My one concern going into this was that Maegan has small children and my dog hasn't been around many. About: I grew up having cats and reptiles but I've always wanted a dog to have around. I want to experience what it would be like to have a dog so I can finally own one of my own one day. I love animals I wanted to become a vet when I was younger. I have a tortoise right now which is a good pet because they can live very long. About: As a teen I walked dogs in the neighborhood. Throughout adulthood I've been a cat and dog owner and have also cared for family and friends pets. I currently have 2 older dogs. Throughout the year I am available most weekends (anytime) and week day evenings to provide pet sitting and dog walking. During the summer I also have week days available. I am great with animals and children, and provide calm and reliable services. I will come to your location to check in on your pets for play, feeding, walks, and bathroom breaks. No overnight care.

About: Over the years I've had experience with all stages and ages of pets, especially dogs, but also including horses, chickens, fish, guinea pigs, bunnies, cats etc. I've raised and cared for my own pets from puppies to elder dogs, special needs to the most energetic (or anxious). I've taken in some willful and anxious fur babies that have thrived and became amazing loyal, obedient and loving companions. I have also been blessed with 4 amazing grown kiddos that have pets of their own and I get to care for them often and its the best!! Most of my/my families pets have been rescues but we've also had/have several pure bred Animals (Long-haired German Shepherd, Newfoundland, Maltese, Blue Pittie). I like to make sure the fur babies get lots of love and exercise, but its also okay if your pet is a bit more stand-offish. I truly appreciate when pet parents leave information about routine, pets personality and preferences and will follow instructions meticulously. Special needs, medications, puppy care, etc are also welcome (of course!!). Feel free to ask any questions...look forward to chatting and meeting you/your fur babies. I am an empty-nested Mom and Mimi with my kids' families being spread around CO, NC, TN, GA, STX so I travel to see kids/grandkids/family...a lot...and I love it. This gives me the flexibility to do house sitting/pet care around those visits (in some cases, I've done sits near my kids as well and check both boxes, pet care and visits with the fam). I'm looking to pet/house sit almost full-time around family visits. I'm also VERY open to traveling to pet sits outside my home base area, overseas as well. I lost my little Maltese "Smiles" a few years ago and have poured my snuggles into my kid's 6 dogs. With my travel schedule its hasn't felt like the right time to add a new pet to my personal life so getting to love on my families' pets and those that I sit for really helps fill that void. I only care for pets in your/their home. I am primarily looking for overnight sits, but will also be available for walks and drop-in care.
About: I’ve had dogs as long as I can remember. I love playing with dogs and walking them. I can handle any size dog as well as administering meds etc. I’m recently retired so my schedule is normally very flexible. I can usually be available at a short notice if needed to be a help for your pet. I do not board pets at my home as we already have 3 of our own to love and care for on a daily basis
About: I have four cats and a german shepherd. I grew up having dogs and cats my whole life. I have raised kittens and bottle fed them and have experience with small dogs and very large dogs. I currently work full time monday- friday. I am available early mornings, I have an hour lunch break, and I am available after 3pm most days! I am free all day on the weekends. I can easily travel to care for your pets and do whatever is necessary to provide proper care! I cannot bring your pets to my home however I can transport them!
About: I have over 16+ years of pet sitting experience. Ever since I was in middle school, I have been providing pet care services to neighbors, coworkers, etc. In fact, I was the designated pet sitter of my current work place where I would stay over at their homes while they were out of town. In addition, I have grown up with rescue dogs, and those who have behavioral issues. I am skilled with providing medicine to dogs as well. I do not have experience training puppies. I work from home fully with very little travel which would be set ahead of time not to disrupt the care of the dog, and can be flexible in terms of timings. Usually, I meet with the owner and dog beforehand. This ensures trust as I can get a way of the home, the dog can meet me, and show first hand any specific instructions.
About: I have always had pets growing up as a child and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. I have a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals. My experience in Pet Care is from having my own pets and caring for family, friends and volunteering over the years. I currently am a part time student, I got out the navy a year ago. So I am taking time to myself after all those years in the service and so I have a very flexible schedule. I will follow all rules or accommodations for the pets especially in there home. From the first moment we met, I knew that "we had a match" for my dog. All the pictures and updates from Maegan were reassuring and it was clear to see that things were going very well. She clearly loves all dogs and is very attentive and in tune with their moods and actions. Her home and fenced yard were secure, safe, comfortable and very welcoming. My one concern going into this was that Maegan has small children and my dog hasn't been around many. But I expressed my unnecessary concern and learned that her kids are as professional, sensitive and loving of dogs as their parents. Five stars doesn't seem like enough!”
