About: What sets me apart from other sitters is that I am a lifelong pet owner who truly understands that pets are family. I have owned both dogs and cats for most of my life and currently have two Basset Hounds, Cooper (10) and Charlie (5), giving me firsthand experience caring for dogs at different life stages. Because Cooper is a senior dog, I understand the extra patience, attention, and routine that older pets often need. I am comfortable following detailed care instructions, monitoring for changes in behavior, and ensuring pets receive the individualized care they deserve. I also have experience caring for pets for friends and family, so I understand the importance of communication and providing regular updates to give owners peace of mind while they're away. I pride myself on being dependable, attentive, and patient. Whether your pet enjoys walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply having a calm companion nearby, I will make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I am a single mom to my active 14-year-old son, who shares my love for animals. We both enjoy spending time with pets, and caring for animals is something that is already a meaningful part of our everyday lives. I work full-time from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but I have a one-hour lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM that allows me to check on pets, provide potty breaks, walks, feedings, or companionship during the day. After work, I am available in the evenings to provide additional care, walks, playtime, feeding, and plenty of attention. As a pet owner myself, I understand how important it is for pets to have a consistent routine and feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I currently care for my two Basset Hounds, Cooper and Charlie, and they are an important part of our family. I am committed to making sure every pet in my care receives the exercise, affection, companionship, and individual attention they need. In my home, my two Basset Hounds, Cooper and Charlie, have access to our fenced backyard through a doggy door, allowing them to go outside as needed throughout the day. They have a consistent routine that includes feeding, fresh water, exercise, playtime, and plenty of affection and attention. When caring for pets in a client's home, I strive to maintain their normal routine as closely as possible. This includes feeding according to their schedule, providing fresh water, taking them for walks or potty breaks, cleaning up after them, administering basic care as instructed, and spending quality time with them. I understand that pets are most comfortable when their routine remains consistent, and I will treat your pets and home with the same care and respect that I give my own.

This is a big deal because my dog is normally apathetic towards other dogs, so to hear she was socializing meant a lot to me. They were communicative and friendly the whole time and were transparent and reassuring when I had questions. I'm definitely booking with them again if I need a sitter!”
“Phoenix and Walter had their first stay with Ro last week for 6 days. She offered a nice meet and greet that allowed me to very feel comfortable leaving my pups with a complete stranger. Ro seems knowledgeable and compassionate about caring for animals and has a nice fenced in backyard for them to run and play. My pups didn't even seem excited to see me when I came to pick them up. Hoping to use her services again in the future.”
