About: I've had dogs, cats, reptiles, amphibians, birds, and fish since I was a kid. My family also boarded/walked dogs for a while on here before. I'm very flexible so I can pretty much make anything work. I do some Uber eats as well. Not sure why it's making me put THIS many words here but it's required. I am very careful and caring for my own that I've had over the years. Right now I personally have an iguana that has a lot of particular care needs. And so I understand that everyone else wants their animals to be treated with that same amount of intention.

About: I've had experience in handling and providing care for cats of all temperaments from my own to working with boarding cats at kennels and the SPCA. I am comfortable adminstering medicine through food or using a pill pusher or pill pockets. Growing up one of my cats had issues with her kidneys and I administered her pills with a pusher as it was the only way to reliability know she received her life saving medicine every morning. I have a young cat of my own who is a bit on the spunky side but I love him reguardless of all the sass! At the SPCA I made sure all our cats in the facility were fed and had a clean kennel. I enjoyed free time providing enrichment through play or for the more shy cats sitting quietly and allowing them to come and go as they pleased.

About: I’ve owned up to 4 dogs at a time. Having that many dogs in my house together, I’ve learned how to meet their needs and keep them happy. I’d put two at a time on one leash which made walking them easier. I’ve always been the “go to” person when my family or friends needed a pet sitter. My passion has always been children and animals. About: I have raised or taken care of animals including dogs, cats, rabbits, gerbils, sheep, cows, chickens, etc. You name it, if it was on a farm, I've helped to take care of it since I was a wee lass. I have a special place in my heart for senior kitties and doggos. We had a dog with Addison's Disease, so I am well versed in administering medicine orally, as well as subcutaneously. Our bearded dragon recently passed away, but she lived 9 years, which is decent in bearded dragon life! I do enjoy beardies and reptiles in general. About: I have been taking care of dogs since I was 18. I taught my dog play dead. I also taught my mom’s dog to have great recall. I love dogs and am very passionate about them. I am currently working almost full time but I am available 2 days for sure free. I will also come before and after work to make sure that the pets are ok! I will make sure anything that could be poisonous will be out of reach. I will also check that the animals are acting like their normal selves.

“Kelly did an outstanding job walking Colt for me on Thursday and Friday mornings this week while my regular dog walker Tara was out of town visiting her daughter at college in Florida. Kelly was right on time every day and she bonded quickly with Colt and she really impressed Tara also when she came over a couple of weeks ago for a meet and greet and walked the route with Tara and Colt. Kelly walked Colt over 2 miles each morning in an hour very consistent with his walks with Tara and myself when I walk him on the weekends. She responded promptly to my request when I first contacted her and Kelly definitely exceeded my expectations!! She is very friendly and courteous and made me feel confident and completely at ease with walking Colt and I’m so glad that she is very physically fit to give Colt great exercise walking in the woods and around the two horse pastures in the early mornings when Colt is feeling his best and most active.
