About: Hi, I am a compassionate and dependable recent retiree. My two senior dogs passed away in the past 6 months and I am without any fur-babies for the first time in decades. I am honored to spend quality time with your loved one so you can have a worry-free vacation and I can have some doggy/kitty time! (I am comfortable handling two small dogs (under 40 lbs total) or one medium dog 40-50 lbs. If over 50 lbs we can chat to determine if it would be a good fit) I am newly retired and have plenty of free time. I do have community activities out but they do not dominate my day. I spend my time focused on creativity (working on art and music projects) at home. So your pup will have company pretty much all day whether you are boarding with me or I am housesitting for you. I am very active and have a daily exercise and yoga routine and my home is a healthy and veg-friendly household. I'll gladly walk your dog to the level he/she is used to (if it's hot I will walk early morning and/or evenings). My intention is to have your baby feel loved and safe with lots of attention and play and by sticking to the routine as you dictate. I am very tidy/neat and respectful of your home. I'm happy to water your plants etc. If boarding in my home, I am here most of the time. I live in a big house with my husb and high school aged daughter and we have a fenced in yard so there is plenty of room for your pup to do his or her business and run around and chase a toy. About: I have always loved and cared for animals since I was young. I have taken care of my own and other people's fur babies. I love when my friend's pets get excited to see me because I equally share their joy! Dogs: I have always loved dogs and had at least 1 since childhood until a few years ago sadly. The automatic baby voice comes out when I see and talk to a dog. I have found myself spending more time with the dogs than the humans at gatherings sometimes and I appreciate those moments. I love all breeds and sizes! When seeing a new dog in passing, I ask each owner if it’s okay for me to “say hi”/pet their fur baby because all are different with different personalities and life experiences. I tell my kitties often that they will have a canine sibling soon! Cats: Currently a cat mom of 2, the stars in my pictures! I was ignorant of cats until I found my own. I listened to many behavioral podcasts along with my research to understand their uniqueness, and now I deeply appreciate and understand wholeheartedly the love earned from such individual little creatures. My kitties are my shadows, I never use the restroom alone. They have taught me so much and I love the unique personality that I find in each one of them. I know how important it is to respect their space (especially if they're more standoffish) and ensure they have all their resources, especially when their humans are away! Currently working my own flexible schedule so I can make any time work that your fur baby needs. Some pets are used to early mornings and some are used to late evenings. Whatever works for yours! My kitties eat raw, so I make their food daily and give them specific supplements and treats depending on their behavior and the litterbox situation. I'm in tune with my kitty's behaviors and meows knowing what they're requesting in that moment. When caring for other people's pets, I'm mindful of where we use the bathroom (if possible) and clean up appropriately. No details are too many, I'm very supportive of specific needs and how your fur baby may be familiar with their care.

About: I have been taking care of other people's animals since middle school and just love getting to know your pets! Experience with dogs, cats, horses, chickens, goats, and fish! Willing to take on pets with medical needs! I work 40 hours over 5 days days a week. I am typically away from the house from 9 am - 5 pm or 11 am - 7 pm. Depending on your location, I may be able to pop back to the house on my short lunch break. I am comfortable walking your animals on leashes, pushing them in strollers, using a treadmill, playing with them in the yard, or whatever else is your routine and preference!

About: I have always loved and enjoyed caring for animals. My home has always had a four legged family member occupying space. About: Hi, I’m Maddy! I’ve been around animals my entire life. I grew up with dogs and cats and have cared for my own pets throughout adulthood, including German Shepherds for the past 10 years. I live with my German Shepherd and two indoor cats, who are very much my babies, so I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pets with someone else, and I’ll care for them with that same level of love and attention. Horses were also a huge part of my childhood. I had my own horse growing up and cared for horses from fifth grade through high school, so I’m very comfortable around larger animals. I especially love big dogs and am comfortable with large or intimidating breeds. I own my home, which sits on an acre of land with a large, fenced backyard. There are no shared walls or homes stacked around us, so dogs staying with me have a private, peaceful space with plenty of room to play, sniff, and relax. I also work for myself, which gives me a completely flexible schedule and allows me to spend a lot of time at home with your pets. My goal is for your pets to feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely at home while they’re here. I’m happy to follow their normal routines, give them plenty of attention, and send photo updates so you can relax knowing your pets are happy and well cared for. I work for myself and primarily work remotely from home, so I have a very flexible schedule and am home most of the day. If I need to step out for work, it’s usually only for a few hours, and I’m never far from home. If they prefer their own space, my home has plenty of room to keep dogs comfortably separated when needed.
