“I can't say enough positive things about my and my pup's experience with Brad. 1. Booking/Communication - From the initial booking, Brad was communicative and responsive ensuring that I would feel comfortable even before I dropped my pup off. 2. Drop off - At drop-off, Brad was extremely attentive to understand the unique needs of my pup especially as it pertained to his medication. In my moving around, I forgot to bring something my pup needed. Brad was extremely helpful in getting it resolved so that my pup's stay would be just fine. Additionally, Brad went out of his way to ask how, and what frequency, I wanted to be updated on my pup's stay. 3. Stay - My pup had a fantastic time staying with Brad and having pup siblings at Brad's house. I'm confident of this not only because, true to his word, Brad was not only communicative about what was going on each day (for the entire ~3wk stay), but he also sent pictures and videos with funny notes! I could see that my dog was active not only outside but inside the home, was playing well with the other dogs, and was being loved and snuggled daily. 4. Pick-up - The day of pick-up, my flight was delayed impacting my ability to pick-up my pup on time. Brad was completely understanding and was communicative to ensure that I had no worries. When I arrived to pick up my pup, all of the things I sent with my pup came home in great condition AND Brad sent me home with a treat that he had graciously been giving my pup as well! I could tell my pup was excited to go home but was sad to leave Brad and his new friends! Overall, we will DEFINITELY use Brad again and recommend him to anyone that is looking for someone to treat their pup like family when they have to go away. Thanks again, Brad!”

“Krissa was amazing! She watched our 4 yr. old boy, Captain, for 12 days while we were on vacation. He is a beagle so you know how that breed can be. He is always on the hunt outside and certainly loves a lot of attention. We had a meet and great before our trip, which was nice to get to know her as well as allow Captain to spend a little time with her dogs at their house. Krissa stayed in contact with us our entire time away and sent many pictures. She gave him tons of attention and loved on him like we do at home. Captain enjoyed the fenced backyard and it is surrounded by trees, which is nice. What a great 1st time experience having someone watch your dog vs. using a boarding place as we have done in the past. He certainly got more attention and time to play than those places offer. She even let him sleep in their bed at night, which is how he sleeps at home. We will certainly use her again for our next trip away. I recommend booking with Krissa for sure!”

She sent me photos of him playing with her two dogs, and a German Shepard that was there one day on a play date. Kingston was well cared for, and judging from the photos he had a ball while there. He was able to run and play in Nicole's hugh backyard,and Kingston also had a dedicated room in her house to nap/sleep. Nicole is a fantasic sitter and I could tell that she loves dogs. About: I’ve been a pet parent for 9 years, I make sure they get food, love, cute outfits, and exercise. I have experience with dogs with anxiety since one of my little ones suffer from it. I’m available for boarding all day and night Thursday and Friday, and only during the day Saturday no nights. I also don’t mind pick ups since I like to drive. I have a large backyard no fence and I monitor all play time. Dogs must come inside after play time I also do regular leash walking, I have 2 fur babies that get along with other animals each under 10lbs. All pets must go in there crates for bed time. I have plenty of time to take care of your pet any day of the week, between 9:00am - 5:00pm. If different hours are needed, we can discuss that. For pet care in your home, I will follow any instructions you have for their care and comfort. A typical visit would include a potty break/walk, a treat, and a little time petting them and telling them what a good and lovely baby they are. If feeding or medication is needed that can also be handled during my visit.
About: Hi! My name is Merrily, and I am a student at UNC! I have been an animal lover my whole life, growing up with two dogs and a cat! My dogs were a sweet boxer and a lively pug, so I have experience with both big and small dogs! I especially loved to take my boxer on long walks and runs, and cuddled and played with my pug. From taking care of my dogs throughout teenage hood, I gained valuable experience with senior care, administering oral and topical medication daily, dental care, bathes, and basic grooming. I also have dog and cat sat for family friends and neighbors numerous times, with duties ranging from senior care with a lab dog, to taking care (and easing) an anxious corgi. My favorite aspect of pet-setting is of course snuggles! I want to provide affection and comfort just as pets provide me with affection and comfort! I also thoroughly enjoy playtime and walks!🩷🐾 I am a full-time college student at UNC with much free time over summer break and am in between Chapel Hill and Gastonia! I live in the heart of Chapel Hill and Gastonia and have a car, allowing for flexible and punctual care. I make sure to not only keep up with pets but with the client's home too. When caring for your furry friend and home, fulfilling your needs is my main goal!
About: I have extensive experience caring for all sorts of pets from dogs, cats, birds,reptiles, and rodents! I have three dogs and three cats presently and if they could speak they would tell you just how spoiled that they are :) I am currently a middle school teacher, so that leaves my summers open. I am avaliable to care for your pet Monday-Friday- and upon special request on some weekends also. I have a fenced in yard for my three dogs and a large shaded deck area as well. There are raised dog lounges in the back yard and plenty of space for roaming and running- inside we let pets roam free througout the house, but most of the time they prefer the den area where snuggling takes place on the couch!
About: Hi, I have a lot of experience taking care of pets. I have a family dog in Minnesota that I’ve cared for since he was a puppy. I trained him to signal when he needs to go outside by sitting near the door and have walked him year-round, even through cold Minnesota winters. So if it’s chilly here in the South, I’m still happy to take your dog for a walk! I also have my own cat, Kakashi (KK for short), who I’ve cared for for over a year. Between raising my dog and caring for my cat, I’ve gained years of experience with both dogs and cats. I’ll treat your pets with the same care and attention I give my own! I work full-time Monday through Friday (8 a.m.–5 p.m.), so I’m mainly available in the evenings after 5 and on the weekends (Saturdays after 11 A.M and Sunday after 12 P.M) I live in a gated, pet-friendly apartment community. My apartment is very open and spacious, giving pets plenty of room to play and relax. The neighborhood has safe sidewalks and walking paths—perfect for daily walks. If I’m caring for a cat, I can easily separate them from my own cat, Kakashi (KK), and slowly help them warm up to each other if needed. It’s a calm, clean, and comfortable space where your pet will feel at home.

“Krissa was amazing! She watched our 4 yr. old boy, Captain, for 12 days while we were on vacation. He is a beagle so you know how that breed can be. He is always on the hunt outside and certainly loves a lot of attention. We had a meet and great before our trip, which was nice to get to know her as well as allow Captain to spend a little time with her dogs at their house. Krissa stayed in contact with us our entire time away and sent many pictures. She gave him tons of attention and loved on him like we do at home. Captain enjoyed the fenced backyard and it is surrounded by trees, which is nice. What a great 1st time experience having someone watch your dog vs. using a boarding place as we have done in the past. He certainly got more attention and time to play than those places offer. She sent me photos of him playing with her two dogs, and a German Shepard that was there one day on a play date. Kingston was well cared for, and judging from the photos he had a ball while there. He was able to run and play in Nicole's hugh backyard,and Kingston also had a dedicated room in her house to nap/sleep. Nicole is a fantasic sitter and I could tell that she loves dogs.
