About: Hello! I have a lot of experience with animals including dogs, cats, guinea pigs, ferrets, turtles, rats, exotic birds, goats, and a tarantula or two so feel free to reach out if you have any questions about your pet. I worked as a Veterinarian Assistant in Greensboro, NC and I have been with Rover since 2018. I am a kind-hearted, patient person with lots of love to give your pets while you are away. I am an avid hiker but if she/he is more of a couch potato, that works too. I have cared for puppies, adult and senior dogs, kittens, adult and senior cats with medication needs on several occasions. Shy and senior pets are my specialties! I have two senior female dogs at home that I’ve had since they were puppies and three rambunctious short hair cats. When they were younger we would walk Battleground Park and the various trails in Eden or around the lakes in Greensboro. I am available for drop-ins and long or short walks. About: I have had dogs all my life - all sizes & breeds. I specialize in smaller size breeds. I currently have 2 Miniature Schnauzers and they are my “children” and are spoiled rotten as will your baby when they are here. Dogs are not crated unless otherwise told. Pups are able to sleep where they feel most comfortable and if allowed homemade treats are given. They will be pampered & spoiled while they are home away from home. I am flexible and reliable and try to eliminate stress for all involved. If medication is needed, I am trained in oral as well as giving injections. Homemade treats for our precious babies are provided. Only the best. I work a hybrid schedule so I am home full time Thursday thru Sunday. Monday thru Wednesday I am in the office but home starting at 5:30 pm till morning. Fur babies are always supervised. Long walks are taken in the evening along with shorter ones thru the day. Nice wilderness trail to explore in addition to a park down the road for the more adventurous. Grassy areas close for those quick walks then in the evenings a nice safe walk around the neighborhood.

About: I love cats and dogs, and have had cats most of my adult life. I believe animals are truly family members and should be treated with gentleness and respecting their nature. I have no problem following detailed instructions, and every visit I take pics to show you your fur baby is being well cared for! I am free most mornings before 8:30am and in the evenings after 6pm. On weekends I have more flexibility in my schedule. I’ll be happy to work with you on whatever your scheduling needs are! If a client discusses a list of instructions, I’ll do my best to follow them to the letter. Otherwise, I’ll follow what to me is ideal care for an animal: ensuring they have clean and fresh water, proper food, cleaning litter boxes or taking a dog out for a walk as needed, and spending a little time cuddling and playing (respecting how shy they might be!). If a pet is too shy to play, sometimes I’ll just spend a few minutes sitting on the floor and talking to them in a soothing voice so they can get used to my presence as someone who is friendly. If approved beforehand, I can even bring (or use your own) a few treats! I may also reach out to you if I see something that I think needs addressing (not enough food or litter, a pet seeming lethargic or coughing excessively etc.). If that happens, I’ll discuss with you how you want to handle it. In case of illness, I take my own cats to Wentworth Animal Hospital so, for example, if I saw your cat seemed to be vomiting excessively, if you approved it I would have no problem taking them in for a walk-in and working out the payment and a reasonable rate with you over the phone. The most important thing is to ensure that your fur baby is given the best care possible. :-)

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats, young and old, since 2019. I’m a lifelong animal lover who’s parented guinea pigs and parakeets as well. I pride myself on creating enriching experiences for the animals I sit through play and exercise. I’m a freelancer by trade and work for myself so I have open availability during both weekdays and weekends with limited notice needed to make myself available. I ask that pet owners provide any necessary supplies as I do not have them at home. I do live in a newer apartment complex with a fenced in playground for dogs to run around and lots of sidewalk space for walks.
About: I have been a pet sitter for three years with particular experience with senior dogs, dogs that require medications, and high energy dogs but have taken care of pups of many breeds and temperaments. Pet sitting is my full time job so i am available at all times as long as it does not interfere with other clients scheduling or any important person events which will be communicated. I do drop in visits to keep your pet taken care of for as long and as my times as you need each day i also do overnight care where i drop in throughout the day for the pets needs then spend the night to keep your pet company and taken care of. I have a dog who has a fenced in back yard and is crate trained along with a indoor cat who is litter trained for taking care of clients pets i resupply water, food and give any medication needed, make sure your pets use the restroom and spend time with your pet. i only require that your pet has a safe environment, food and water i do not give treats that are not brought by me as many can cause chocking I also will not provide your dog with any food/medicine they have not had before again for safety reasons.

About: I have over 10 years of experience caring for family pets and about 7 years of hands on experience training and caring for my own dogs. I currently have a small Maltese/Yorkie mix and i understand that every dog has their own personality, energy level, and needs. I’m naturally fun and high functioning energy, so I’m comfortable keeping up with active dogs, but I’d say patience is one of my biggest strengths. Working in healthcare has taught me how important patience, attentiveness, and compassion are, and I bring that same approach when caring for animals. I work PRN(as needed) in healthcare, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to have plenty of time to give your pet the attention and care they deserve. My availability can vary week to week, but I’m able to plan my schedule around pet care and make sure your pet gets plenty of playtime, walks, and companionship. I live in a one-bedroom apartment with access to a dog park, a large open field directly in front of my complex, and several nearby walking trails. I make sure pets are supervised, comfortable, and given plenty of opportunities for exercise and outdoor time. I’ll also follow any routines, feeding instructions, or special care preferences you provide so your pet feels as comfortable and safe as possible.
