I'd love to walk, hike and/or run your dogs to keep them happy.I've cared for puppies and senior dogs and am comfortable with both. Pet care is easy for me since I don't have a regular work schedule. I retired as a Navy contractor and competitive triathlete. I can walk them, let them out and feed them early morning and late evening. We have a large fenced in dog yard and can bring your best friends to our house to run in a safe area, this is especially nice for dogs that don't do well around other dogs.

We share our home with three wonderful dogs (a Pointer, a German Shepherd/Golden Retriever mix, and an Australian Shepherd) all 7 years and older, plus our cat, Potato. We live on 2 acres with a securely fenced quarter-acre for safe, supervised outdoor play. There’s plenty of space for sniffing, structured exercise, and relaxing in the fresh air. We also have a sweet baby, Cooper, who is growing up learning to gently and respectfully love animals. Our home is calm, structured, and family-oriented. In addition to boarding, we also offer drop-in visits for pets who are happiest staying in their own home. There were 2 days of our 16-day vacay that we needed a reliable pet sitter for adventures we couldn’t bring Ezra on: zip-lining in Barnardsville and driving the Blue Ridge Parkway in a 2-seater Polaris Slingshot. Even after a considerately planned meet-and-greet the afternoon before his 1st stay with Paul, Ezra was a little nervous after we dropped him off. About: I have taken care of all different types of pets since I was a child. I have raised dogs, cats, chickens, opossums, turtles, etc. This included walking, feeding, bathing, changing out liter, cleaning a chicken coop, baby opossum care. I have experience with both puppies/kittens and older dogs/cats. I recently lived with my college roommate for three years she had a poodle named Groot that I helped her raise from a puppy. He had a very sensitive stomach so he was on a special diet and prebiotics. She had a very busy schedule and often times had to go out of town. So, I helped take care of him. This included feeding, potty breaks, and hikes for exercise. I am a very proud dog aunt! I recently moved to Ocean Springs and I am excited to be able to create bonds with the animals and owners in my new community. About: I've been a dog lover and owner for more than 25 years and have experience caring for dogs of all ages, from puppies to seniors. My first two dogs lived to be 16 years old, giving me firsthand experience with the patience, attention, and extra care senior dogs often need. Today, I share my life with Bailey Love, my 5½-year-old rescue pup and adventure buddy. We spend lots of time exploring the trails and woods around Asheville, and it's where he's happiest. Bailey is friendly, well-trained, and loves making new friends...both human and canine. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, outdoor adventures, playtime, or simply curling up for a nap, I'll make sure they feel safe, loved, and cared for while you're away. I treat every dog as family and will provide regular updates and photos so you can have peace of mind knowing they're in good hands. ***For overnight stays, Bailey would be with me - he is great with cats; he has grown up in a house with 3+ cats and litters of kittens and pups.*** I own my own business and teach yoga, which gives me plenty of flexibility to care for pets throughout the day. When caring for pets in your home, I will treat your space with the same respect and care I give my own. I understand the trust involved in welcoming someone into your home and caring for a beloved family member. For drop-in visits, I often have the flexibility to stay a little longer when schedules allow. As a business owner, I can sometimes bring my laptop and work from your home while spending extra time with your pet, offering additional companionship, playtime, cuddles, and comfort while you're away. My goal is to help your pet feel safe, loved, and as relaxed as possible until you're back home.
