and videos making sure we knew how well he was being cared for. Meghann went above and beyond keeping Milo happy and our house secure!”

“Sierra and my cat became fast friends! My kitty trusts her so much. My cat is fairly selective with her love, and gave Sierra so much trust, snuggles, and purrs. She’s an excellent communicator with me as well.”

“Excellent working with Shana! She kept us informed with pictures and detailed notes of all the time and activities with our cat. We felt at ease knowing our pet was being well cared for while we were away. Highly recommend!”

“I cannot say enough good things truly. My little Leo was not only taken care of but loved on the entire time I was gone. He’s a very big scaredy cat but Lorren was able to snuggle him by the second visit- crazy!!! I’m so thankful that I had no worry around my boy while I was out of town. I think he was slightly bummed to see me come through the door instead of Lorren! She will definitely be in our books for the future ☺️”

“Absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend. Didn’t have once concern while on our trip. Marie was a pleasure, kept me updated and sent pictures everyday of our fur babies. Very very happy! Will use again!”

“Very communicative, amazing person. Great flexibility and with the cat. She cuddled and played with Sephi and she was great on short notice. I would highly recommend her and I’m exciting to use her again.”

“I highly recommend using Madeline for drop in visits! She did a wonderful job caring for our two Boxers. She was very communicative and right on time with her drop-ins. We can’t wait to use her again in the future!”

“I’ve been using Raina over a year. She is the best! My boys love her and I trust her in my home. So reliable too! My home is always clean when i come home, no kitty litter, and my kitties are happy and pampered. It’s a peace of mind having her as a sitter! Definitely book her.”

About: On my 13th birthday I got a puppy and I have been an avid dog lover since. I house-trained him, stayed up with him when he was crying, and taught him lots of tricks! Since then, I have always had some sort of animal in my house, whether it be a dog, cat, or hedgehog! Due to my known love for ALL critters, I have been a dependable pet sitter for many folks throughout the years. Whether it be friends, extended family, or even friends of a friend - I have been trusted to love and care for many animals. *IMPORTANT NOTE* Right now I am only booking house-sitting gigs where I can bring my senior chihuahua with me. When you send me a message, let me know what works for you so that we may set up a meet & greet! I primarily dogsit and have a supplemental part-time job. This flexibility allows me to work with you and your pet to make sure they are getting the maximum amount of attention and love. I will love your pet like my own. I like to send daily updates with photos to not only quell your worries, but so that you can see your creature is doing well. I WILL be prioritizing jobs where I can bring my dog with me. I understand in some circumstances, it will not be a good fit for her to come with me, which is understandable.
“Kadasia took wonderful care of the one cat who didn’t stay hidden and also had successful searches to find the one who wouldn’t come out. We really appreciated her interactions with both cats. A very successful visit.”

“Linda provided excellent care for my cat while I was away and was very good about sending photos and videos. I will definitely hire Linda again to check in on my cat.”

“We have used Morgan for a while now and feel like we can completely trust her with our babies. She always flexible and does a great job updating us on how the babes are doing. Thank you, Morgan!”

About: My experience with cats is just as extensive and comes from both domestic and professional settings. I have worked with a variety of feline personalities and have hands-on experience with big cats, giving me a unique appreciation for feline body language, communication, boundaries, and behavior. I have also worked at a cat-only veterinary clinic specializing in feline dentistry, where I gained valuable experience handling cats in a clinical environment and became especially attentive to the subtle signs cats may show when they are stressed, uncomfortable, or not feeling their best. I understand that cats are incredibly individual. Some want to greet you at the door and demand attention, while others prefer to observe from a distance until they decide you're trustworthy. I’m happy to let your cat set the pace while making sure their routine, litter box, meals, medication, enrichment, and favorite activities are maintained while you're away. Whether your cat is confident, shy, playful, independent, elderly, or simply particular about how things are done, I take the time to learn what makes your cat feel safe and comfortable in their own home. My goal is not just to check in on your cat, but to give them thoughtful, attentive care that helps them feel secure while their family is away. Your kitty will stay in our Jungle Cat Room Suite, a dedicated space designed to keep cats comfortable, entertained, and relaxed while you're away. The suite features an automatic Litter-Robot, automatic water fountain, 20" TV, cat wheel, a lookout window with a bird feeder, and Wi-Fi speakers for relaxing sounds and calming enrichment. Your cat’s kibble intake will be monitored throughout their stay and reported to you through Rover, so you can stay informed about their routine while you're away. I’m also working on adding a camera to the suite so you’ll be able to check in on your baby from home at any time. Most importantly, your cat gets to choose how they spend their time. If they enjoy attention, play, and companionship, we’ll spend quality time together. If they’re more independent or prefer a quiet space, they can relax peacefully in their suite until you come home. My goal is to make their stay feel safe, comfortable, and as stress-free as possible while giving you peace of mind. Want to add a little extra pampering? Nail trims are available as an add-on to your cat’s stay. Simply select the nail trim bundle when booking.
About: While I am newer to Rover, I have been caring for my own and other's babies for most of my life and would love to give you the peace of mind that your furry kiddos will be in great hands. With a flexible self-employed schedule, I am available for drop in potty breaks, feedings, and walkies as well as longer term house sitting. I am comfortable with cats and dogs and will treat them as my own with all of the care and enrichment they deserve. Being mostly self employed, my daily schedule can be easily manipulated to fit the needs of my clients. I am currently unavailable for round the clock care but have the flexibility to only be away for a few hours at a time, allowing me generous time to spoil your sweet critters. While caring for your pets, I will treat your home and babies as if they were my own. Using gentle guidance, lots of praise and rewards and leaving no trace, you can be assured that everything will be just as you left it, if not better!

“Roscoe can't wait to go back and visit Jennifer and Luna! Jennifer was so welcoming that Roscoe felt right at home immediately. We always worry about leaving him because of his separation anxiety yet after a day with Jennifer he was relaxed and happy. He got to be outside, go for a car ride and got plenty of one on one attention. Thank you Jennifer!”

“Melody was accommodating, a great communicator, and enthusiastic about my pup! We had to change the schedule around last minute and she was very understanding and helped us with what she could to accommodate that. She responded to me almost immediately and would send updates on how my pup was doing without being asked. She showed genuine care for our puppy pal and even sent her home with a toy she loved from the day. Thank you, Melody!”

“Frankie had so much fun AGAIN! He loves going to Crystals playing with all his friends. She takes such good care of him while he is there we never have to worry about him ❤️❤️”

“Ainsley was amazing with our mini golden doodle, Rosie! She was available for our last minute doggie day care request. We spent the day at the zoo and needed somewhere for our dog to hang out. About: Hi, I’m Zelina (“Zee”), and caring for animals has been a lifelong passion of mine. I hold a B.S. in Animal Science, Pre-Veterinary Medicine from Iowa State University and have hands-on experience in dog training, canine behavior, animal care, veterinary medicine, surgery, and orthopedics. Over the years, I’ve worked with dogs in laboratory and veterinary settings, volunteered with animal rescue, and owner-trained my own service dog. I also enjoy training my own dogs, including working with Saga in conformation and scent work, and earning Trick Dog and Canine Good Citizen (CGC) titles with Ollie. My veterinary and animal science background has taught me to look at each dog as an individual, paying attention not only to their behavior and personality but also to their health, comfort, and overall well-being. Whether your dog is playful and energetic, nervous in a new environment, needs extra structure, or simply loves being spoiled, I want them to feel safe, understood, and cared for while they’re with me. As a dog sitter, I bring professional animal experience together with genuine love for dogs. I believe the best care includes plenty of attention, enrichment, patience, and the consistency that helps dogs feel comfortable away from home. My goal is for every pet parent to feel confident knowing their dog is in caring, experienced hands. Because I work from home, your pet receives care in a home environment with plenty of attention throughout the day. When I’m not working, I’m often outside working on our latest project: transforming our backyard into a pet paradise! We’re continually adding improvements and enrichment features to create a safe, fun, and comfortable space for the animals in our care. This means your pet gets to enjoy a relaxed home setting, a consistent routine, and plenty of opportunities for enrichment while they’re staying with us. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. Because I work from home, pets staying with me are able to enjoy a calm home environment with regular supervision and attention throughout the day. I maintain a clean, structured, and pet-friendly space and take the time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, needs, and comfort level before they stay with me. I believe trust is built by respecting each animal as an individual. Some pets are social and love attention, while others need more space and time to settle in. I never force interaction and instead allow pets to become comfortable at their own pace. I provide regular updates through Rover so you can feel connected and confident while you’re away. For pets staying in my home, I provide dedicated spaces and supervised enrichment tailored to their needs. I’m also continually improving our backyard to create a safe and enriching “pet paradise” where pets can enjoy supervised outdoor time. For in-home visits, I follow your pet’s established routine as closely as possible and treat your home and belongings with the same care and respect I would expect in my own home. With my background in animal care and veterinary settings, I’m also attentive to changes in behavior, appetite, energy, and overall well-being. My goal is for every pet to feel safe, understood, and genuinely cared for while their family is away. We have a 6ft privacy fence. We require vaccinations. We require strict sanitation protocols and utilize labortory grade sanitizer and disinfectant to protect your pet.

My neighbors and family rely on me to care for dogs during the day for daily walks, or while away on longer trips. I have been commended by previous clients for my attention to detail and care for all animals, timeliness, responsibility, and friendliness. About: I have experience caring for all kinds of pets. I am able to provide care for all different ages, a good variety of breeds I am even able to care for dogs with various health concerns/medical needs. (Blind, allergies, deaf, post surgery, anxiety, etc.) I am very big on positive affirmations and reenforcing good behavior. I love training dogs! I think it can be a lot of fun. (Right now, I’m teaching sign language to both of my dogs. Our oldest is now deaf and has separation anxiety, so we’re working on basic commands.) I work in the mornings on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and, Thursdays. Typically, my lessons run from 9-12. I teach swim lessons all year and set my own schedule. I have a fenced in back yard, that is big enough for the dogs to run around and play! We’re always outside during the warmer months. As long as they have a bowl of cold water, my dogs will stay outside until they choose to come in. In my home, there is a basement. It’s not very big, but it is a nice spot to retreat to. It’s a good space to relax in as there is little outside noise that gets in. (Our laundry room is in the basement. If we run the washer or the dryer during the 4th of July, you cant even hear the fireworks going off. This is a plus, for living with dogs).
“Zach has been such a wonderful and consistent walker for our dog! I could tell right away that he just gets dogs and they love him. I know my dog is thrilled when he is there and he has even helped us use a more gentle and positive approach to training him on a leash. Thank you Zach!”

I have a fenced in yard, so no animals can run away (unless the sneak past my front door), my own puppy will keep yours company so they won't get lonely while there parent is not there for the time being!

“Jill was super attentive to my anxious puppy’s needs! The family made him feel comfortable right away and seeing the pictures of how he calmed down over time eased my mind. Thank you for everything!”

“Ashley and David are so great and took wonderful care of our Senior dog, Buddy. This is the first time we have ever used Rover for boarding and we are so happy to have found Ashley for his second home. We are definitely using them again in the future, thank you for being so kind. It means so much to us that he isn't going to be in a kennel for extended stays.”

“Dara is really sweet person. She took care of Simba very well, Simba loved her dogs and he had a great play time when he was boarding at Dara’s. She was very active in sending daily updates about Simba. I would definitely use her services again.”

“Thank you to Patricia and her family for taking such great care of our “kids” again! My dogs looked very relaxed in the photos! Another perfect boarding experience with Patricia!”

“Wallie came home tired from his long weekend stay with Amanda and her dogs! I originally picked her because she was close to where I live but I would choose her again even if I lived further. Was provided plenty of photos and am confident that my dog was happy and healthy in her care.”
