If you're stricter with your dog, you need a sitter who'll uphold those rules, not let them slide. I've taken care of dogs and cats for friends and family for years, and I've learned that it's not about what I want — it's about honoring what the owner has built with their pet. I work with the public in my day job, so patience is second nature to me. Pets are no different. They need someone who can read their energy, stay calm, and meet them where they're at. I also love running and playing with animals. Exercise is huge — but I get that a walk isn't always about distance. Sometimes they need to run. Sometimes they need to stop and smell everything. My availability in inconsistent due to Firefighting but I will always respond as soon as I'm able too. About: “I have taken care of dogs my whole life and currently have a sweet pug puppy named Willow. I love taking dogs on walks, giving them playtime, potty breaks, snuggles, and lots of attention. I treat every dog like my own — with patience, kindness, and positive reinforcement. Whether it’s a quick drop-in or an overnight stay, your pup will feel safe, happy and deeply loved in my care I work from home as an artist and am almost always here, so your dog will get consistent walks, potty breaks, playtime, and plenty of snuggles throughout the day. They won’t be left alone except for quick errands. 🐾 My home is very dog-friendly with a fully fenced in yard, tons of toys, comfy dog beds, and lots of space to relax. Dogs are welcome on the furniture and in my bed (just like my own pups). I treat every dog like part of the family — with lots of love, patience, and positive reinforcement. 🐾
About: Have had pets my entire life, bred multiple reptiles in the past, have had several dogs over the years, exotics, still have a 23 year old african grey who is my middle child who won't leave the nest, spent a decade volunteering at a no-kill shelter, multiple animal rescues, have worked in multiple veterinary offices, been vegetarian since 1997, worked as a vegan chef in several restaurants, and still love to cook for potlucks, friends and fun! I'm currently just working a few days a week in a restaurant, no other commitments. Plus it's the longest I've ever been without companion animal of my own, so I have extra time and love to give at the moment. Will follow the owners instructions to the tee, and more often than not spend additional time when possible. I'm currently without pets of my own which is rare for me, so I have an ample amount of attention and care to spare!
About: My experience with pet sitting includes caring for and starting the training of a local breeder’s puppies to go to their forever homes or to service animal training, house/pet sitting for extended vacations, dropping in for occasional visits as needed, as well as having cared for my own animals since I was young. I look forward to working with you! Your pet’s care will be my first priority as this is my full time commitment for the time that I am there. Contact me day or night and I will be with you as soon as possible. My service to your pet will be above and beyond what is asked of me. When you return you will find a happy and healthy furry family member!
About: I always have loved pets! When I was growing up everyone around me wanted me to walk/care/ or watch their dog / pet Because they knew I would exceed their needs and more! I am also a mom of two under two so besides pets I also love kids! And all of my pets are kid and pet friendly:)! Thanks for looking at my page! Im always willing to go out of my way for any pet! :) I’m also a stay at home mom so my schedule is basically open anytime because I’m always home and available! I don’t have a fenced back yard, but I’m always monitoring any pets that are outside on leash. and it’s a very moderate household. We are usually doing something outdoorsy or going on some fun adventure! And we will always exceed your pets needs and adjust our household to just that while your pet stays. :)
