I’ve been caring for them since I was a young child, and over the years that’s grown into a deep understanding of their unique personalities, behaviors, and needs. I currently have three rescue cats of my own. Leo, my 16-year-old Maine Coon mix, has been with me since college and has given me extensive experience administering medications in all forms with patience and care. Indigo, now 4, was a semi-feral kitten I found tucked away in a bush at the beach, and Periwinkle, 3, was rescued as a stray from my former apartment complex. I’ve also fostered cats over the years—until the “cat distribution system” worked its magic and I ended up with a full clowder of my own! About: I have grown up around animals and throughout that time have gained skills that help with sitting and with that it allows me to be a better sitter. I have been around all ages of cats and dogs my whole life and have been sitting regularly since I was thirteen. About: I've taken care of dogs since I was a teenager- my family has always fostered puppies ranging in age and care level needed. I have experience with bottle feeding puppies from just a few days old until they're ready to be adopted. I also have cared for dogs with health concerns that impact ability level. My roommate is a vet tech at our local shelter, and I'm in nursing school, so anything that could possibly go wrong will be handled promptly and safely! I have experience with meal prepping for clients, drop in visits throughout the day, and overnight stays (all doggies are always allowed in my bed if that's what they prefer!) The other days of the week I will be home most of the time. I live in a pet friendly apartment complex with plenty of grass and walking trails nearby. I'm on the ground floor and it's an outdoor style setup, so there's no worrying about elevators or long hallways when needing to go outside. I'm looking forward to caring for & loving on your pets, and want to provide you with peace of mind because you know they're in capable hands. I currently have a good amount of flexibility regarding my daily/weekly schedule so I will do my best to accommodate you & your pup as much as I can! My services include house sitting, daily drop in visits, and dog walking. I live in a pet friendly apartment complex & will take boarding/doggy day care requests on a case by case basis (don't be afraid to message me! I would love to work with you as best as I am able to regarding these services).
About: I’ve had my own dog and cared for him for 12 years. Growing up, we had a family dog that I loved and helped care for as well! I’ve got experience with dogs of all ages and am happy to tailor your pets experience to your desires. I’m happy to provide training, having trained my own dog to the canine good citizen standards, or just reinforce whatever training your pup currently is undergoing. I’ve also had experience watching cats and am happy to provide care for them outside of my home. I am currently working part time and come home at lunch to let dogs out and feed as needed. I live in a quieter neighborhood with safe places to walk and am also happy to take them to many of the locations I take my own dog for longer outings such as Lake Johnson or Lake Raleigh I have a small fenced in back yard where your dog and mine will be regularly let out to sniff and eliminate as needed. My own dog is taken on two long walks a day along with shorter walks to sniff and eliminate but am happy to accommodate what is needed for your dogs specific needs. Dogs are allowed on the bed and furniture and I can accommodate a dog that is crated. I do sleep upstairs as my place is two floors, but if your dog is uncomfortable going up stairs, I can stay on the first floor with them.

“Our 1 year old mini-golden doodle had a GREAT time with Emily and William and their family. We were overseas so nervous about leaving Copper for 10 days. Emily and William were great from the minute we met them for a "meet and greet". They loved on Copper and put our mind at ease for being away from him. They sent several pictures while we were away and re-assured us that he was getting along well with their other dogs and their children. Copper had a great time and we will definitely use them again if the need arises.”
