About: Throughout middle and high school I was a local dog sitter to several different families in my neighborhood. Now, I spend my time volunteering at the local animal shelter or pet sitting. I currently am in graduate school at Appalachian State. I am only in class Monday and Tuesdays and the rest of the week I work part time at a school. I’m able to come home in between classes to spend time with pets and let them outside. I care for pets like I would my own! About: I’ve always been an animal lover, from horses to reptiles! I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life, and some of the others throughout. We recently lost our dog to cancer at just shy of 13 years old, and I’m currently volunteering as a dog walker at the animal shelter to help fill that void. With the limited hours available there, I thought we could try this avenue as well. I work full time, but my daughter and I would love to find a dog to walk Wednesday through Friday evenings, or weekends! We are available some weekends for dog/cat care while you’re away as well. I have 15 year old super mutt (junkyard dog as we like to say) and a 1.5 year old chocolate lab who are both well socialized and love all dogs. I have an extremely flexible schedule currently. As a caretaker my duties at the sanctuary require demanding physical labor, housekeeping, and responsibilities of supervision over animals and other volunteers. “I had an emergency and needed someone to take my two rough collies on their twice-daily walks. One is a retired service dog who is deaf, and the other is a young collie with epilepsy. Because of their special needs, I was quite anxious about finding the right person. Caitlin was exactly what I needed. She had a calm, reassuring presence and was warm, gentle, and playful with both dogs. She quickly understood their individual needs. By the second day, they were eagerly waiting for her arrival. I grew up with animals and around animals making me comfortable with all breeds and temperaments. I am extremely detail oriented and have wide experience house sitting and dog/cat sitting. I enjoy getting animals outside for walks or taking them to a dog park for fresh air and new smells.
About: I’ve lived on a farm with lots of animals big and small so watching your pet would be a breeze. I’ve always dog sit and I thought I would continue on this app. I’m home for college so I have all the time in the world! Animals just make me so much happier so taking care of yours would help us both. I check with the owner and how they want me to do things. About: Hello, I'm Allison. I love animals. I started taking care of my family's pets when I was 4 years old. Animals play a huge part in my life, especially dogs. I'm a proud owner of a mix breed (Chance) and two other dogs(Loki and Prada. Who are all rescues. Chance was rescued off the side of the road with a minor head injury. Loki was rescued from a litter of pups, where he was the runt that nobody wanted. Prada was rescued from a "homeless", who could not care for her. I'm very patient and loving when it comes to the care of animals. I've worked at a animal shelter/vets office for 1 year. My services include feeding, playing, exercise, bathing, cage-less boarding, teeth brushing, and more. I'm capable of giving your Pet it's medication (oral or injection if needed). Im a stay at home mom. So I'll have plenty of time to play with your fur babies. My schedule is pretty flexible if needed. I have a very friendly and social cat. She mostly stays in her car tree or I can put her in a separate part of the apartment. So no need to worry about your fur baby getting her. I can also crate your fur baby if needed

About: Throughout middle and high school I was a local dog sitter to several different families in my neighborhood. Now, I spend my time volunteering at the local animal shelter or pet sitting. I currently am in graduate school at Appalachian State. I am only in class Monday and Tuesdays and the rest of the week I work part time at a school. I’m able to come home in between classes to spend time with pets and let them outside. I care for pets like I would my own! I make sure that they have everything they need for their happiness and wellbeing. About: Hi! I have 5+ years of professional animal care experience between working in a canine boarding facility then in veterinary medicine. I've been fortunate enough to love and care for a variety of pets all the way from fish and lizards to turkeys and goats. I understand that leaving our precious animals in the care of a stranger can be quiet nerve wracking. You can rest assured that when your pet is in my care they'll be treated as if they're my own. About: I love all the fur babies and feel the all deserves the best of love. I have a clean and safe home for all the fur babies. I would love to spoil them! I work Monday -Saturday 7am - 7pm in hickory, nc I’m usually home every weekend. And in the evenings from 7pm to 6am. I have two daughters at home with me. I take them out as they need it and feed them your scheduled feedings. I also like to play with fur babies and give them the attention they deserve.
