We share our home with three wonderful dogs (a Pointer, a German Shepherd/Golden Retriever mix, and an Australian Shepherd) all 7 years and older, plus our cat, Potato. We live on 2 acres with a securely fenced quarter-acre for safe, supervised outdoor play. There’s plenty of space for sniffing, structured exercise, and relaxing in the fresh air. My wife and I are almost always home, so your pet will receive consistent supervision, attention, and affection. We also have a sweet baby, Cooper, who is growing up learning to gently and respectfully love animals. Our home is calm, structured, and family-oriented. I actually jog 3 miles with one of them several times a week so taking dogs for a walk will not be a problem. He will be around some days and will be able to assist me if need be. About: I have taken care of family/neighbor pets my whole upbringing, I also have a dog and cat of my own! I have an extremely energetic 2 year old husky and a rambunctious orange cat. I will be spending all the time I have with your pet. I wake up early to take care of them and I come home immediately after work to spend the evening with your pet. My job starts early, so I will have most of the afternoon and all evening to spend with them. I spend as much time as possible with your pet. I work full time, but make it a priority to be consistent so your pet knows what to expect from me and feels safe.
About: I have always loved animals, i’ve had two dogs- Shadow a Chow Chow & Joseph a American Staffordshire Terrier. I’ve taken care of many friends/family pets throughout my life. I have a German shepherd who is 11 weeks old , they are both very sweet loving animals who is always looking forward to meeting new people and new friends! “Nancy was wonderful with my two dogs and they came home tired and happy. Her backyard and outdoor spaces offer room to run around and a large deck so they could sit out in the sun. They had their own "suite" and a couch they shared for times they wanted to be inside and nap. She sent me daily pictures and it was clear they were having fun. Highly recommend!”

About: I grew up with feisty terriers, and now have a high energy Dalmatian. I’m up for the task! It’s a pleasure to play hard, and get them tuckered out for cuddle time. By spending time with our Dalmatian, high energy pups will meet their match and older dogs will tap into their youth. Looking forward to it! I work from home, and already have dog-care built into my routine. Our fenced in yard makes it easy for them to run-around. Daily walks around the block. We have a fenced in yard, great for them to run free. We’ve got dog beds, fun toys and lots of fresh water always available.

About: I absolutely love dogs and cats. I am willing to do check ins when you go out of town. I love all size dogs. If i do check ins I can come pretty much anytime of the day. I am also available on weekends. I am very responsible and trustworthy. I have watched dogs for many friends and family members. If you let me watch your dogs i will take great care of them for you! Dogs are the best animals and they are fun to be around. I also cat sit. I have a diabetic cat so I know a lot about cats. I will board your dog at my house but they have to be friendly with young kids and another dog and cat. I am also not too far from Weaverville. I’m a stay at home mom so I can be available all different times of the day. I am available weekdays and on the weekends. I do not have a fenced in yard but we do have bushes that separate it from the road and I can stay outside with them.
About: I have taken care of dogs my whole life. I am a trustworthy retired RN who is looking to spoil your dogs while you are away. I am a non-smoker and very active with walking/hikes and pickleball. I am retired now for 5 years and spend my day actively with hike/bikes/pickleball to name a few activities. I am available most days with proper notice. I do not have a fenced yard but do have a 7-year-old dog named Dori who gets her exercise walking daily.
