About: I worked at Kenl Inn for close to 3 years and we didn't only have dogs. We also had a slurry of seemingly random animals that just needed a place to stay! Aside from dogs, cats were the most common. Most of what I learned about cats came from a long family history of having cats. About: My wife and I both grew up with multiple dogs in our families. My wife grew up on a farm with mostly outside cattle dogs and I grew up in the city with mostly inside dogs. When we got married we got a dog of our own. She was our baby until we had kids of our own. She was then the best big sister to our daughters the rest of her life. We have owned 2 boxers in the time that we have been married and truly loved our time with them. We have realized as our 3 girls have gotten older and super involved in activities, we no longer have time for a dog of our own. That is what has brought us to Rover. About: I have taken care of dogs ever since I was able to walk. I have been dog sitting for family and friends for about 10 years now, and have a career as an animal Behaviorist at an animal shelter. I have a love for all animals, excluding the creepy crawlies I currently work full time in omaha, but can let pets out Sunday-Thursday at 7am and could let them back out at 6pm and stay the night. My Fridays and Saturdays are free and can hang out with them as much as possible. I currently have in my home a 7 year old diabetic husky who has to have is meds at exact times and exact dosages. About: I’ve lived my whole life with at least one pet in the house and shared responsibility in caring for him or her. I took in my own pupper, Benji, in the summer of 2020 as a 4-month-old puppy and trained him myself. My husband and I also have a precious cat named Princess who rules the roost :) We love our fur family, and I/we can’t wait to love on yours! I can take care of pets in my apartment for a short period, but they have to be ok with cats and dogs. I have a cat tree and a litter box, and I take my small dog on a walk 3x a day. I would do the same or more for my clients. I also expect my clients to line out any needs and rules for me in their homes and/or for their pets so I can take care of them as desired.
