“We could not be more thrilled with Jeremy and Lauren! After the "pet resort" we were planning to board our sweet girl Lexie at turned out to be more kennel than resort, we reached out to Jeremy and Lauren about watching Lexie over the Thanksgiving holiday. They were very amenable to us coming by before booking to see how Lexie would do with their dogs (spoiler alert: she loved them!) and for us to see their space. It was the longest we'd ever left our girl before, and they kindly answered any and every question these nervous pet-parents had. When it came time to drop her off, she was having so much fun in their backyard she didn't notice we were gone. While out of town, Jeremy sent a photo everyday and it was clear that Lexie was having a blast. Which meant we were able to enjoy our vacation WAY MORE than I expected!! My mom was actually picking Lexie up, and arranging that was easy. Lexie came home happy but worn out from playing non-stop during her stay. Can not say enough wonderful things about Jeremy and Lauren. They care for your pets like their own. Will use them again... and again... and again... anytime we need somewhere for Lexie to stay. Our only concern: Lexie will end up liking their house more than ours!!”

About: I’ve had cats since I was a little girl. My first cat Tiger was my best friend growing up. Now I have my own fur baby, Copper. I’ve taken care of family and friends cats numerous times, even as young as four weeks old. I have my daughter every other week but she is great with animals also. Takes after her dad. Prefer a little notice but will always try to accommodate last minute requests. I have the ability to keep multiple pets. I have a large fenced in back yard at both locations. Both are single family homes with lots of space. Gates and seperate areas if pets need to be separated. We can also accommodate requests for no other animals be present, however I am great at acclimating animals with each other. Even ones that do not tend to play nice with others. Always up to you in the end. I have muzzels and a Kennel at both homes (if needed) , cat litter boxes at both locations as well. Leases safety collars , and for a small added fee , daily health tracking during the stay with a special collar monitor tracking device that I have. All pets are treated like family with love care and respect. Will work with all breeds ages and sizes.

About: I’ve taken care of the family pets since I was 8. I grew up on a small farm which taught me how to take care of and to love the animals. I’ve taken care of animals from pigs to goats to chickens. Even cows and a horse. I got my first puppy at 15. I learned how to take care of her needs. We now have a cat, a dog, and a bunch of chickens. I work from home! So no worries about time. I make my own schedule so you will never have to worry about finding someone to help! I have best friends in the pet rescue business as well as pet transport. All of our pets have been considered family all the way through their lives. I cherish any pet like I gave birth to them and have instilled that in my kids, grandkids, and anyone I could embark on having that conversation with. The majority of the photos you see in my profile are my grand-fur-babies as well as our forever family members that started out as rescues that are still present in our lives by moving on with my daughter in her adult life. Since Covid devastated this nation and my business I have been in NC helping take care of my grandkids with my ex-son, I have now moved to Lake Royale in NC permanently to be closer to my grandkids. I am home every day and have an open loving schedule to share the love I am full of for anything that comes my way. God is so Good! I have an open welcoming loving heart, a knack for customer service, and strive for attention to detail. Our home is warm, full of love, and ready to keep your fur babies safe, spoiled, and content. Unfortunately, I do not have a fenced yard but I am in a safe community, have a large yard, and would never walk/let your fur baby out without a proper safety harness and leash. My schedule is flexible since I am retired. My love for animals is why I love being able to use this platform. I use River when I go visit my grandkids 3 times a year. I live the Lake Royale community so have gate access. I live full time in my 38 foot Class A Motorhome until my cottage is done being built. I am a stickler about ensuring your pet is on leash when outdoors. while indoors as long as other clients pets are friendly and willing pets will be able to roam freely. Crates are recommended for overnight stays or if pets will not get along.
About: I was adopted by my first cat in 2000 and have dog-and cat-sat for friends and co-workers ever since. Having moved to a farm 3 years ago, I’ve also cared for our neighbor’s horses, chickens, and guinea fowl. In general, I respect all pets' boundaries and love to find their individual personalities. I have a lot of experience with various temperaments and personalities, and am sensitive to the needs and quirks of every animal I meet. I've bottle-fed newborns, given oral medications (pills and liquid), applied topical ointments, and given fluid injections to cats with renal failure. I'll honor any preferences you have for caring for your cats (e.g., feeding times, fresh water daily, etc.). My wife and I have rescued and fostered cats for the last 10 years, so I’m familiar with a variety of health issues and quirky behaviors. And I scoop litters! At the moment I work remotely from home, so I can flex my schedule around any specific times you may need. Driving long distance is not a deal-breaker for me. Most of our cats are indoors but have access to a fenced-in portion of the back yard. We feed them wet food twice a day (morning and night) and snack them with dry food throughout the day. Each one gets playtime throughout the day, and the only "rules" are no cats on the kitchen counters. People have told us that when they die, they hope to come back as a cat we take care of. Given the number of cats we have, I'm unable to board any pets.

About: I have had dogs pretty much my whole life. One of those dogs is turning 15 this year. I exercise often, and am generally very active, so I love going out on walks with my dogs. I’m currently unemployed so I have all the time in the world to dedicate to your dogs, because of this I’m available basically every day of the week. I have a nice fenced in yard that I play with my two dogs in. My dogs mostly have free range of the downstairs, and of course are allowed on the furniture.

After the "pet resort" we were planning to board our sweet girl Lexie at turned out to be more kennel than resort, we reached out to Jeremy and Lauren about watching Lexie over the Thanksgiving holiday. While out of town, Jeremy sent a photo everyday and it was clear that Lexie was having a blast. Which meant we were able to enjoy our vacation WAY MORE than I expected!! My mom was actually picking Lexie up, and arranging that was easy. Lexie came home happy but worn out from playing non-stop during her stay. Can not say enough wonderful things about Jeremy and Lauren. They care for your pets like their own. Will use them again... and again... and again... anytime we need somewhere for Lexie to stay.
