About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember. I’ve volunteered with shelters and own three of my own for the last 10 years. I’m currently working from home and hoping to get out of the house for a bit by doing drop in visits or dog walks. I’m available to board dogs as well so long as any furry guest gets along with the dogs already in the house. I’m comfortable administering medication so long as instructions are given. I’m certified in canine CPR. Im happy to cater to the needs of your dog and follow any instructions you provide. About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life. Growing up I was around breeds such as Labradors, Cocker Spaniels, Chows, German Shepards, Poodles and Lhasa Apsos. The first time I became a dog mom was to Zoe, a Bichon Frise. I lived in Chicago at the time in an apartment so I had to walk her multiple times a day. Bichons also need a lot of maintenance with their fur, so I’m very familiar with grooming methods of that type of breed. After Zoe, I became a dog mom to a Pit Bull/German Shepherd puppy, Garner. I got him when he was 8 weeks old and had him for 13.5 years. I understand the level of care a puppy needs as well as a senior dog. I’m also very familiar with handling large breeds on a leash. I understand how a pet is part of the family and I will show your dog lots of love and affection, just like I would my own. I am available Monday-Friday 8am-2pm then from 6pm-8pm. I’m available 7am-10pm on Saturday and Sunday. Please contact me if you need help outside of those times and I can try to work with you.
