About: We both work from home, fenced in yard, and live on cul-de-sac street. We are not looking to be a kennel so we only allow one additional dog (to our two) so we can give your dog our full attention! There is a dog play area in the neighborhood and lots of sidewalks for regular walks. We have two older children (15 and 16) that have been taught how to be a pack leader so they know how to act around dogs. We have many years of experience watching and caring for dogs and we have met so many amazing dogs and owners through this process. We are still friends with many of them! We are not a kennel but rather a friendly service for a very small number of dogs & their owners who need a short term home for their friend while they are away. This way we can provide maximum attention to each of our furry guests :) All dogs accepted must be kid friendly and fully house trained! We live in an HOA community so no barkers please :) A portion of our proceeds are donated to Project Halo (helping neglected / unwanted dogs find loving homes).

I’ve taken care of puppies and older dogs, and can do so well enough as long as I’m provided details on their needs during the meet&greet. I work Part-Time and attended one in-person class twice a week, that means I’ll be home most of the time and can take care of your pets whenever they need. I also live with someone who works from home, so even when I’m not around, your dogs will be in good hands. I give your pets the same respect I give my own. I pet them and play with them if that’s what they want, and if they don’t want that then I just keep an eye of them and make sure they’re not up to any mischief. And if I have to leave the dog alone overnight, the first thing I do in the morning after letting them out is check any areas available to them for any accidents, just to be safe.

My services include dog walking, daily check-ins, and other needs upon request. I currently have a very flexible schedule and can accommodate most needs! Weekdays are open for me as are weekends, and I keep my calendar updated so my schedule is transparent. For walking and/or check-in’s I always make sure I stay for at least a half hour to provide your pet with adequate socialization and time to expend some energy.

If you're looking for someone responsible and loving with high energy pets, elderly pets who may need medication, or anything in between, look no further. I'm also happy to take on plant care, aquarium maintenance, bringing in mail, etc. I'm pleased to offer drop in visits where possible as well as home stays.
