About: In addition to dogs and cats I’ve taken care of many different types of animals like goats, chickens, and bearded dragons. I give medications, including pills and injections such as insulin. I only have cats and they don’t need any care other than attention, since their food and litter are automatic. It’s possible that this led Charlotte to think I didn’t want updates about the cats. Day 1 of 2 I reached out to check in and I heard from Charlotte that Meatloaf did not respond well to her the first visit—hissed but did not become aggressive—but that he warmed up to her on visit 2. Definitely will set up introductory visits each time which I have learned will avoid this issue. Charlotte stopped responding after the first day, so I have no way of knowing how the second day of visits went. I was pretty worried about whether Meatloaf was mean to her or if the cats were being checked on. I’m not even sure if she saw my shy second cat at all—just any more communication would have been good. I don’t want to tank any ratings if my cats were a problem but I have no idea what happened.”

About: My own pet a Viszla named Buddy passed away recently.
