“Our dog boarded with Ty and was well cared for and quite happy. We did a meet and greet with another sitter prior to meeting with Ty. The first one did not go well. Our dog did not even want to go into her house and her dogs and ours didn't seem to hit it off. After meeting Ty and his very well trained dog, Rocket couldn't wait to play with her. When we dropped him off, he ran in Ty's house like he lived there and didn't even hesitate. Got a daily update from Ty and Rocket was quite content. About: Ive grown up around dogs, but now they grow up around me! The last few years have been spent helping my family foster, adopting a dog of my very own, and working as a kennel tech at a local boarding facility where i take care of all sorts of pups daily. I am a full time college student, but I do make time for any animals that need my help! I will have more availability in the summer months. My dogs and kittens are very well loved! My family has taught all the dogs to ring bells placed on the back doorknob when they have to go outside, so they go in and out as they please. For weekdays: I work from home and can make moving to your home work but will need a desk space or active table space with the ability to plug in - and preferably the ability to bring my 4 year old friendly Rottie with me. If I am unable to bring her what I have done in the past is work from my home and then spend the evening/night with your dog. I always make a lunch break work for this plan. This often mimics similar to a 8-5 schedule. We can definitely discuss details on this! She is part of a team that helps a rescue in town dog test new dogs on their reaction to others! I’ve trained my own dogs through three levels of obedience and raised five of them from the time they were 8 weeks old and took care of them through their elderly years including in pup wheel chairs. I’m comfortable with pets of all ages and personalities, from playful puppies to independent cats and senior pets. On our trip, we decided to stop through Fargo where my family is from and take in NDSU football game — Go Bisons! We needed someone to watch Jack for the few hours we were at the game, and Taylor readily accepted our last minute (day before) request. Jack is a calm, friendly dog who seems to have been experiencing some anxiety on the long drive and is not consistently eating or pooping. We were a little nervous leaving him with new people in a new place when he was already on edge. However, Taylor and her family seemed to put him at ease immediately. Taylor kept us updated with pictures and milestones, and when we picked him up he had eaten all of his food, pooped, and played a bunch outside. He seemed happy, calm, and well cared for. I grew up with cats, and although I didn't get my first dog until I moved out on my own, she has truly made me fall in love with being a dog mom. There's something special about the genuine love that all pets give us, and there's nothing I'd love more than to help take care of yours when life gets busy. Our pets are family. They will be in great hands and will get all of the love that they deserve! I am a full-time musician, but most of the time my Monday-Friday consists of spending time with my own pets before I hit the road! Although my schedule is unpredictable, it does leave room for even more flexibility and the ability to take last minute drop-ins/walk requests! I will always put your pets safety and happiness first. I know how terrifying it can be to leave your pets' care up to someone you've never met, but can assure you they will get nothing but love and attention during my drop-ins! I am unable to have pets come to my own home as it stresses my rescue cat out too much, but love doing drop-in visits at your convenience! I am someone who runs half marathons and walks for fun... So there is nothing I'd love more than to help walk your sweet fur babies as well!
About: I have had a dog as long as I can remember. I have dog sat for multiple family friends with different breeds. I am good at taking dogs on walks, playing with them, feeding them, and more. I can adapt to different temperaments. I have also taken care of a 14 year old dog that had a very specific schedule and needed constant supervision to help keep away from potty accidents and very specific feeding instructions. I work full time but don't start until evening. I am able to sit with your pups more most of the day. I already love to sit around with my old lady dog. I can tell when she's in a mood to play so we play until she is done and ready to go take some more naps. I would love to play with your dogs as well! I will only watch your dogs in your own homes. I can follow any instructions you want. I can bring a ball with me but you will need to provide other toys if desired. I like to be in the same room so I can see them to make sure they aren't doing something they shouldn't be.
“Vanessa came over to walk 1 of my dogs (puppy!) during lunchtime. She also let my other 2 dogs outside so the 3 of them could play together. She brought the puppy on a 1-2 mile walk every day and tried to get his energy out. She was prompt and provided daily feedback with pictures. Will definitely book again!”
About: Hello! I have always had a love for animals especially dogs and cats. I had my own dog, Charlie, who had complex health issues and unfortunately is no longer with me. He made me comfortable with giving medications, insulin/allergy shots, and following instructions with dietary restrictions that I can also provide your pets with when needed. I currently work full time M-F, but my schedule is flexible during the week and most weekends. I have also been employed for over a year with a company in the F/M area providing pet care services in people's homes. I LOVE what I do and always looking for more opportunities to meet new furry friends. My schedule is flexible and I respond quickly to text/phone calls or email when reaching out looking for pet care. I'm able to do morning shifts before I head to my full time job M-F, lunch breaks, and after work. I can often move my schedule around if you need other times throughout the day too. Just ask! Weekends are more open when I am not out of town. I prefer going to the pets home to provide care where they are in a familiar environment. I can provide walks, bring your pet outside to play, clean litter boxes, feed and fill their water, administer medication etc. Boarding in my home can also be provided, as I have a pet and smoke free home and can work with your pets needs to make them feel safe and at home.

When we dropped him off, he ran in Ty's house like he lived there and didn't even hesitate. Got a daily update from Ty and Rocket was quite content. My dog craves exercise, so I was a little hesitant about how she would adjust to staying in an apartment, but I should never have worried! About: I have taken care of many dogs. My friends and family have trusted me with all kinds of dogs. I love to walk dogs, play with dogs, and everything else that comes with being a pet owner! I have a very open schedule. I may be gone for an hour in the morning and occasional events from time to time. I will have lots of available time to spend with your dog. My home has a very large fenced in backyard. We have a great walking path for long or short walks. We have one dog that gets along very well with other dogs.
