About: I have been around all types of animals and pets my whole life. I don't mind taking care of any type of pet you may have from babys to seniors, cats of all breeds and dogs of all breeds and sizes. I’m also good with taking care of other domestic pets, exotic pets and farm animals. I only work part time so I have a lot of extra time to care for animals and enjoy being outdoors walking, biking and hiking. About: I love all animals and taking care of them is a dream job. I live in the Franklin NC area year around. I was raised with Boxers and have been a dog momma for 10 rescues. I have an open schedule however I have a wedding in June and a cruise in August. I am flexible and can be on call if necessary. My pets are inside animals. I have 8 acres with a fenced area and 2 friendly labs. I never allow my dogs off leash unless they are in the fenced area. My dogs are never left unattended outside the home. My cat is an indoor cat.

My own dogs, my neighbors have asked me to drop in while they were on vacation, and my parents friends have had me dog and house sit while they were away. We primarily had dogs for pets and would usually at least have 2, from puppies to seniors I’ve loved and cared for all sizes and would love to care for your fur babies as well! I work from home so I have plenty of time and availability to spend and care for your fur baby while you’re away! I do have my step children every other weekend so communication will be key if your pet is not child friendly and if your schedule will work for me, but I am open to working with you as much as I can! I currently have 2 indoor dogs, both crate and (mostly) potty trained. I have a mid sized boxer and a small mix breed, they are both girls that are dog and kid friendly and as sweet as can be. I have plenty of yard space(not fenced), a quiet road to walk them on, and a runner for solo outside/potty time. I do live in a dog neighborhood with lots of distractions so your fur baby would be kept on a leash at all times when outdoors

“Tara was great with Trapper. She was super flexible and easy to work with and sent several pics so we knew he was having fun and being well taken care of. We weren’t sure if he’d be ok playing with her dogs, but they were super sweet and immediately accepted him as part of the group. He had a blast while we were away.”

The cute pics of my baby while I was away reinforced to me that Duke was in good hands! He was instantly comfortable with her and made himself right at home! “Emily and her husband did a great job. We take our lab with us almost all the time so it wasn't easy to leave her somewhere for multiple days. Emily was great with accommodating a pre-stay meeting, always really good with communication and coordination, kept us regularly updated and assured that Parker was comfortable, happy, getting plenty of attention and activity, etc.. She was flexible with our pick up and always positive. We would definitely recommend and would definitely have Parker stay again.”

“Daisy did a 2-night meet and greet stay in preparation for a long stay with Diane this fall. Diane has a large, completely fenced yard which is great. She texted me pictures during Daisy’s stay, and she seemed very tuned in to Daisy’s particular needs and wants. I am glad to have a good sitter lined up now.”
