About: I have had dogs, all my life, from Chihuahuas up to German Shepards. I’ve had dogs who have had diabetes and cancer from the time they were puppies up to adult seniors. My dogs are my family, and they are spoiled rotten! I am retired and stay at home most of the time. I am familiar with working with reactive dogs. I have crate and potty trained puppies over the past few years.

I’m comfortable with different breeds and personalities, from high energy pups to older dogs who just want a calm walk and some company. I plan my days so I have plenty of time for walks, feeding, playtime, and check ins without rushing. I like being consistent, so pets can feel secure and know what to expect. Spending time with animals is something that brings calm and balance to my week. When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I try to keep everything as close to their normal routine as possible so they feel safe and comfortable. I follow feeding and walk schedules carefully, keep their areas clean, and give them attention based on their personality. Some pets want extra cuddles, others just quiet company and I respect that. I also send regular updates and photos so you can feel at ease while you’re away.

“This was my first time hiring a sitter (new pet), so I didn't know how it would work or how things would go. To my delight, the process was simple and easy. Now onto the sitter--Jacqueline was outstanding. She kept my cat/kitten (grown lil boy, "Mr") from Thur-Sun. She sent pics of him daily and let me know how he was doing, what he was eating, etc. She brought up no issues with him during his visit with her.
