About: When I was 3 we had cats in the house and a dog. As I got older we had more cats and dogs. I have always been around them. I currently have 2 labs & a beagle. I have experience with elderly dog care, puppy, administering medication & monitoring input and output. I do know how to clip dog nails & clean their ears as well as bathe them. I am a full time mom and I stay home with our 3 children. My children love to be outside so we spend a lot of time outside playing with our dogs. We have a fenced backyard - about .4 acres fenced in. About: Like everyone else on this app, I love dogs, and grew up with German Shepherds However, I started on the rover app because I wanted to provide something I thought was missing… reliable pet care for high energy and athletic dogs. I travel a lot and the last thing I want to worry about is if my 70 pound GSD is wearing out the kind old lady I left her with because that’s who was available. Rest assured, if you leave your dog with me for work or for play, I’ll treat them as if they were my own. Need daily runs or multiple walks a day? Good. We run every day. Need yard play time? Not a problem. Extra belly rubs? Easy. Is your Dog a couch potato? I have a couch and have happy to give rubs and chill out. The point is, weather for a week or a weekend, if you leave your dog with me, you can focus on where ever your travels are taking you. I have a pretty demanding full time job. I’m only available for boarding in my home. If I’m home, your dog has 100% of my focus. I have a very well trained and very social GSD and a large fenced in yard. I also have rooms I can fence off to give your dog some space. I’m happy to play fetch, take multiple walks, and daily runs if needed.

I’ll make sure they’re fed on time, I’ll take them outside to potty when they have to go, make sure they take any meds if they need them, and give them attention throughout the day. Working in shelters, Vet Clinics, and pet sitting has given me the opportunity to take care of a wide variety of animals. My services include:: walking,boarding, daycare and transportation to vet appointment. I am certified to administer both oral and SQ medications, SQ IV fluid replacement, glucose monitoring and care of special needs pets. I am pet CPR and first aid certified. I treat your pets as if they were mine with lots of TLC and snuggles. I provide potty breaks every 2-4 hours and walks twice a day. There is a medium size temporary fence in my backyard for the pets playtime. For care of your cats if would come to your home to feed, clean litter boxes and playtime. The pets are allowed on the furniture and to sleep with me if if so inclined. My career of choice was RN nursing at Duke University Hospital for 32 years. I do however require a meet and greet prior to any service request. I have a 9 years old lap retriever who has severe arthritis in his hind legs I do welcome both kittens and puppies. I am particularly skilled in the care of special needs pets and have taken additional courses in veterinary nutrition and message. I text pet parents every other day and send photos of the their furry babies. I am currently working full time and holidays Monday through Sunday. Times are flexible.I do require a meet and greet prior to any service request. I will return your calls or emails within 4 hours I have a temporary fenced in area in my backyard for potty breaks and playtime. Potty breaks are every 2-4 hours. I am with the kids most of the day. Pet parents are requested to bring pets favorite toys and blankets from home .pets are always taken outside on a leash. Pets are never left outside in the pen unsupervised.
About: I’ve taken care of many dogs over the many years. Walked them, played, feed, bathed. When I was younger I would always take care of our neighborhood dogs. I’m currently starting my own business as a carpenter. But I enjoy spending time with dogs so I am only doing this for part time. I have a fence that is over 200 liner feet. I currently have a dachshund named Tucker who is 7 years old and I have a lot of experience working with other people’s pets as a sitter. About: I became a dog mom at 19, and have been dog-sitting off and on ever since! While the extra income is always nice, I mainly do it to prevent coming home with a new puppy every week. I treat all the dogs I meet like they're my own and give them as much love as I do to my own babies - an 11 year old Lab mix and 6 year old German Shepherd! They both have loved every dog I've ever had staying at my house. I'm comfortable with all breeds and all ages, and have no problem giving medications if needed. I am available during the daytime for long walks and have a very flexible work schedule, which means a lot of play time for your pup! I’m currently working remote part-time and have the flexibility to choose my own hours, which means I have plenty of spare time during the day to spend with your pup!
