I am also very flexible when it comes to timing! I am very detail oriented and follow instructions to a T. The cat rescue i have worked with in the past said i am a "gold tier" cat parent. My cats at home are fed wet canned food with teeth treats twice a day and dried anchovies for omega 3's. They also have access to a rotation of toys that change every week. My dog, who i had for 15 years, went to a doggy daycare 2-3 times a week and we went on a walk everyday with lots and lots of sniff breaks! I also keep a camera in my home to keep an eye on all my pets! I believe in giving the same care to your pets as I do to mine!!

About: Rescuing dogs — especially puppies — is the most rewarding feeling in life. The most important thing with our furry friends is consistency. If you're stricter with your dog, you need a sitter who'll uphold those rules, not let them slide. I've taken care of dogs and cats for friends and family for years, and I've learned that it's not about what I want — it's about honoring what the owner has built with their pet. I work with the public in my day job, so patience is second nature to me. Pets are no different. They need someone who can read their energy, stay calm, and meet them where they're at. I also love running and playing with animals. Exercise is huge — but I get that a walk isn't always about distance. Sometimes they need to run. Sometimes they need to stop and smell everything. I match their pace, not mine. I don't know if anything really sets me apart from other sitters. I just genuinely want to be there for the furry family member. My availability in inconsistent due to Firefighting but I will always respond as soon as I'm able too. Currently working for a fire department, schedule can be inconsistent. Great for drop in play times and walks. Days off from fire department can be great for unexpected care. Currently unable to have pets in home due to renting rules. Will make sure to confirm and follow all rules with you before accepting the job.

About: My whole life has revolved around my passion and love for animals. From volunteering at my local animal shelter, working at luxury pet resorts to working on a Farm I have had experience with animals of all sizes. In the future I hope to become a certified dog trainer and I am already on my way to it. I am dog and cat CPR certificated. I have years of experience caring for all sizes and age groups of pets. I personally have two dogs that get to go to the park and do training daily. I personally feel like enrichment for animals is one of the most important part of pet care in a day. I strive myself to be able to give all of the animals I take care of mental and physical enrichment daily. I currently work part time so I have plenty of time outside of work to care for my own pets, as well as others pets to my best ability. My main priority for pet care is making sure the pet is safe, happy and healthy. I also want to make sure that pet parents are comfortable with the approaches I use and the incentives given to the animals. I want the pet care I provide to be a happy and mutually beneficial experience for both the animals and the parents.
